April 7, 2020 I responded to an email solicitation from NEST. I placed an online order for 36 Old and New Testament DVD's totaling $529.95. Shortly afterward on the same date I was provided with order #XXXXX and acknowledging my items were being prepared for shipment. I waited over a week and after not seeing a shipping date or tracking number, I made attempts to reach customer service by phone. Recording says to leave a message. I did so. No response. I also sent emails and no response. I checked my USAA credit card company and learned that NEST debited my account on April 8th in the amount of $529.95. I then filed a complaint with my USAA CC company. I conducted a Revdex.com search and noted several other complaints/reviews going back several months and before the US was hit by COVID-19. I also filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney Generals Office.
April 7, 2020 Date of order.
April 8th, 2020 USAA credit card debited
April 21 and April 25. Emailed and asked that my account be credited for lack of delivery of product.
April 20 Filed complaint dispute with USAA. Complaint #XXXXXXXX.
April 23 Filed complaint with Ken Paxton Attorney General of Texas. Complaint #XXXXXX.
Checked my account summary with NEST and saw the order says (fulfilled). Do not know what that means. Still no correspondence by phone or email.
As of this date, May 6th, 2020 I am still receiving emails soliciting sales on their products etc.

Desired Outcome

I placed this order of 36 Old and New Testament DVD's as a gift to My Church. I expect them to be honest and send me The products I ordered. Although I should ask that my account Be credited because of the disservice they caused. However by doing this, my church doesn't receive the gift That would be so valuable.

I ordered 4 boxes of chalk from this company 4/4 and never received it.company won't respond to my 4 emails & 2 calls. Can't reach anybody for refund.
On april 4, I ordered four boxes of 48 piece Crayola sidewalk chalk and paid for express shipping, totaling $39.56. I never received the items and the tracking app only says shipped. I have emailed the company 4 times and left 2 voicemails. Nobody responds and there is nobody to contact. My order number was XXXXX. I paid with my visa. I'm including screenshots of emails sent and order email.

Havent received my order and can't get anyone to contact me/me contact them.
I placed an order on April 9, 2020 online with Nest Learning. I haven't received my order. I emailed them on April 28, 2020 with no response. I called the customer service number May 5,2020 all I got was a recording saying to email them. I then went on Facebook to see if there was another way to contact them only to find a host of complaints the same as mine. People ordering and never receiving the item and not being able to contact anyone. Thankfully my order wasn't anything very important and not much money, however it has been nerve racking to deal with. I paid with a visa debit card in the amount of $24.15. The order number is XXXXX.

Ordered items from their website. It has been a month and no further communication, or responses to attempts to cancel or ask about the order.

According to their shipping information, it should arrive in 15-20 business days. Today is day 20, and they haven't even shipped it yet. Nor will they respond to any of my requests to cancel the order (April 14/15/16/17). Plus a phone call on May 4th resulted in a disconnection.

At this point I no longer need the items and I just want my order cancelled. I have already disputed it with my credit card company and I would like them to confirm with them they will cancel.

I placed an order with this company on April 4, 2020 for 2 educational toys & NEVER received them.They are not accepting calls to advise on this.
On April 4, 2020 I placed an on-line order with Nest Learning for 2 educational toys for my autisic granddaughter. The order# is XXXXX.
The toys were $29.95 each and $7.95 for shipping. I was charged $67.85 total to my credit card. I received an order confirmation email right after I placed the order but never received the items! I tried contacting this company via phone but their message says "they are not taking any calls at this time"
So I emailed them 3 different times trying to find out where my items are and they still have not responded. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute this matter which is still pending.

I am requesting a FULL refund from this company. I want nothing more to do with Nest Learning I think this company is fraudulent, scandalous and pathetic and should be closed down! SHAME ON THEM!!

I made a purchase for nitrile craft gloves for the purpose of protection during covid-19..I place my order the 25th for 22.25..I have contacted Nest learning multiple times and have not received a response..I went further to look up reviews regarding this company only to find many negative reviews having the same problem as me..people purchased goods and never received them and have not heard a word in regards to orders..I paid for this item with my visa from card.com who I am in the midst of filing a dispute with.I would have no issues waiting for an item but reading the reviews I have and not receiving any word in regards to my order is my reason for contact

I placed an online order on April 4th. Money was debited from my account. I received a confirmation email but no product. I emailed and called the company more than 10 times but they have not responded at all. I want my money back! It seems that many others have had the same problem. Someone should shut them down! If they had simply contacted me to explain an issue or problem, but for a company that calls themselves "Christian" and to have NO contact with their consumers is unbelievable.

They don't even deserve a 1 star. Placed an order on 4/9, a week later checked my order status and it stated that it shipped UPS Ground but I received no tracking number. I have called and emailed with no response. This company is not legit. If you check their fb site there are many people they are scamming.

I ordered thermometers for our company's home health staff on 4/1/20. My credit card was charged, but the shipment never arrived. No tracking # avail.
I ordered 16 digital thermometers for our company's home health staff on 4/1/20. Order number is XXXXX. These were to be an important part of our care for our patients and staff. My credit card was charged, but the shipment never arrived. The customer service phone number for this company was of no help. The outgoing message said they are no longer taking customer service calls. Instead you have to e-mail. I e-mailed and there was no response. Nest reportedly uses an app that used to be called "Arrive" to track shipping. The app is now called "Shop" as of this week. No tracking number is available through the app so it is useless. Given the "F" rating this company has on the Revdex.com website, it appears they are engaging in illegal activity by charging people for goods they do not deliver. I will contact the State Attorney General office as well. For a company that labels itself as "Christian" and caters to religious people, this conduct is particularly reprehensible.

This company needs to return the funds it charged to my company's credit card. It should also cease its fraudulent business practices that take advantage of people under the auspices of "inspiring, educating, entertaining and nurturing" as its tag line states.

Product ordered on 2/21, money was taken out of my account on 2/24. It is 4/28 and I have not received the product and they've never responded to me.

Desired Outcome

I want the business to either explain to me why it never shipped my item or cease operation immediately. By the looks of the Facebook page (wish I had checked that out first), I am not the only person who has experienced civil theft. How can the business still be taking money from people and not sending out orders?

I purchased two 64 count crayola sidewalk chalk boxes from their online website on 3/29/2020. Paid with my bank card, got a confirmation number, they took the money out of my account just like any online purchase. I paid $33.18 total including $6.95 in shipping. My order number is #XXXXX & the status shows shipped but does not provide a tracking number. It is now 4/27/2020 & I have not received my products. I have called and left 3 phone messages since no one answers the phone. I have sent 4 emails inquiring on my products purchased with no answer to any. It shows fulfilled on my order status now instead of just shipped but I DO NOT have my chalk.

I want my product that I paid for! I want them to contact me ASAP & let me know where my package is & a tracking number! I want to know why they're still allowed to sell anything with the amount of complaints they're getting. I'm not the only person waiting for my stuff!!!
