I just seen the reviews for this product. I too paid for only shipping. Got an email confirmation of shipping amount as well as a tracking number. 1/29/2020 I never knew about a monthly charge. I called the number located on the email they sent me and canceled with them. No money had been taken out of my account besides the shipping fee thankfully because I seen the reviews and canceled it in time. The lady was extremely sketchy to me over the phone. I requested an email confirmation regarding me canceling any future services through them. What a complete scam. I'm unable to leave the phone number on here unfortunately otherwise I would provide it for anyone wishing to cancel.

I ordered the CBD on an advertisement like everybody else and when I got it today I got to looking it up and realized I was scammed so I'm going to check with my bank in the morning and hope that I can stop it before they take anymore money out

The site for New Leaf miss informed me about how much I was going to me charged after so many days. I feel I was taken advantage of.
I ordered 1 product from new leaf back in Jan 2020 I just recently seen that I was charged shipping for 2 products on for $6.82 and another for $6.84. Now on 2/19/2020 I was charged $89.82 I called the company and spoke with a woman at first that said they could stop the charge of $89.84 ( which didn't go through my bank as I didn't have enough funds) and refund me $40.00. They stated that I needed to call before 14 days and I didn't I told her I wanted to speak to her supervisor, when he got on the phone he said all that they could do is refund me $50.00, I would of accepted this but I have bills that have not cleared and now I am looking at bouncing checks. I told him that the site did not state that I had to cancel before 14 days he said it did, I told him I have dementia/Alzheimer's and do not remember ever seeing this, he said well thats all they can do. I told him this was a scam and he stated " If it was we would have taken all of your money", I told him that this was all of my money and he said he can not do anything more than give me $50.00 back. I told him I would contact the Revdex.com and he said go ahead. Before I hung up I asked him for his name he said his name is Dan J., he didn't want to give me his last name. I contacted my bank and told them what was going on and they stated that $89.82 had been credited back I checked online and sure enough it was, I even received a email saying that that amount was being returned. Now today 2/20/2020 I check my bank online and it has been debited from my account again... I feel that this company is going after the elderly and I need my money back so I do not bounce checks and have more charges to deal with.

I do not accept this for the fact like I stated $89.82 was taken out of my account, then it was refunded on 2/19/2020 then on 2/20/2020 it was taken back out. I have had it refunded but I was charged again. Due to the fact that it is still processing if it were to be refunded it would be credited back the same day.
If I have to wait for 5 days I will but the money should be back into my account by the end of today

If you sign up for their "free sample" buyer beware! They will sock you 90 dollars the next month with a shipment you never wanted. Guess what.. 90 dollar restocking fee if you send it back!! I actually talked to them, so the phone # listed is customer service, they said they would return my money within 5 business days. We will see...

After realizing this probably wasn't legit I called to cancel & they continue charging my account. There was nothing about it being a monthly shipment
I ordered trial products on July 6 2019 (Order *** & after receiving another shipment on 8/6/19 I called the number shown on my statement (844-431-1685) to cancel any future shipments. I was told that any future shipments would be cancelled. Unfortunately shortly after that 3 of my family members were diagnosed with cancer so I spent the next 4-5 months away from home in different areas helping each one as much as I could. It wasn't until I got home in early February that I found out they sent another shipment every
month. There were 2 products ordered, CBD oil & CBD capsules, prices being $89.84 & $89.82 I again called the toll free number & was told they had no record of my phone call & refused to refund. My M/C account was charged each month. While I was away I simply made payments electronically without paying much attention to anything else since I was very preoccupied with family. I am looking for any help you may be able to provide in getting reimbursed. Sure wish I had checked with you before ordering. Thank you for your time.

I would like to have amounts refunded to me in view of the fact I was advised that future shipments would be cancelled & they continued to ship.

Today I received an email from customer support in response to my email of 2/17/20. I called the toll free number listed & got the same response as the last time I called. However they sent me the attached emails & refunded one month of charges plus $40.00 from the previous month.

The day the August shipment arrived I called to cancel my subscription. I was told that they could not give a credit for that & there was no mention of returning it for credit. I paid for that shipment because I didn't realize that the product would be shipped every month. It did nothing for me. I had to be out of town for several months with family matters & I made sure I cancelled it before I left at the end of August. I assumed it was cancelled because that's what I was told. I didn't want to have to worry about it when dealing with these matters.

