As a company established by and comprised of former college athletes and coaches, we understand student-athletes are susceptible to injuries, injuries in some cases that may unfortunately impact their athletic careerFor this reason, NCSA offers our Recruit Protect Policy, to provide a full refund
in the unforeseeable event that an injury prevents a student-athlete from continuing their athletic career at the collegiate levelOur cancellation policies, including the Recruit Protect Policy, are outlined within the membership agreement which is signed upon enrollment with NCSA.We are extremely disappointed to hear of *** injury, and that Ms*** was not fully satisfied with her NCSA experienceWe have had the opportunity to speak with Ms*** directly to address her concerns, and believe we have come to an acceptable resolution, despite the unfortunate circumstances of the injuryWe appreciate Ms*** time and most importantly wish *** well and best of luck with the upcoming school year!

We appreciate Mrs***'s feedback and we are certainly sorry to hear that the *** family's membership has not lived up to their expectations thus farWe have attempted to connect with Mrs*** as we remain 100% committed to helping

help greatly reduce the balance dueOur cancellation policy is outlined within the National Agreement signed for your membership during the lengthy enrollment process, which states that our families have business days to cancel their membership with NCSA at no obligationOutside of business days from enrollment, we have our Recruit Protect Policy and Parent Protect Policy to help qualifying families in certain unexpected and unfortunate situationsI apologize if there was any miscommunication or misunderstanding of our cancellation policyWe tried to reach you to see how we can help moving forward and to gather more feedback on your experience, but unfortunately we were unable to connectWe would encourage you to contact NCSA directly at your convenience, as we are eager to help resolve your concerns!

We have had the opportunity to connect with Mr*** again regarding his concerns to confirm that he did in
fact provide qualifying documentation for the Recruit Protect Policy and a refund was mailed on 12/22/Due to the holidays, it may take longer than to arrive in the mail, but we encourage Mr*** to contact NCSA directly with any further questions or concerns

We have had an opportunity to connect with Ms*** via email and are working to schedule a time to speak directly to ensure that we fully address and resolve her concernsNCSA provides education and support throughout the recruiting process. The services NCSA provides differ greatly from HUDL, and many of our student-athletes use both. We are disappointed to hear that Ms*** has not been fully satisfied with her NCSA experience, and we look forward to connecting soon to ensure an amicable resolution
