We thank Mrs*** for the feedback and we are disappointed to learn of her concerns. Our number one goal is to provide the best education, guidance and technology to our families to help them be more successful throughout their recruiting process and we remain fully confident in our products
and servicesWe have since tried to connect with Mrs*** to resolve her concerns, but we have not yet been able to connect. We would welcome a conversation with her and remain confident in being able help her family and to address her concerns

specific recruiting experts, who have all played and or coached at the college level in their respective sportThe Head Recruiting Coach's number one goal is to coach our student athletes through the Recruiting Process by providing guidance and education on the recruiting process and motivation through the long and trying journeyThe NCSA Membership that Ms*** and her family selected includes highlight video that NCSA’s video team will create as well as an individual evaluation of the highlight video to match the student athlete with college programs across the countryWe use a proprietary algorithm to create the student athletes match percentage taking into consideration a number of factors including academic information on the student athlete’s profile, the athletic evaluation completed from the highlight video submitted, the student athletes preferences of what they’ve expressed they’re looking for in the college experience, and what college coaches in our network have listed as their preferences and roster needsTo date, with the matches NCSA has provided based on the above process, *** has had college programs view his NCSA profile (NCAA I, NCAA II, NCAA III, and JC programs) and has appeared in search results for college coaches looking to fill their rosters more than timesHe also has college coaches that have elected to “Follow” *** recruiting journey with NCSA from both the NCAA II and NCAA III levels, meaning they have requested to receive notifications and updates on *** recruiting process with NCSAWe would love to have the opportunity to talk further with Ms*** regarding her concerns with her video and the service provided to better understand how we can continue to help and improve her experience, we would encourage Ms*** to contact NCSA directly*** has been an active NCSA user, logging in more than times as recently as the last few daysWe do value *** and Ms*** as a part of our NCSA team and hope to connect with Ms*** directly to help resolve these concerns as soon as possible

We appreciate Mrs***'s feedback and are greatly disappointed to hear of her experienceWe are very sorry that Mrs*** and the *** family feel misled as that was certainly never our intentionWe have since been in direct contact

The business has contacted usThey are stopping payments and will not be charging us any further dues or early cancellation feeHowever, I was looking for a full refund and they did refund a little bit to put us down to a lower levelThey did apologize that the scouts did not explain the actual information correctlyI did let them know that we did ask the right questions when we started and as a business they should be willing to answer the questions correctly not just to get someone to sign up and then fool themSo we will take what they have offered and hopefully other people will be answered correctly when they ask the questions on the policies as we did

tools and resources to streamline and navigate the recruiting journeyTo ensure that any family who needs assistance with recruiting is afforded access to NCSA’s tools and services, we provide a number of financing options to accommodate any budgetAcross these memberships and financing options, NCSA remains consistent with a business day cancellation policyWe apologize if this was misunderstood or miscommunicated in anyway, and thank Ms*** for taking the time to share her feedback with our teamWe have had the chance to speak with Ms*** directly and were able to work together to resolve her concernsMoving forward, we are hopeful we can improve Ms***’s experience with NCSA
