Desired Outcome

I want my money returned.

I ordered and paid for this product a month ago, never got shipping confirmation, never got product, got no response to multiple queries.
I ordered a thermometer when I got sick in March. Over a month later, after paying for product and shipping/handling, I have gotten zero product, zero shipping confirmation, and zero response to multiple email queries. I warned that failure to contact me would result in me reporting to Revdex.com and my credit card company as fraud. That was a week ago. I keep my word.

Desired Outcome

I want my credit card ending in*** refunded in full (purchase price, tax, shipping, and handling). I would not trust any product from this company to work properly based on their failure to perform the minimum of sending product timely or communicating to consumer about a problem.

I wish there was a "0" star option. Nest Learning is a fraud. Took my order, took my money, even added a "shipped" status to the order - I'm left to assume, to buy time before the customer becomes suspicious - then, NOTHING. No tracking, no merchandise received, an NO response to multiple contact attempts. Now, I am left to dispute the charge with my bank in an attempt to recover my money, close my credit card account to avoid any potential future fraud, and try to find the item elsewhere.

Companies like this make it more difficult for legitimate small businesses to compete against large retailers - I will likely avoid smaller businesses unknown to me because of this experience.

Is it possible to have a 0 rating? SCAM company. Took money from a small church, did not receive item, and never responded to any form of trying to reach them. They are now sending me advertisements to purchase from them again! Shame, shame, shame on them!

I ordered from them several weeks ago. They don't answer calls, emails, or messages. They took my money but have shipped no product.
Order number XXXXX. When you call it says to email. When you email it bounces. When you call the number they gave my bank it's a deadline. I just want my order canceled but they shave shipped nothing and won't respond to messages.

Placed and order with Nestlearning.com on 4/2. Still have not received shipping confirmation or product. wont return emails or calls
On April 2nd 2020 I placed an order with Nestlearning.com for sidewalk chalk. My order number is #XXXXX. April 2nd my card was charged in the amount of $18.80. I was suppose to receive and email when my order shipped. As of April 18th my order still had not shipped. I have email 5 seperate times as well as called and left a message. None of my correspondence have been returned.

Items ordered April 6th and a confirmation was received same day. Have had no contact since.
Ordered 8 boxes of sidewalk chalk for $25.07 on 4/6/20. Received a confirmation on the same day. Confirmation number is XXXXX. Have been waiting for a shipping confirmation and number as stated in the original email. Emailed on 4/9 and 4/13 have gotten no response. Called the customer service line and the phone order number. Neither one has a live person. Left message. Wish I would have read the Revdex.com reviews before ordering.

I ordered a game online. I receieved an email stating they were getting the order ready. I have not heard from them since, although I call and email.
I ordered a game from Nest Learning online on April 3, 2020. The order is number 10752, The Original Rummikub. On April 4 I received an email thanking me for my order and letting me know they have taken my money from my account as payment. That is the last time I have heard from them. I have emailed theree times and called but have had no response. When I call, they ask me to leave a message. I have done that twice. I went on their Facebook page and see that I am not the only person with this problem. I wish I was savvy enough to have checked their Facebook account.

Desired Outcome

I would like to have them reimburse me the $24.94 taken from my account. I would like to see them kicked out of Texas, but the money would be enough.

I submitted an order 4/6/20 & never received it. Cannot reach the company.
Ordered paint for my son on 4/6/20. Total coming to $36.19. I was never provided tracking info and it said the ordered "shipped" instantly which is impossible obviously. I have never received the product and was never provided any tracking info or anything else from the company. I have reached out through email and phone but the won't respond to emails and their phone system is down. After reading many complaints on Revdex.com & their Facebook page I see this is happening to everyone. They are also deleting comments on FB that are negative. It's disappointing to see this happening on a site that is supposed to provide "school supplies". And stealing money from people during the pandemic. Hoping to get our money back and that this place gets shut down!

