The product I bought was never received and I have call and left messenge and sent emails but no one has contacted me or refunded the money.

I bought a box of kids glove that was never shipped and I have call n email the company but they have not refunded my money nor have they shipped the product. I am assuming that this company or running a scam .

I ordered 2 boxes of sidewalk chalk on 4/9 which I have never received. Sent several emails and messages which are never returned.
I placed an order for 2 boxes of sidewalk chalk 52 pcs each on 4/9/20. My account shows it was shipped but there is no tracking details. I have sent at least 4 emails and left 4 messages and no of them are ever returned. I went to their Facebook page today and found the same thing has happened to LOTS of other people.
This company needs shut down. They say they are a Christian company but they appear to just be taking peoples money. Luckily for me I only spent $23.97 but I would still like to either have my product or my money back, if this company even exist.

I just want them to refund the money. After waiting for so long for a response it would be a little nice if they did so. The company nest learning is horrible with responses to customers who have purchased something from them.

I ordered crayola sidewalk chalk on April 16, 2020. It was charged to my credit card the same day as order. Says it was shipped. Still haven't seen the product. I have emailed 4+ times and called and left a message. No response! I would really like my money refunded since I haven't recieved any product! Very disappointing for a business to sell items and never ship or contact the customer back! Will never shop this company again.

I would like information from the company about status of my order. Is it shipped, unavailable? I would like a warning about this company as it is still advertising and sending me emails like I should buy something else. I don't want any other people to get taken in.

Worst customer service ever. They charged my card immediately and it has been 3 weeks now with no communication and no product. I have emailed repeatedly and called. Their customer service line isn't even open for calls. You have to leave a message, which they have not returned. Do not buy from this company.

I placed an online order (#XXXXX) on April 22, 2020 in the amount of $41.37. My daughters were very excited about the items due to the Quarantine/Stay At Home Order, they needed a pick me up. I felt like something was not right when the money came out immediately from our bank account and I had not received an email confirming shipment/tracking. I have since emailed them 3 times (4/22, 4/29, 5/7). I have also called the customer service number and was only able to leave a message; I have left 2 messages (5/7, 5/14). At this point, I would just like a refund. I'm so sad that this is happening. I was excited to find a website with so many fun learning items. Thank you for your help.

I would like to file a complaint against Nest Family Entertainment, P. O. Box 863715, Plano, TX 75086. Customer Service Phone # 1-800-447-5958.

I ordered 50 Dodie Osteen "Healed of Cancer" books from Nest on 12-8-19. I ordered the books on line and paid for them with a credit card. I received confirmation e-mails from Nest the day the orders were placed. I have not received the books and they have not credited the money back to my Visa Card. I have tried to call them several times but always get a recording and a busy signal on their message line. I have also sent them several e-mails and a certified letter requesting that the order be canceled and my money refunded. They have not responded to any form of communication. I still get e-mails from this company wanting to sell me more products. However, I no longer trust them and don't plan to ever do business with them again.

I called the Chamber of Commerce in Plano, TX and found that this company is not registered with them. They suggested that I contact the Revdex.com. So, I am contacting you to file a formal complaint since I don't know what else to do at this point.

On 03/10/2020 I ordered sidewalk chalk from nest learning. I received an email confirmation and they took payment from my account. As of 05/08/2020 I have not received my order. I have called and emailed them several times and have yet to get a response. My order number is XXXXX. The total cost was $27.65.

I received an email on 04/13/20 stating "Order Confirmed" with the following message "we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent." On 04/18/20, I tried to check back to see if it had been shipped & get tracking information so that I could track the delivery of this product. I have repeatedly emailed & left voicemail messages-none of which have been answered or returned. The product has not been received. Based on facebook messages that I have seen in the past week, apparently I am not the only customer who has been taken by this company. My main concern is that these people now have my card number & information. Any help you are able to give me will be greatly appreciated.

