I ordered bookends 2/8/2020 and have not received them as of 2/20/2020. My efforts to contact Nest have gone unaddressed to this day.
My order number is 9110 and I have neither received the product, bookends, nor assistance at any level. I left a detailed voicemail, have emailed twice, (waited ample time for my order to arrive before reaching out at all) and have called multiple times with absolutely no results. Each time I call there's a recording expressing that customer service is not accepting calls because of the high number of calls they're receiving??? and to leave a message. The money I paid from my PayPal account was deducted with no order to show for it.

Ordered curriculum for schooling. Payment was taken from my account. Items never received.
On 12/29/19 I ordered two curriculum sets totaling 140.32 with an anticipated arrival date of 5 days from purchase. I received a confirmation email from Nest Learning for my purchase. Two weeks later, I did not receive the order. I emailed customer service and did not receive a reply for several days. When I finally received a reply, I was told that one of the items was on back order and had delayed my shipment but would be sent soon. I waited another two weeks and emailed again--this time with no response. I began emailing weekly and did not receive a reply. I also began calling the customer service number and discovered it was not working "due to high call volumes." I am trying to get my money refunded but it is proving to be complex as I paid through Partial.ly which is a no-interest payment plan company. They have also not been able to reach Nest Learning to confirm that I have not received my order.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund and for other consumers to be warned to not purchase from this business and it appears to be fraudulent.

I ordered a bible cover from this website on January 15, 2020. 5 weeks, 4 phone messages, and 3 emails to customer service has yielded no bible cover. No one answers the phone. No one calls you back. No one answers emails. Caution before you order!
Ironically, I canceled an order for this bible come on another website, because they kept delaying delivery. That website however, kept in close touch with me about the status of the order. I regret not just waiting for the cover to come in now.
I would prefer to have the bible cover, but will accept a refund.

A total scam. Placed an order 2 months ago. Charged my credit card and never sent it. They don't answer or return emails or phone calls. I give them a 0 star.

Ordered a bible that I never received. When I inquired about my order I was told it wasn't in stock. I requested a refund that I never received.
Order bible Dec 5 2019. Order number 8208. Inquired about order approximately 5 days later and was told item was out of stock. I immediately requested a refund. The next month when I inquired about refund was told the accounting department was off two weeks for the holidays give them a chance to get caught up. Last several attempts received message "due to high volume of calls representatives were unable to take call please leave a message". I also attempted to email with no response.

I still have not received 2 orders placed 12/2019. Company is now not answering their phones or emails and have shut their answering machine off.
I placed 2 ordersWith this company back on December 17, 2019 and December 21, 2019. After not receiving the items, I called the company and they told me that they were both back ordered and that they sent me an email which I never received. I kept waiting for the items and they told me that the items should be in last week. When I went to follow up with them, I kept getting a message saying that they weren't answering their calls due to high call volume. They haven't answered their phones for a week now . I have sent them several emails which have gone unanswered. I cannot leave them voicemail after pressing their option to do so. I contacted PayPal to dispute this charge. I now have no items and the company is not returning any phone calls, emails and I am unable to leave a phone message with them, which they probably wouldn't answer anyway. I want a complete and full refund on my items.

Well, I have had the same problems that the previous reviewer *** has had. I ordered some items for Christmas the last week of February. They sent items to a different state and I never received them by Christmas 2019. I reached out by phone and emails several times from 10 days until Christmas through Christmas and after. I have spoken to a very rude lady who seems to be very disinterested in refunding my money or resolving the issue. It is now January 8, 2020 and I still have no refund. The money was pulled from my account the last week of November.

Buyer Beware! Go through a used seller on Ebay or Amazon.

I was just trying to cut out the mega seller and support a Christian company and I found the Devil instead.

I ordered this product nearly three months ago. After one month I emailed, and called customer service only to receive no responses.
My order number is 7673. When I finally spoke with a customer service rep after several calls and emails I was told that the books were on backorder and that they would check into why my voicemails were not being responded to. Since that time I have lost multiple emails and voicemails including an email and voicemail requesting a refund and I have received no responses. I would like a full refund and I would like this company to either before it's too close or do better.

