I just got on the live chat today and they told me a credit was just issued today. I asked them to send an email confirming this and am now awaiting for such email. My bank can confirm the charge for $99.99 and they too are pursuing the wrong charge. Until there is a credit on my account this is still an open case.

Review: The NFL Audio Pass is an app that affords a fan to listen to games live. this app worked infrequently, I followed instructions to reinstall and it will not reinstall. I have contacted the NFL service provider by email without resolution. They have refused to return the cost of the app.

I have made multiple complaints by email but cannot give those dates while in this setting.Desired Settlement: Fix it or refund it was good until it seems the season is mostly over and I can't get past games live.

Review: On September [redacted] I signed up for a Free Trial of NFL Gamepass for $99.99 and a Free Trial NFL Gamepass for $199.99

The $99.99 Free Trial was cancelled that same day via e-mail to [redacted] with my username included.

The $199.99 Free Trial was cancelled via my account on NFL.com on September [redacted].

I also sent multiple emails to [redacted] but never received any response at all. This morning I called customer support (###-###-####) at 10am right as they open their offices and I was on hold for almost 30 minutes before deciding to hang up and proceed with this complaint.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my money back to my credit card ASAP and I would like to be compensated with a Gamepass product so I can actually watch the games.

There has been a huge lack of customer support or worse since they never even contacted me back and I have had to make calls to my credit card company to dispute these charges and spend time trying to email them and calling them without any luck at all. My time is also worth something, ti is not just about sorry we messed up and didn't care to do anything about it.

Game Pass International is a product only for users outside of the US/MX, and therefore we are uncertain how this user (who is based in the US) was able to sign up. Regardless, the user was refunded $199.99 on 10/*/15.This user also signed up for NFL Game Pass Domestic. Game Pass Domestic does not include the same features as Game Pass International, as live games are unavailable in the domestic product. Instead, users are able to watch games once they have been completed. The user was refunded $99.99 for this product on 9/**/15.We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion.

Review: I ordered both the preseason plan as well as the regular season rewind plan. Both had technical issues constantly if it worked at all. I emailed 3-5 times with no response ever on any of the issues.Desired Settlement: full refund on both product purchases.
