My company has been a loyal customer of ReadyFresh by Nestle since That is yearsFor about months now, each and every delivery is rescheduled/ canceled without any notice at allOur last delivery was April 29, and it is now May 7....we are well out of waterI spoke with the *** ** branch manager on April He apologized for the inconvenience and changed the delivery date from May to April Checked ReadyFresh website on April 30, and the delivery date was changed to May Checked on May changed to May Checked on May chanced to May Checked on May changed to May Checked on May changed to May Checked on May 7...changed to May When will my water be delivered??? Never at this rateI am certainly checking all other options for water deliveryI will not have this happen again

On my first order, I asked the delivery person if they offered some sort of stand to keep the bottles onHe said yes, that he'd bring me one the next day with the rest of my order because the order wasn't completeTo my shock, my next bill was almost $because the stand was actually not something they provide, but that they sell for $39.99! At no time did the driver let me know that there would be a charge! I called and complained, to which the rep initially game me attitude about, then she scheduled a pick up so that I could be refundedThe weekend before the pick up I received separate texts, one saying my delivery was 11/20, then another saying it was 11/Not sure why in the world I was sent different datesOn 11/the driver showed up saying he was there to pick up the rack, but did not bring any waterI was not home, so he spoke to my roommate, who didn't know what was going onHe told my roommate that he could pick up the rack on Monday, because Wednesday was a s

We began service with *** Water, now owned by Nestlé Waters North America Inc #*** *** *** *** *** ** *** ** *** *years ago The service agreement included a small charge for the cooler each month, delivery every weeks when the delivery person would ring our doorbell or knock and ask how many bottles we needed and would replace the current bottle on our cooler during the service call Over the years, the delivery became every weeks, and now once a month Since the deliveries are so far apart, they continue to deliver too much water even though we have asked the deliveryman to cut down on the bottles These bottles sit in the sun where one delivery man told us the bottles could collect bacteria over this long a time This man would put brown paper bags over the bottles and leave them in a more shaded area They no longer knock to help put the bottles on the cooler (in fact they run away from you if you call after them if you happen to see them) and

I purchased a bottom loading water cooler from this company on 10/10/ The product malfunctioned (stopped pumping water) , and was replaced in August as the warranty went through October However, the replacement cooler malfunctioned after months, with the same issue that the original had I contacted Nestle ***) and asked for another replacement, but I was told I would have to purchase a new one The only one available for purchase per their website is the same model I have had the issues with

We cancelled service for of our locations, the coolers were picked up and the compnay continues to bill usIn addition they insisted that the coolers were not pciked up adn when they went out to the locations and found they were not there the manager Kim K*** told *** *** from our compnay taht we could either buy the coolers immediatley or we would continue to be charges a monthly fee

From the beginning I have had issues from updating payment, delivery times, delivery instructions and charging my card unauthorized My BIGGEST ISSUE is delivering my Water and not RINGING THE BELLAfter my water was stolen and the I had a hard time getting it redelivered and double charged I got frustrated and canceled the deliveries because no one listens to my instructions, but I am still receiving deliveries and being charged I voiced my concerns, but the customer didn't show any interest, only concerned about payment for the cooler because I wanted to return it

Im a new customer to this company and I have been waiting on delivery for over weeksI have called numerous times and have spoken to different people with different positions and to no resultsI am a father of young girls who are out of school and I have to be going out to purchase water for themEverytime I get a new delivery date it gets changed again and againI even took a day off from work due to the fact that a customer service representative told me I would get the delivery that day and it didn’t happenI have been extremely patient with this company I dont want to cancel my account because of the convenienceThey did offer me no charge for this month which I appreciate but I haven’t received anything to compensate the time off work and the gallons of water I have purchased in the local stores
