Review: NFL Enterprises LLC, advertised a service saying you can watch every NFL preseason game LIVE, I subscribed and paid the $19.99 for this service. I was interested in only watching the Baltimore Ravens games. I am a truck driver and can not be at home to watch. But so far I have only been able to see one game, Two have been BLACKED OUT. I did not see any thing in there advertising saying that there would be games blacked out.Desired Settlement: Refund, and I will never deal with them again.

Review: NFL Game pass offers games online.

They lie.

You cannot watch your own team online while the game is on.

They promise you they will provide and they will not.

Also - you're given a 7 day pass and you can cancel any time within 7 days.

I cancelled my NFL Game Pass only moments after I figured out they are false and fraudulent on their advertising claims.

I was charged $99.99 even though I cancelled the fraudulent service.

I tried to call them, online chat, etc. They never answer their contact information.Desired Settlement: I want my money back AND I want the NFL to stop lying to the public with their fraudulent claim to provide a service they do not.

This user emailed NFL customer support on 8/** asking to cancel his subscription to game pass. NFL replied on 8/** asking for the user's NFL.com user name, or, the cardholder name, phone number, billing address and last four digits of the credit card that was entered during registration. NFL never heard back. Email address doesn’t always correlate to their [redacted] account, or they might email us from an account notassociated to the account we have to action. Thus, user wasn’t cancelled. Please ask this user to provide the information above and we will process a cancellation and fully refund him.

Sincerely,

Review: Through malicious, misleading advertising within NFL.com's fantasy football application my personal information has been exposed to people I do not know, and do not with to interact with. I was misled into joining a group of random strangers without the site asking for any final confirmation of this action, and without giving me the ability to retract the action and prevent my personal information from being exposed. After contacting NFL.com support I was told by an anonymous agent that they had a solution for my problem, and they offered to help. All I needed to do was provide a second account that the fraudulent group-membership could be moved into. I provided NFL.com with a secondary account so that they could perform this action, however they promptly denied moving the ticket forward without giving any proper reason, and instead told me that there was no way they could help. Not only did the site mislead me into joining a group of strangers - again, thereby exposing my personal information - the support desk has jerked me around: first they offer help, then they retract it, causing me personal distress. I fear that by not actively participating in this deceptively assigned group I might face bullying and taunting through my personal email address without any recourse. I feel used and insulted for no good reason - not when the NFL.com support staff explicitly said there IS a solution to this problem.Desired Settlement: All I want is for NFL.com to follow through with their proposed solution, and MOVE this group-membership to an alternative account so that my personal information is no longer exposed to random strangers. That, and an apology from their anonymous support staff for causing such anguish and forcing my hand at reaching out for help after I made multiple polite requests to simply complete the job.

RE: Case ID #[redacted]. This case has been resolved. NFL.com has finally followed through with their promise of moving the bogus group-membership out of my account. My personal information is now protected again.

I hope this is the right address to email - the ticket is not specific as to where/whom to email with an update.

Sincerely,

I signed up for a trial NFL Pass subscription so I could watch a game on my computer. As soon as I signed up, I realized that I couldn't watch the game because it wasn't available- subject to local blackout. I cancelled within hours of signing up and received an email that my credit card would not be charged since I cancelled w/in the trial period. But then I checked my credit card statement a couple of weeks later, and I was charged. I had to send a couple of emails before NFL Pass said they would refund my account.

I just see this a lot with these trial offers where I still get charged even though I cancel. NFL Pass needs a better system for canceling trial subscriptions to ensure people aren't erroneously charged.

Review: I have been a user of NFL replay or as it is now known, NFL Gamepass. This subscription is an online plan so the viewer can stream a repeat of NFL games. I am on a fixed income and cannot afford to pay for the whole subscription at once and took the option to pay on installments in the past two years. They have an autopay system for previous subscribers but this year they just charged me the full amount without asking. They have refunded me the money, but say I can only get the subscription with a one time payment. This directly contradicts the "Terms and conditions" stated on the website. which was updated on July [redacted], 2015. I have brought this to their attention, but the person you get on the phone to discuss subscriptions says they are not part of the NFL. Please help.Desired Settlement: I just would like to pay on installments again, since their website says it is still an option.