I didn't return home until early February & was quite upset when I got my mail. I immediately called again to explain the situation only to be told there was no record of my phone call and I did not appreciate being told I was lying. I am currently working with my provider to get the record of my phone call & the confirmation email which I should have within a week. There is no way I wished to continue with this product since it didn't do a thing for me.

plz do not send or charge me for any more new leaf products. I can not affoird them

Do except this response. Please be aware that no where did I see any phone number to cancel nor did I see any additional charges. If u had notified me of trial period being over and if I wished to continue, I would have then canceled further shipments. But thank you so much for refunds as I am on a fixed income.

They are taking money out of my checking without my knowledge.
This company keeps taking out money from my account and I did not approve it,except for the first time for the product. And then took out again without permission.

The ad did not state that I would be charged more money on my credit card when I reviewed the ad I couldn't find anything about it.
Ordered product then got charged for 190. Dollars called and they sent me to different web site. The first one said nothing about free trail for 10 days

I don't accept it because their ad never said anything about a trai offer when I ordered the total price was the 6.82 the 2nd bottle I didn't order .

In December I ordered a sample of this oil for about $6. I didn't like the product so I did nothing. There was no mention of being subscribed to anything. In January they charged my debit card $89.84. Not only did I not order it. They charged me $90 for a product they never sent. I started a claim against them. Then this month, February, They tried to take another $90 but there was not enough in my account so they took $40. I've been on the phone with them again today 3 different times. They put me on hold to talk to one of their managers and then hung up on me. These people are thieves. Please don't trust them.

I ordered the free 30 day trial 1/15/20. They charged me $179.66 on 1/31/20. When I tried to cancel my "account" on 2/2/20 I got a recording that said their phone wasn't in service. I've been searching the internet and finally I found a new number on the Revdex.com website so I called today 2/14/20 but they won't refund the full amount. I spoke to someone named Kelley at 12:30 pm 2/14/20, she said she would cancel my account & give me a courtesy refund of $90. She insisted I hadn't called to cancel within the 30 day timeframe so she wouldn't refund the total of $179.66 that they fraudulently charged me on 1/31/20. If I truly had an account that was supposed to be charged after the 30 day trial then the charges would've been processed on 2/15/20 so they shouldn't have charged me on 1/31/20 because that was only 16 days after my order which was supposed to be a "free 30 day trial". When I asked for the mailing address for the company Kelley said they didn't have a physical address for their company. She could only give me their email address which at first she said was BuyNewLeaf.com then corrected herself and said it's [email protected].

Also, their ad stated these products were created and endorsed by Dr. Phil and Dr. Oz. I have since found out that is not true. They are making false claims and scamming people like myself who are disabled and in constant pain from Fibromyalgia by saying those Doctors created the product to specifically relieve pain for people suffering from chronic pain.

I want them to refund the remaining $89.66.

They charged my account without permission for 89.84 and 89.82. Without authorization. No where did they say the extra charges would be taken.
On 1/27/20 I ordered there product for the advertised price of a total of 13.66 no where did they advertise or list that this was a trial period nor did they say they would charge another 89.84 and 89.82 14 day later on 2/13/20. I contacted custmer service after being on hold for a very long period of time they refused to refund even after I offered to return the seal unused product.

They refunded and canceled the account

Ordered trials of product two weeks later was charged for two items I didn't agree to purchase
I ordered the trial of oil and pills for mother to try. She hasn't even opened the product yet as it just got here last week. This morning I had two separate charges on my bank act for $89.82 and $89.34, which in turn caused my account to be negative. I contacted the company in regards to a refund for these two products, that I didn't agree to purchase. I requested only the amounts they took not the 3 separate nsf charges they caused which totaled to 90$ on their own. They wanted me to send back the unopened product and they would credit me back the charges minus a 19.00 restocking fee for each product. They claim restocking fee is used for disposal and sanitation of the product. (Restocking=disposal???) They refused to not charge me a restocking fee. They are only willing to reimburse me back 70$ each product, and I can keep the original products that I ALREADY purchased, and give me back $140.00 Which means they are still getting a 19$ restocking fee for each product. This is unacceptable. They charged me 190.00 will give me back 140.00 and I'm also an additional 90$ negative with my bank. Totaling an additional 140 in the hole.

Desired Outcome

I would like them to give me the FULL REFUND. And now the 90$ nsf fees that were acquired bc of their unauthorized charges.

Bad product,bad practices, scam company I want my money back

Item purchased never identified it was a trial period and would revert to an outrageous price after two weeks. SCAM

The ad is very misleading and did not represent a trial period. This company should be banned from doing business and scamming customers. Many reviews online indicate the same sentiments.

I wish I would have seen these reviews before I did the "trial". WHAT A SCAM!! Just like Kaye E below, they charged my credit card because I didn't call to cancel. Cancel what?! I wanted to try the oil out, not sign up for some bogus deal. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! I just wish I could give 0 stars.