Terrible company! I placed an order online on 12/18 and paid for UPS shipping, hoping this order that was suddenly out of stock on Amazon would arrive in time for Christmas for my husband. I received a confirmation email saying that my order would be shipping soon. On 12/19, I emailed them to find out when this would be shipping, no response. On 12/20 in the morning, I emailed them again. On 12/20 in the afternoon I called them to check status. I told the rep that I had emailed twice and not received a response, she laughed and said well I'm not surprised about that, we are very busy at this time of year and typically have a 48 hour turnaround to read/respond to emails. I was told she could not give me order status, she would have to send a note to the warehouse to find out when it could ship. I asked for a return call with status. I called back on Monday 12/23 and was told an email was sent to me on 12/20 to tell me that the item was out of stock. I told the rep I did not get an email and she cut me off and said well it probably went into your junk mail, we hear of that happening, you need to check again. I told her I did not have an email after the initial one anywhere. I told her I wanted to cancel the order and she said ok. I called back on 12/24 to find out when my money would be refunded, I was told that their accounting department was closed last week and I would be refund on Monday 12/30. Today is Tuesday 12/31 and I haven't seen a refund. I called today and the automated message says "due to high call volume customer service is unavailable, leave a message and your call will be returned". What a joke! And what a farce for a company distributing Christian items and literature! Avoid this company!!!

This "religous and child oriented" company is a total fraud. It has a Revdex.com rating of F for a reason. They will take your order, your money and not deliver your product.
They will lie to you when calling about your order and will not connect you with another person to try and rectify the situation. What they are doing is considered theft! Dont buy from this company!!!

I Purchased an item via the website on 12/1/19. My acct was debited on 12/3/19. As of 12/7 I have not received shipping notice nor the item.
On December 1, 2019, I Purchased an activity box per the company website. I paid for the item using my debit card. I Immediately received an email saying that my order had been received and was being prepared to ship.

On 12/3/19 my bank account was debited for the charge of $13.00 but I have never received any communication from the company regarding shipping updates or notifications. It is now 12/7/19 and I still have not received the item nor any communication or notifications from the company.

Upon researching the company's customer service record, I discovered there have been a multitude of problems reported by other customers. I fear now that this is a fraudulent company and that I have been scammed.

Email contact attempts: Prior to filing this complaint I have attempted to contact the Company via their posted email address and have not received a response.

#2 - I also sent an email to the company via their website contact form provided under the "contact us" link.

I ask that the company refund the total amount of the charge which posted to my checking account: $13.00 on 12/3/19. I am assuming there is no item coming at this point, and have thus lost all trust in this company. I am seeking a complete refund.

Nest mailed me a different item than I originally ordered. I called customer service, and they told me they sent me a different version instead of what I had SPECIFICALLY ordered. I was given an address to return the item I never wanted in the first place. They will not help you with returns. It's on your dime! Paid shipping to receive the item and had to pay to get the item shipped back. DO NOT ORDER FROM NEST LEARNING!

I placed an order with them over a month ago I have yet to receive shipping status or the item I have even sent out email for my money back an I have gotten no reply.

Placed an order #7661 on May 28th and never received a confirmation email or tracking status, but they took the money out of my account.
Purchased on May 28, 2019. Called and spoke to Customer Service to ask for an order number, as I wasn't given one initially, when I made the order by phone. Order #7661 was given and I was told in a few minutes I should be receiving a confirmation email, but never received anything. I called back the next day and received a voice message, "due to higher than normal call volume the customer service department is closed, leave a message. I left a message, unfortunately, I haven't received any response from yesterday or today. In addition, I've sent 2 emails on 5/29 and 5/30, but no one responded back on the status of the order I placed. I'd like to receive the two bottles of oil I ordered or to have my money returned.

I'd really like if they would just send the two bottles of anointing oil that I ordered. If not, then please refund my money.

ISSUE RESOLVED!!!

I ordered a paperback diagnostic book, paid for shipping, and ended up with an attachment of what I ordered that I can get free from publishers site.
I ordered lifepac language arts diagnostic papaerback book on 2/21/2019 for $6
26 with a .93 discount, paid $6.95 in shipping, .77 in TX tax and .25 Plano tax totaling13.30. Order number 3573. With a card ending in 3030. On 2/26 they emailed me an attachment of what I ordered. It slipped through my email so I searched for their name today and found it. I could have gotten the attachment for free from alpha omega publisher

I ordered three Worldly Wise 3000 books on 23 August 2017. It's been well over a month and I still have not received my order or heard from anyone.
I ordered my books on 23 August. After almost a month I still had not received my order. I emailed Customer Service and never received a response. I waited about a week. At this time it would be over a month passing *** still no order. I called their Customer Service and kept getting a message that "All representatives were helping other customers..." I waited as long as I could, probably 5 minutes and hung up. I waited two or three days to call again. Again, I got the message that representatives were busy. I opted to leave a voice message explaining my problem. It's been almost two weeks since calling and I still have not heard back from anyone.

Desired Outcome

I wish for my cost of the books, tax, and postage, $46.70 to be refunded immediately.