Business

Response:

Unfortunately, the ability to pay in installments is not available at the moment. The terms and conditions speak to the availability of installments if elected by a user at payment because we are hopeful to have this capability in the future. The terms do not guarantee that an installment payment option may be elected by a consumer. As this individual has been refunded his money in full, there is nothing more we can do at the moment. We are happy to reach out to him in the future when/if installments are offered for the product.

Review: I am currently subscribed to a National Football League video subscription service called NFL Now at a cost of 1.99 per month. This may not seem like much but the NFL is pulling the funds automatically from my bank account/debit card each month. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for weeks but have been unsuccessful in my attempts. My request is simple: please cancel my subscription to NFL Now effective immediately and cease taking 1.99 from my bank account/debit card each month.Desired Settlement: Cancel NFL Now subscription immediately.

Sincerely,

Review: I ordered the nfl sunday ticket on the last day of the season to watch my broncos game and due to the fact that my credit card had not changed my address yet and still held my oklahoma address instead of my current address I was unable to watch the game since it was considered a local game. When I called to get a refund and stop the service I was told that they did not offer refunds and that they would not be able to change my location of where I used to live to where I currently live. Thus making my 60 dollar purchase pointless. Had I known that I would not be able to watch the game because of my billing address not being updated on my credit card I would not have bothered to spend any money on the purchase.Desired Settlement: I would like the money that I spent on that purchase to be refunded to my account. it was absolutely a total waste of my time and money to even buy the subscription.

Consumer

Response:

No I was not able to watch the game that I bought the plan for as it was considered a local game and there fore was blacked out in that area.

Review: I currently have an account for NFL's international Game Pass under username: [redacted]. I am in the U.S. Navy and am stationed overseas in Stuttgart, Germany. I live off-base, out in the local town and really enjoy being able to watch football. It's like a little piece of home for me. Unfortunately, my job also calls for me to spend multiple days at a time on the base here for work. The base here in Stuttgart uses American linked servers to operate and the NFL.com site does not recognize that I am a paying member for the Gamepass service so I am unable to watch games any time I am on base. I originally purchased my international service from NFL on or about the [redacted] of August and I requested support on the [redacted] of August under ticket number: #[redacted] which received no response. I followed that up with another email on [redacted] of September that also received no response. Finally, I tried once again on the [redacted] of September under ticket number: [redacted] to no avail. I tried placing an international call to the help line earlier to day which placed me on hold for 15 minutes before the automated system disconnected me.Desired Settlement: I request for NFL to fix my account to allow me access while at work as an active duty service member while on base in Stuttgart (US servers) as well as at home in Stuttgart, Germany. I appreciate any help anyone can provide, but customer service to this point has been appalling... I just want to watch my 49ers play.

Business

Response:

Our customer support team has sent the user an e-mail asking for information about his IP address while on his base, but has not yet heard back. Once we have that information we will look into the problem that he is experiencing.

Review: I purchased NFL Game Rewind. Once I found out that I had to wait until midnight to watch a 1pm game I decided against continuing the subscription. According to their terms I was eligible for a complete and total refund. I emailed the company at [redacted] numerous times as it indicates to do. I emailed on 10/**, 10/** and 10/**. A ticket was created ([redacted]) which it said to reference. Their website indicates I'll receive a response within 24 hours. Well, I never received one. I then emailed on 10/** and copied [redacted] who is responsible for Game Rewind. No response. My final email was sent on 10/** copying [redacted] and [redacted]. No response again.Desired Settlement: I want my $69.99 back which I'm entitled to according to their terms. I'd also like to know why I received NO response after so many attempts.

Review: I purchased the NFL audio pass through the NFL media app some weeks ago. I have not been able to listen to any of the games still and customer service only directs me to [redacted] customer service who has not responded in weeks. In trying to work with the NFL mobile customer service they have disregarded that I have an issue that as of recent has been confirmed to not be the affects of my device and network. I have requested a refund or a compromising solution such as if it will work then perhaps a free year of audio pass service to accommodate for this years inability to access said services.Desired Settlement: Either a refund of the money I spent for the app or a free year of service if the app will work as they promise in their sales advertisement.

Business

Response:

We have refunded the customer in full.

Review: So far I have paid twice for NFL gamepass and they have failed to provide the service for me to view my NFL games I have been charged about $100 since August. I have tried to contact and they have not responded.Desired Settlement: Compensate for missed games and service.

Business

Response:

Customer has been issued a refund.