I have not received my confirmed order placed 3/18/20. I have emailed the company twice, left a voicemail, and messaged through facebook. No response.
I placed my order for a board game on 3/18/20 for 28.22 with an expected delivery date given of 2 weeks. I received a confirmation emial immediately. I continue to get marketing emails from this company, now that I am on their email list. After two weeks, I check on the order status, and it said, "still processing", so I emailed on 4/9/20 but got no response. I continued getting marketing emails. Then I emailed again about my order on 4/15/20. Still no response. When I checked my order status again, it was the same, "still in process". Today I called and just left a voicemail. I also checked their facebook page and found 42 plus complaints, all from people who also havaen't received their orders - some going back to October 2019! Each person osaid they got no response but were charged for what they ordered. Many people bewildered like me why this company is still marketing and keeping their website and phone lines open but not giving any customer service and not delivering products! It seems like a total Scam There are posts from NEST learning on facebook for 1/23/20 and 2/14/20 saying their "systems are down" and to contact them via Facebook messenger. So why are they not responding to any of the complaints? I did message them on Facebook and have not gottenn a response there either.

I want my order cancelled and to be given a full refund. I also want to be taken off their email list and want them to take down their website and facebook page since they are not delivering any products. Right now I am still subscribed to their emails because I want the evidence that they are still marketing their products AS IF they are actually still doing business when all they are really doing is taking people's money. A lot of companies are behind on deliveries because of Covid, but these other companies are communicating by email and letting customers know what is going on. This NEST learning company just doesn't respond at all after "confirming" your order.

Looks like from all the complaints they should have been shutdown a long time ago.

It appears that this company is not legit. There are many comments on their supposed Facebook page orders being done online and orders never arriving. They do not respond to emails, and their "Customer Service" is always experience a high call volume so they are unable to take your call.
I received a notice that my item had shipped the very next day it was ordered - order placed on a Friday (late in the evening) and appeared to have shipped the next day, Saturday. According to their customer service hotline, they are closed on Saturdays. My order has been in the same status for over a week now.
I've filed a dispute claim with my bank to see if I can get my money back. We will see.
This company appears to be fraudulent. They take your money and do not fill orders.

Ordered on 4/1 via their website using debit card $20.89 - order number is #XXXXX. They took the money for purchase out of my checking account on 4/3. I still have not received the item or any correspondence or update from the company on when the item will ship. I have sent 2 emails to ***@NestFamily.com with no response, tried calling their X-XXX-XXX-XXXX number several times - it says they can't talk due to high volume and say you can leave a message but then the system hangs up on you instead, I've submitted a contact us form on their website, left messages on their Facebook and Twitter pages and nothing at all back. I would like my money back if nothing else.

I placed an order last week and within 2 minutes received a shipping confirmation. Payment was debited from my account immediately. However, since that time there has been NO communication from Nest Learning. I've called two telephone numbers listed and emailed the company. No response. I just want my money returned, forget the product.

I placed an item with this company, received a confirmation from them with no delivery details, and then realized they took my money from my account already. On 2-6-20 (order #9095) never received item. Company not replying to numerous emails or voicemails.
2-6-20 Recordable Answer Buzzers (1 set). Order #9095. They took $29.44 from my account but I never received the item. I have left several voicemails & emails but no one ever calls me back. I have since learned of several other people with the same complaint. I left a negative review on their Facebook, which is where I learned about the other people.

I ordered items and but no response. I am not claiming money because I disputed my credit card payment.
I ordered some books in nestlearning.com on Mar 23rd, 2020. There was no response about a week except the automatic message that my order was confirmed. Then I tried to contact them to cancel my order, realizing that their phone and chat services were blocked. I sent three emails (because it was the only way to contact them) but no response so far, as of today 04/04/2020. I ended up disputing my credit card payment, so I am not claiming my money. While I am waiting for their response, I kept receiving their advertisement emails about promotions and benefits from signing up. Then I found several reviews saying that similar things happened to other people in February-March of this year. They should not excuse this situation with the COVID-19 pandemic, because they could simply close the website, response to consumers, or make an official announcement about shipping and orders. Ironically, the credit card payment has been successfully charged so far and I expect that many people are having similar difficulties as I did. I have seen some people waiting for their response about 6 weeks. I think this is related to their business ethics and fraud somehow because they never ship the items without any response to consumers for the last couple of months.

Desired Outcome

The company should take an action immediately (closing website, contacting consumers, and making an announcement about their plans) to protect existing and future consumers.
