They have made cancelling game pass more difficult than obtaining a Harvard MBA.
These clowns give information on opting out of renewal NFL game pass, which is a maze designed to run around cyber space with no end in sight. I only graduated from Michigan State and we have trouble following complex instructions. I just 76 , so my better days are behind me. Perhaps someone can help with my cancellation of game pass.

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] It was not user errorI keep hearing this, but I feel that it is a cover and a effort to cover poor customer serviceI have paid to be in this league, yes it is a custom league, and yes I paid to the head of the league, but it is still a paymentThis was explained to the customer service dept when I was talking to themI was told there would be an in depth look into this, but minutes lateri get the same response from themHow is this a indepth look into something that has computer softwareA indepth look is not done in a matter of minutesI can not explain this "glitch", but it is good customer service to do more abt it, and not keep giving the same response of "its your fault"If this is my fault I would own up to it, as this is what a person of character doesI have no reason to lie about this and this is what they are saying I am doing In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

We have spoken to this customer and have offered him the opportunity to purchase tickets to the Super Bowl (which he accepted) As such, I will consider this matter closed unless I hear otherwise

Here are the chain of events that led to this complaint: Address came in to NFL database via ticket exchange on Address received several emails before opting out on NFL database honored opt out status Same individual created an NFL.COM account on with same email address but different name and was assigned a 2nd customer ID (we were not able to identify the accounts - Ticket Exchange and NFL.COM- as belonging to the same personPerson opted into 1st & and marketing messages) Individual opted out of all NFL.COM emails on 1214Because this individual used a different name when he signed up for NFL.com, he was assigned two distinct customer IDs and the customer opt-out flag was not recognizedWe have now updated our records to ensure that this individual is opted out of all NFL emails

The NFL stands by its original response The user is part of a custom league on NFL.com FantasyNFL.com did not receive any payment from the user in question related to this league, nor have we received any payment from anyone in the league related to the leagueIn custom leagues, the League Manager has control of all league management responsibilities and league settings, including reversal of tradesCustom League “Fair Play” guidelines are here: [redacted] Our customer support team explained these details to the userWe have had zero other reports of issues with the NFL Fantasy app doing the opposite of an intended user action (accepting instead of declining a trade)Given how native mobile apps are built, if this was an issue, we would have thousands of complaints and the need to make an update on the client-side (by releasing a new version of the app)By rule/protocol, for a custom league, reversing trade decisions is up to the discretion of the custom league manager I am not sure what more there is to do about this complaint

complaint id ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved
with this being said , I would just like to say that i'am very grateful to the nfl man " in london " , whomever he may be as for the *** , and rep at ###-###-#### i'm literally stunned at their behavior while offering me this offer again,,,,,,the *** was very disrespectful and as for *** , he was much nicer , however still a little condescending , and acted as if he was being literally forced into making me this offer .The original ticket offer of $was rescinded , but they offered me superbowl tickets at the price of $each , + $processing fee
the priced increased by $, which is full months of my disability income ( $1,625), but hey , I get to attend the superbowl!!!!!!!
Again, whomever made the call (( man in london ? ))i sincerely thank you !!

I did not open a new account with a different nameI only bought tickets, which won't happen againEver.I unsubscribed several times, the message that followed unsubscribing always was " you have been unsubscribed" but that did not happen as I continued to receive emails. It appears that the NFL has stopped sending me emails, which is what I wantedBut why did it take me filing a complaint with the Revdex.com to make that happen?

Need to cancel. [email protected]

No I was not able to watch  the game that I bought the plan for as it was considered a local game and there fore was blacked out in that area.

I have been told that this customer has received a refund.  As a result, the complaint should be considered resolved.

We have refunded this user in full.

This user began a free trial on 8/**/16 and was charged $99.99 on 8/**/16.  This customer reached out a couple of times regarding how to cancel the free trial.  According to our customer care records, he received a response within 2 hours on each occasion with instructions on how to cancel...

the free trial on his own.  Despite this customer never cancelling the subscription, we have refunded the $99.99 and canceled the subscription.  As such, we trust this will resolve the complaint.
