I was charged for an order that was never fulfilled and have been unable to contact anyone within the company via phone or e mail.
On February 2, 2020 I placed an order through the nest learning website for 'Recordable Answer Buzzers set of 4', SKU LER3769 for a total of $26.07. My MasterCard debit card was charged, but I received no information beyond this point. My confirmation number for this order is ***. I have sent multiple e mails to the referred customer service e mail address and called the customer service phone number multiple times with no response or success.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund for order number *** I don't even want this product anymore, and I will not be doing business with this company again.

I placed an online order #8436 on 12/14/19, that still has not be shipped or refunded as I have left several messages requesting.
I placed an online order #8436 on 12/14/19, I expected the order to arrive by Christmas and when it did not come I called the day after Christmas and customer service answered the phone this one and only time and said that it was on back order and should ship within 4-5 weeks. I have sent numerous emails and attempted to call many times only to get a message saying that their server was down or due to higher than normal call volume customer service was busy. At this point I would just like a refund for the money I paid for the item that wad never received. This company is terrible and should be held accountable to the many people it has taken money from.

The company will not respond to my order inquiry that was placed 23 days ago.
I placed an on-line order on March 3, 2020. I have reached on through their website contact form, emailed 3 times and have called numerous times to try speak with a representative. I have not gotten a single response to my emails and have not been able to speak to anyone over the phone.
I have been charged $56.13 for the items but have not received them or been able to find a status on my order.

I would just like to cancel the order and be reimbursed $56.13.

Order 9565 placed on 3/7. On 3/20 I called to update the shipping address as the product has not shipped. As the line does not allow you to speak to anyone or an answering service, I followed up with an email with the same request and new address. I made several other email and attempts to contact on their online form to get the address updated. Today is 3/26 and the shipment date has come and gone but the product still is "in process". I was billed on the day I made the order and no one has contacted me. This company appears to be fraudulent in collecting funs with no attempt to ship or communicate with customers

Desired Outcome

I would like to be refunded in full and the company to be reprimanded as to not continue this behavior online to other consumers. I would not like to see a company defrauding people in the environment we live in today

We ordered a model of the Jerusalem Temple December 18, 2019 and have not received it. I have left voice messages and e-mails without a response.
Our Mission ordered a small Jerusalem temple model on December 18,2019. In late January I called and asked why I have not received it yet. They said it was not yet in their warehouse but would be in mid February. In late February and early March I called again numerous times and left voice messages and sent several e-mails with out anyone ever answering the phone or responding to the voice messages or e-mails. I am in need of the product now but am being ignored. I have called from home and my cell which leads me to believe there is something wrong with this company. I have my credit card bill if needed.

Either delivery of the product or a refund.

Ordered Pilgrims Progress on Feb. 27, 2020. Never was emailed with delivery info. Haven't heard from them at all! Cust. Service line is not available.
I first ordered the book and paid for it through PayPal in early February. They never emailed me with a delivery date. In fact, I never heard from them at all! PayPal could not get a response from them, so they refunded my purchase. Later, I got an email from Nest, saying they had computer problems of some sort and offered me a 20% discount, so I reordered Pilgrims Progress again. They sent me an email saying they received my order and were getting it ready to ship. that was on February 27, 2020. I haven't heard from them since. I go to their website to check my order, and it says the same thing. I try to call their customer service line and it says they can't receive calls because of high call volumes. it doesn't matter when I call, I get the same recording. I even tried calling their return department, which is a different number and got the same recording!

Placed order Feb 8, 2020. Product was to arrive 7-10 days. Product not only has never shown but I've contacted the company 7 times with 0 responses.
Purchased 10 Living the Love dare flip calendar on February 8, 2020. I paid $78.87 and have not only not received my items I've contacted the company 7 times both via email, their website, and by phone and have had ZERO responses from them. I just want some sort of communication at this point! I'd love to know where my order is or if they aren't going to send it to me, then give me a refund.