Review: I signed up for a 7 day free trial of NFL Game Pass on the [redacted] of August. The service was not what I expected and I immediately sent an e-mail to the NFL at [redacted] on the [redacted] of august to request cancellation. On the [redacted] of august I also reached out to the NFL at a separate e-mail address,[redacted], that was listed in the terms and conditions for the service requesting cancellation of the free trial. On the [redacted] of August I was notified by my credit card company of a fraudulent charge on my account. It was the NFL trying to charge me for a service I canceled. At best this is a processing issue on the NFL's part but given that I e-mailed them twice to valid NFL addresses and requested it 1 day after signing up it seems like a scam. They had a best case scenario of time to process the cancellation and the request was sent to multiple valid e-mail addresses related to the service.Desired Settlement: I would like to ensure that the NFL no longer has my credit card information anywhere in their records and that any charges are reversed. My credit card company did not pass the charges to me but they should not have to take the charge and I hope this helps prevent this from occurring to others.

Business

Response:

The NFL does not have any of credit card information for this user.

Review: I am in the UK and purchased the gamepass. All of the playoff

games have been blacked out when I requested a refund I was denied.Desired Settlement: I haven't been able to watch the games I paid to watch I would like to be

Refunded.

Business

Response:

We have issued a refund.

Review: I purchased NFL GAMEPASS through NFL.com. As advertised via the website they claim you can watch replays of games on your Apple TV. It worked during the free 7-day trial so I decided to continue with the $100 charge for the season. After syncing the Apple TV to my mobile device by entering a passcode, the product doesn't not ever sync my subscription. I only receive prompts to repurchase NFL GAMEPASS via iTunes for another $100.Desired Settlement: I would really prefer this get fixed in a timely fashion, but I emailed NFL customer support and haven't heard back from them in 4 days. I would like a refund if I am unable to watch another weeks worth of games that I've already paid for.

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Sincerely,

Review: I subscribed to the NFL Game Pass free trial. I had seven days to cancel the subscription. In that 7 day period, if I wanted to cancel, I would send an email to [redacted]. I sent that email within one day of subscribing to the free trial, but yet, looking at my credit card statement they have charged me $99. To resolve this I went to their website, and activated the live chat option. They logged me out after a time and said I was IDLE too long. I tried to call them. At first I got a message that the call could not be completed as dialed. Then getting through, I was on hold, until I just gave up. It is hard to believe with all the money this organization has and moves around, someone cannot get support for something that is totally wrong. As far as I am concerned, this organization is invisible.Desired Settlement: I want my $99 refunded from this organization, and I am done with football. I did see on their website that they changed the rules from the preliminary ones they set up at first. When I signed up for the free trial they said to cancel just send an email to that email address I mentioned above, but now they say if you subscribed using the browser, to do something else. I feel this is not a good practice, and to me, it is downright crooked. If you make rules, then stick to them, don't change them a few days later so you can put the screws to someone.

Review: I purchased a 1 year subscription to a service that lets me watch NFL games from a live feed. In week 2 it stopped letting me watch games. I spent hours on hold and getting hung up on from technical support and billing refuses to work with me in any way.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund

Review: About four months ago , I decided to enter the NFL SuperBowl Tickets random drawing that the NFL holds each and every year . This drawing gives a select few people a chance to purchase tickets at face value . I signed my name , address , and mailed it off by certified mail , as the rules instructed . About a month and a half ago , I received notification that I was NOT one of the lucky drawing winners . Fast forward to now,,,,I come home from an outta state funeral , and now see a letter telling me that I am a winner from the second drawing . I didnt even know there was a second drawing, But hey , GREAT!!!! As I read the letter , the deadline date states OCTOBER [redacted],,,,,,Oh no, It's October [redacted],,,,,I missed it by 5 days. I immediately contact the NFL offices , and inform the [redacted] of my situation . She passes me on to a voicemail, I left a message . I then call back and ask the [redacted] if I could get an actual person to speak to rather than a voicemail. The [redacted] transfers me a second time , Again , I get a message machine , again I leave my name and number . So I call the [redacted] back , I explain that it's really important that I actually speak to someone , and for the 3rd time she transfers me. This time a gentleman by the name of [redacted] answers the phone . I explain my situation to him , and pretty much beg him to please extend my ticket offer due too my special circumstances regarding the deadline . He states , " First of all , FSU or Notre Dame "?,,,,,What , I said,,,,,,He says , " Your choice will determine whether or not I can help you ",,,,,,,Uhhh okay,,,FSU ?? I said . " Good choice " he says . He then tells me that the "Main Guy" is in London right now , and that he will talk to him and see if the can extend my offer . He gives me his phone number ###-###-#### and tells me to call him back tomorrow ( Oct [redacted] ) . Tuesday , October [redacted] 9:30 am , I call ** ,,,,,,[redacted] and leave a message,,,,,,,,,20 minutes later I try his number again . This time he answers . I say please tell me that there is good news [redacted]. He states , " Well , There's not ". He goes on to tell me that he had talked to the man guy in London , and that the main guy stated that my offer has been offered to someone else now . I ask , [redacted] is there anything else I can do , or speak with ? He then tells me,,,,,,,,,,," Go to Church and light a candle ",,,,,,,,( Really). He also goes on to say , " Listen [redacted] you have my number , feel free to call me back anytime",,,,,,he then hangs up.

