you felt that way. Please be assured that we have internally addressed your concerns. From the beginning, the main mission was always to help Jalyn in his recruiting process, which is why your family was initially presented with various options outside of simply cancelling the membership. The options of the discounted membership cost and the further reduced payments were discussed in order to make sure that the NCSA membership did not become a financial burden on your family. I completely understand that times are tough right now; which is why we are looking to work through it and still be able to keep [redacted] goal of playing college sports as the main priority. Various members of our organization have reached out to you over the last couple weeks in hopes to come to a resolution in this matter, but have not had any luck connecting with you yet. I would request that you give us a call so we can directly discuss your concerns and your membership. Thanks in advance.