If there was a 0 star option, that is what I would choose! This has been a nightmare of an order. I placed my order Sunday Nov 17, 2019 and they debited my account the next business day. I ordered the complete package of bible and history stories, 56 in all ($765). Because there is no information on their website about shipping times I called them that Monday to ask them when I should be expecting the order to be shipped. I was told that by that Friday I should have an email with tracking information. Friday came and nothing, so I call again and am told they only get information from their warehouse only twice a week and that she would have my tracking info by Monday. Monday came and nothing, so I call again, then I am told that my order has 1 dvd on back order and that it should be in by the end of the week and will receive an email with tracking info then. The woman on the phone is not very friendly to begin with and at the first sign of you as a customer questioning things she becomes VERY RUDE! I waited that whole week and at the end of the week still no tracking info. So I call once more, at this point I am frustrated and very concerned about the money they debited from my account and that it my mean fraud. I begin by asking very nicely about the where about of my order and voice my concern which at this time she tells me that there are 2 dvds on back order and they will come in at the end of the week...(same story with the difference that its not 1 but 2dvds now). I then call her out on the fact that she told me the same thing the week before but that she had said it was 1 dvd not 2 at which she tells me she NEVER said that, I told her that YES she did at which she had a childlike response to and went back and forth with me a few times, her "no I didn't.", me "yes you did.", until I told her I had no reason to lie and this woman not only turns into a very rude person but did not let me talk without cutting me off and when asked her to stop and let me talk, she threatens to end the call. I tell her I would like to speak to her manager and she tells me she is the manager, I tell her that I would like to speak to someone above her and she tells me they are not in the office. I then requested that her her superior call me please. She "took note" and we ended the call. Another week past and still no tracking info, so I call once more and ask where my order is without mentioning our previous conversation and I get the SAME story again, at which I ask again to speak to her superior and she says they are busy and will call me when they get to it. I never received that call. I finally on Dec 14, 2019 received the bulk of the order, of course minus the 2 DVDs. I call once more and I'm told that they are still on back order and will get them when they become available. It is now March 11, 2020 and I still do not have the 2 DVDs. I am very lucky from what I read from other customers that never received their order to have received the bulk of mine. I tried to contact them for 2 weeks via phone and got a message saying that due to call volumes I must email them which I have, its been a week now and yet (SURPRISE) no response. This company has absolutely terrible customer service and terrible times for fulfillment ( IF your order is fulfilled ). BE WARE!

Ordered a bible from this company that was never delivered...yet they charged my debit card.
Purchased a bible from the company on 2/18/2020 and was told I would received an email confirmation once it shipped. After 2-3 weeks with no such confirmation, I left multiple messages via email and phone and never heard back from this company. Yet, they continued to send out emails about being "sorry for our technical difficultiesplease enjoy this 20% off Coupon for other purchases." Laughable. After looking at their Facebook page, I realized I was not the only one that had been duped. I have my bank's fraud division looking at ways of recouping the funds, but expect that any company duping people on bibles and religious books will face the ultimate judge.

Looking for a refund of $61.50 for a bible that I purchased on 2/18/2020 and never recieved.

I purchased school books for my son, never received. They do not respond to messages, or phone calls. Refuse to refund or send product as promised.
I paid $254.92 for a complete set of 9th grade books for my son. Waited 3 weeks for tracking then started reaching out to them through email. No response. Then tried calling every day for a week, no response. Left voicemails no response. Then went to their Facebook and found numerous complaints about them being a scam and not ever sending the product. I emailed them on there, they read the emails but never responded. This is a scam.

I never received the product I ordered, and the company has not responded to my emails or phone calls as to where it is.
I purchased two sets of recordable buzzers on February 4, 2020. I received a confirmation email right away that said I would receive a future email with shipment details once the items were on their way. I never received that shipment email, so I emailed the company on February 19th. No response. I called the company on February 21st. It was a recorded message saying they were experiencing high volumes of calls on their customer service line and to leave a message. I did. No response. I called again on February 24th and received the same message. I also emailed. I suspect this company is a scam since my credit card has been charged yet no product has been delivered and no one appears to work there. There are multiple complaints from people with similar issues on this website. I should have checked here first before I placed the order.

Haven't received an order for 25 KJV Bibles, placed on 1/6/2020. Several attempts have been made to contact company, via email & telephone. Have left several messages on their voicemail. The company hasn't responded at all.

Add my name to the list of those who have been taken in by this company. I placed an order with them last week and sent them a message (I had a question) immediately afterward. Four days passed and no response. On Day 5 I sent another message, asking about why my previous message had not been answered.
On Day 6 I tried calling the 800 number on the website but got a recording that the number was no good. So then I tried calling the "If you're located outside of the US" number, which had an area code in Texas. I got a recording explaining that they had a high volume of calls and that I could leave a message, leave a message on the website or send them an email. I left an email and still haven't heard back.
My next call will be to my bank.