After we hung up I thought , This can't be the final answer, It's just to cruel . So I call the NFL number ###-###-####and speak to the [redacted] . I ask if it's possible to get a higher department then what MR [redacted] is involved with , I explain to her my circumstances and she cut's me off . I say "maam there has to be a higher department, someone else that I can speak too ". The lady ( [redacted]) becomes quite rude and tells me that [redacted] had already told me "NO" , and that that was it . When I ask her for another department , she absolutely refuses to transfer me , in fact she states to me " You can call all day , I'm just gonna transfer you to the ,,,,,," ?? ( Some recording) . I ask her why she can't give me the name or number to higher authorities and she states " Because I'm NOT , That's why " . She goes on to call me a " Liar " , and tells me that I'm "Harrassing" her,,,,,,,,,then hangs up.

Right as this happens , I get a call from one of the NFL reps that I had left a message for yesterday . I explain the special circumstances , and what happened . And he shortly,,,,,,abruptly cuts me off and says " Look , You spoke to [redacted] , and he told you NO right , well No means NO .",,,,,,,,,So I ask him if I can get the name and number of the man/woman in charge , so that I might be able to speak to them directly . This man not only refused to give me the name OR number of the supervisor in London,,,,,,,,,,,But then he goes on to tell me what his supervisor will be telling me anyways . Again I ask for the supervisors number and name,,,,,,,,,,he absolutely REFUSES to give it to me , and when I asked again,,,,,,,,he just hung up.

I'am HORRIFIED at not only the NFL's actions , But the blatent disrespect that they have shown me here . The [redacted] even tells me " What is it you want , I'm busy ",,,,,,,,,,Really ?? I cant believe the [redacted] even said this too me . She does get paid to answer calls and forward them , right ??

Again , There are sometimes special circumstances that occur in all of our lives . I truly feel in my heart that if the NFL truly listened to what happened in my case , and all the facts , that they would reconsider my offer .

But instead , Not only was I humiliated , But I was ignored , Called a liar , Told to go to church and light a candle,,,,,,,,,,and then ridicule me when I told the one man that I was [redacted] , He says,,,,,,,,,," Oh , you entered the wrong drawing then "

The NFL asks the players to be held accountable for their actions,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Yet their [redacted] , and this department can say , and treat people however they want without any repercussions whatso ever.

I was told I didnt win,,,,,,,,,,,,,,then I won,,,,,,,,,,,,,,then I didn't,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Then I was made to be treated like a POS

I'm seriously horrified , heartbroken , and offended at the way I was treatedDesired Settlement: For someone higher up in the NFL offices , To actually listen to what happened in my case here . I truly believe that the NFL not only could have,,,,,,,,,,,,but would have extended the offer of SB tickets had someone with a heart actually took the time to listen,,,,,,weigh the evidence,,,,,,,,,,,,,and took to heart my special circumstances.

I was under the impression that the NFL cared about it's fans . I'm 45 years old , This years SuperBowl is literally down the street from my home , My AZ Cardinals have a shot at being in it , I'm [redacted] and make $830 a month , and could NEVER afford ticket prices that are on the web . I entered for the one and only time in my life,,,,,,,,,,,,,was told I wasnt a winner,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,then told I was,,,,,,,,,,,,,then told I wasn't . But according to the NFL , had I missed my aunts funeral in Boston,,,,,,,,,,Then I could of gotten the tickets . Thanks,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,This is like a HORROR movie in the makings here . I wasn't asking for free,,,,,,,,,,,,I was just asking for the extension to buy the tickets because of what happened in my case. I literally am just so sick to my stomach right now,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,I honestly expected better treatment,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,and the way I was treated on the phone was simply horrendous . I'm [redacted] , and for that reason I'm not employed , However , with that being said,,,,,,,,,,If I was employed , and I talked to someone like they did,,,,,,,,,,,I would be fired.

