Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:We did not refuse serviceYOUR TECHNICIAN started to re-grout our bathroom with GROUT that doesn't match our grout and YOUR TECHNICIAN didn't complete the job so YOUR TECHNICIAN has left us with an incomplete job and our shower filled with grout that doesn't matchWhether it was your responsibility or not originally, YOUR TECHNICIAN did not do the job as you described and you instructed him to do since he started grouting our bathroom and not caulking our bathroom so you need to be responsible and have him fix his mistake and finish our grout.If fixing the cracks with grout wasn't your responsibility, YOUR TECHNICIAN should not have STARTED grouting our bathroom and then not finish Sincerely, [redacted] ***
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:After days and numerous emails, [redacted] from warranty finally got back to us and wants to schedule out another weeks to try and get some of our things done and we will again be going in a circle because now that paint has been here, texture has to come back and then paint will have to come back again.Siding issues have not been resolved and have not been scheduled so at this point that has not been addressed.We requested all these issues to be completed by the time family came in NovemberThat gave you MORE than months and now that will not be happening.When all issues are resolved, we will close this case Sincerely, [redacted] ***
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, after researching it was determined that Oakwood homes had an engineer as the movement in the basement and driveway and determined that all movement was and no structural or safety concerns exist or need to be addressed at this time It was also noted that the concrete flatwork in question showed vertical displacement of at least a 1/inch and was replaced under the warrantyUnder the Limited warranty we do not guarantee an exact match in color or texture due to enviromental conditions at the time of the pour The rear patio hairline cracking is a condition of drying out and does not meet any vertical displacement criteria for replacementPlease let us know if there is any additional concerns that we are not aware of.Regards,***
Thank you,We show a date for tile repair the week of July and the rep will reach out and confirm that dateI show the siding was replaced due to a heat refraction issue from a neighbors window, the window was tinted to dissipate the heat and the siding replaced and in good condition, we will continue to monitor going forward for any re occurrence and resolve thru the manufacturer as needed..Regards,
Oakwood agrees that all the outstanding concerns on the list need to be completed before this is a Closed issue We have work days set and working to complete all items

Thank you for your concern,A representative has been speaking with Mr [redacted] since they returned from extended Vacation,He met them at their house and started the process of dealing with these concerns, since then he has spoken to, or emailed Mr [redacted] almost on a daily basis since the original meeting date, we have had the plumber out, (who claimed not a problem with the pro line drain)We have had this shower inspected by [redacted] Arlun found that they need to pull floor tiles, replace bladder and asked that homeowner would consider changing to center floor drainMr [redacted] is not willing to do thisOur representative just spoke to Mr [redacted] and updated him and although they are eager to get shower repaired and usable, he understands the processes involved to resolve this concern.Thank you

We are scheduling out the remainder of the homeowners work It is Oakwood's intent to complete all warrantable items in the homeowners house