I have not received the products that I ordered and paid for from Nest Learning.
On 03/18/2020 I placed an order for the "36 Animated Old And New Testament DVD Collection by CDI-Nest SKU: WFBRON" from Nest Learning's website NestLearning.com. Total purchase price was $529.95 I used my debit card to pay for the purchase. I immediately received an email from Nest Learning with confirmation of my order. This email included: "ORDER #9784", "Your Order is being prepared" "Thank you for your purchase!", "Hi ***, we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent" and "Shipping Method: USPS Regular Mail". The $529.95 for my order was debited from my bank account by NestLearning.com on 03/19/2020. That was the last time I've seen anything from Nest Learning. After not receiving any further emails from Nest Learning or receiving my products (2) weeks after I placed my order, I went back to the website to check the status of my order. The information on the website indicated that order status for order "#9784 as "Fulfilled". I've never received an email from Nest Learning stating that my order shipped. I've never received any order tracking information. The website did show to allow (15-20) business days for orders shipping via USPS to arrive. Based on that information, I waited the (20) business days before attempting to contact Nest Learning. After not receiving my product within the (20) business days of placing my order, I began attempting to contact Nest Learning about my order. I've tried every single method published on their website to contact the company. I've emailed the company several times using the customer service email address. I've messaged the company through the "Contact Us" page on their website. I've called and left multiple voice mail messages using the company's customer service phone number provided on the website. The website shows to track your order using the "Arrive/Shop" app. I tried the app and all it shows is that my order has shipped but cannot be tracked because "Tracking Information is Not Provided By Nest Learning". I've not gotten any responses from the company. I've requested an order update, a ship date, tracking information, even just a reply. Other than the initial order confirmation, I've not received anything else from this company. No product. No information. No customer service. It's now been (7) weeks since I placed my order and still nothing. I now wish I would have done my due diligence and checked out the reviews for this company before ordering from them based solely on their self proclaimed "Christian", "Family", "Nurturing", "Inspirational" and "Educational" company values posted on their "About Us" website page. Had I done so, I would have found several very similar stories to mine on your website along with an "F" and 1-star rating (only because there's not a "no star" option). I'm attaching documentation of my order, order confirmation, a snippet of my bank account showing NestLearning.com debiting my account the $529.95 and copies of my emails to Nest Learning.

Placed an order 4/20, emailed the company 4 times requesting status, they have never responded. Telephone number plays msg to email for help.
I placed an order on 4/20 and received a confirmation email of my order.
I followed up via email on 4/23 to ask if the item had shipped and if not, if there was an estimated ship date. I never received a reply.
I followed up on 4/27 by phone, which had a recording instructing to send an email for customer service.
I emailed 4/27 again asking for a status of my order. I never received a reply.
I followed up via email on 4/29, again requesting status. I never received a reply.
I followed up via email on 5/05, again requesting status. I never received a reply.

They charged my credit card the date I placed the order 4/20 and it posted to my account the next day 4/21.

I have requested to cancel the order and provide a full refund, but they have not responded.

Zero Stars would be the correct rating. It is not a legit company. It is a scam. You will not receive products.

I ordered via the company's website on 4/6. As of 5/7 still have not received my items or even gotten a shipping confirmation. Inquires go unanswered
I placed an order for several children's toys with Nest via their website on 4/6/20. As of 5/7/20 I still have not even received a shipping confirmation. I have emailed their customer service dept. 4 times, but have gotten no response. I have called their customer service phone number as well, but only get an automated message that the "due to high call volumes" they are "unavailable." I have left two voicemails which have gone unreturned. I have sent a message to their social media account, but it has not been responded to either. Apparently this company has been taking people's money for months without shipping out any items. Their social media is full of complaints from other customers who have similar stories to mine, some of whom have been waiting as long as 6 months for delivery of their p purchases. I understand that this is a difficult time for businesses, but if you cannot fill your orders in a reasonable time then you should stop accepting orders.

I would like a refund. You should not have processed payment until you were ready to ship my items.