I'm stunned,,,,,,,,,,,,,really can't even say anymore right now,,,,,,,,,,,,just stunned .

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

With this being said , I would just like to say that I'am VERY GRATEFUL To the NFL man " In London " , whomever he may be . As for the [redacted] , and rep at ###-###-#### . I'm literally stunned at their behavior WHILE OFFERING me this offer . AGAIN,,,,,,The [redacted] was very disrespectful . And as for [redacted] , He was much nicer , however still a little condescending , and acted as if he was being LITERALLY FORCED into making me this offer .The original ticket offer of $500 was rescinded , But they offered me 2 Superbowl Tickets at the price of $800.00 each , + $25.00 Processing fee .

The priced increased by $600 , Which is 2 full months of my disability income ( $1,625), But hey , I get to attend the SUPERBOWL!!!!!!!

Again, Whomever made the call (( Man In London ? )). I sincerely THANK YOU !!

Lastly , I ask that you PLEASE , PLEASE start reviewing the [redacted]s conduct , and listen to how she talks to people over the phone , You will be horrified !!

NFL Man In London,,,,,,,,THANK YOU FOR MAKING ONE OF MY DREAMS COME TRUE !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sincerely,

Review: As a US citizen overseas, NFL.com offers a package to watch all NFL games called Season Plus. I have been a loyal customer for 2 years and want to renew this year.

In the NFL Gamepass subscription terms listed on their website, it is stated"Your annual subscription will automatically renew on approximately August * of at

either the previous year's full season rate for the applicable Subscription Product or the current full season rate for the applicable Subscription Product,

whichever is lower.) However, the price increased by 50 Euros for the 2015 season!

When I contacted them using email, I received an answer saying that the price each season is based on the "US dollar" price and can change due to exchange rate changes. The answer also said that the US price has not changed in the past 2 years, even though the price went up from 2013 to 2014 by 40 Euros yet the exchange rate was almost the same (and in fact slightly decreased according to the yearly average on irs.gov and other sites).

I have asked them twice more to say what is the price in US dollars and where they get the exchange rate that they use and why if they have not changed the US price in the past 2 years and it is based on the exchange rate, why did the price go up from 2013 to 2014 in Euros?Desired Settlement: Simply to pay last year's rate according to their Subscription terms of 194.99 Euros, and a complete explanation of how the price is set each year

Business

Response:

This individual first purchased Season Plus Game Pass in France when France was a test country and was priced at $199.99 USD (which converted to $159.99 Euros). In 2013, NFL increased the price of the Season Plus Game Pass subscription for users in France to $269.99USD (to match the rest of the world) (which converted to $154.99 Euros). This user was auto-renewed in 2013 at the $199.99USD price since the terms and conditions guaranteed auto-renewal at the lower of the published current year price or the published previous year price. In 2014, the NFL kept the price of the Season Plus Game Pass subscription for users in France the same as 2013. This user was auto-renewed at the $269.99USD rate (which converted to $194.99 Euros) since the published current year price was the same as the published previous year price. In 2015, the NFL again kept the price of the Season Plus Game Pass subscription for users in France the same. Again, the user was auto-renewed at the $269.99USD rate (which converted to $244.99).As explained above, the rate for Game Pass has been the same (pegged to USD) the past two years. The fluctuation in the exchange rate was beneficial to this user in 2013 and 2014, but this year the exchange rate fluctuation has casued the price to increase in Euros. As explained in the terms and conditions - the rate charged is pegged to USD and fluctuations in exchange rate may cause users paying in local currencies to experience price changes. This is what occurred for this user.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I have 2 points that need clarification based on the response.1) In the response, there was no clarification of how the exchange rate was determined. Is it based on a monthly average, a certain date, a yearly average? Exchange rates vary a great deal throughout the year.2) In the response, the "terms and conditions" were mentioned several times. However, in the terms and conditions on the website, there was no mention of the fact that the price paid in other countries was linked to the US$ price. The only thing that was mentioned, as noted in the response, was that auto-renewal would be at the lower of the published current year price or the published previous year price.Conveniently, I have found that the "terms and conditions" were updated on July ** 2015, conveniently after I had made my request for an explanation. So yes, now the terms and conditions reflect what was mentioned in the response, but only starting on July **, 2015.I have attached the previous "terms and conditions" for reference that I printed as a PDF file. The file was taken directly from the website on July ** 2015.Can you show me where in the terms and conditions before ** July 2015 that it was mentioned that the price is linked to the US price?Thank you

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The response partially answered one of the two questions I had. But the more important question: Prior to July **, 2015, the terms and conditions (updated on May ** 2015) did not mention anything about the price being linked to a US dollar price. It stated that "Your seasonal subscription will automatically renew on approximately August * of the next year at either the previous year's full season rate for the applicable Subscription Product or the current full season rate for the applicable Subscription Product, whichever is lower.)"I made my first inquiries 2 weeks before the terms and conditions were modified for a second time in 2 months which leads me to believe that my inquiry led to the quick change in the terms and conditions. No effort was made to respond to this fact during those two weeks before the terms and conditions were changed suddenly (the fact that nowhere, not even on the website, was it mentioned that the price was based on a fixed US dollar price).I still have a copy of the May ** 2015 terms and conditions if necessary. I have also been looking at some chatrooms where I found that I am not alone in this confusion. As I had received emails as well concerning the fact that the price had not changed for the past 2 years, the only logical resolution is to grant me the price that I paid (in Euros) 2 years ago: 154.99 Euros.Thank you

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Sincerely,

Business

Response:

Game Pass users were initially contacted about the auto-renewal on July *, 2015. Shortly after sending the auto-renewal e-mail, the NFL recognized that there was confusion regarding pricing as a result of the fluctuation in the exchange rate from 2014 to 2015. As a result, the NFL sent another e-mail to its users (see attached), clarifying the fact that the auto-renewal price is based on US Dollars, and as a result, may not be lower in local currency than the price paid in 2014. At the same time, the terms and conditions were updated to clarify the exchange rate confusion. The NFL gave users until August *, 2015 before it processed the auto-renewal charges. This allowed several weeks for users to determine whether they wanted to continue with the product given the exchange rate currency fluctuation. This user has been refunded in full. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience we caused.

Review: The "message" e-mailed to me from NFL.com Media about not being able to watch games LIVE is the exact same message on the NFL Game Pass AFTER purchase. There was no thought that went into resolving the issue. Just a standard cut & paste type of response, or it could be automated for all I know.

When reviewing the "Game Pass" service BEFORE purchase the "message" is not shown. Also, when selecting a game that is labeled as "LIVE" is selected (again before purchase) it says you can only watch by purchasing Game Pass.

I was totally led to believe that all the games would be available to watch Live, as I'm sure everyone does.

This is 100% false adverting. I asked for a full refund, and there is no response.

FYI:

"message" provided below:

Sunday morning and afternoon games (9:30am ET, 1pm ET & 4pm ET) are available at the conclusion of all Sunday 4pm ET games, and Sunday night, Monday night, Thursday and Saturday NFL games are available following the conclusion of the applicable game telecast. However, if you are accessing NFL Game Pass through a free trial, Thursday night games will not be available until 3 days after the telecast. Free Trial Users also don't have access to Game Pass Content during Monday Night Football Games.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund, and I believe the NFL should be held accountable for not providing the terms of the service before purchase. In all other business online it is mandatory to explain what service is provided, and therefore this message should be shown prior to checkout. This is 100% false advisement and deceiving. This service should be shut down until resolved by placing the message before the user purchases so not to scam others.

Response:

Given this purchase was made on Apple TV, the user needs to get

his refund through [redacted]. When making a purchase on Apple TV, a user agrees to the T&Cs

that Apple provides. I hope this is helpful.

Review: I signed up for a 7 day free trial of NFL.com in an attempt to watch a Packers game. The free trial required a credit card and so I entered my debit card information.Upon logging in, I discovered we were unable to see this game with the service. I immediately (within minutes) sent the free trial cancellation email to the address the site provided: [redacted].

Seven days later, I noticed that I was charged $99.00 anyway despite cancelling the free trial within moments of my initial registration. I emailed twice more and have received no response whatsoever from the company. I would like a credit to my account of $99.00.Desired Settlement: I would like a credit to my account for the $99.00 I was wrongfully charged.
