AVOID-NDS-Nonstop Deliveries! request a different delivery company if possible.
Recently did multiple bathroom renovations. Each time vanities were delivered by NSD, there were issues. One vanity arrive early so they left it in the driveway for 6 days after I called and pleaded for them to hang onto it for 2 days until I could return 02/8/2024. Second delivery they put holes in the walls and damaged each hardwood step turning a 280lb vanity upstairs left in the box, saying it was to heavy to carry?! The last double vanity Order placed 4/01/24, NSD accepted the delivery order. Showed up one man short to bring 300lb vanity up three levels.

Said they would only bring it in of I accepted responsibility for all damages that may occur. Then loaded up the vanity refusing to deliver to "the room of choice" I paid extra for saying they be back another day. They scheduled 3 times thereafter. 1st time claiming no one was home, then admitted they didn't have a 3rd person.

Day 2, just never came, day 3 claimed I refused it. After four days of complete dishonesty I called HD for help. They acknowledged NDS was not being truthful. They offered to send another delivery company to go pick it up and deliver.

Hopefully NSD didn't lose parts when they took it out of the box before they sped off with the vanity I paid for and can't use. This company is very unprofessional, dishonest and rude to all customers.

All reviews have similar experiences. They fail to understand how it would feel if a customer scheduled four plus times and no one was home to accept deliveries.

Do not Use
Please ask the company that you are ordering from if they use this company, and if they do DO NOT GO FORWARD... they are a nightmare and the only thing they excel in is excuses and lies.

Just the start of a cluster fk I can feelit
Waiting for delivery today from NSD with HD order. Checked online tracking and NSD showed that they attempted delivery while I was sitting physcially on my porch and I did not even see a truck ...how about them apples? Then they reported customer requested reschedule that showed before the attempted delivery. I did not. This company is rate an F from the BBB I can see why. So now I try to cancel order with HD have to wait till Monday and then see what happens but ya know it will be another excuse or perhaps that they even delivered it at 4am in the morning..cant wait to see what happens next

NSD is a Joke. Don't use this company if you have a choice.
Home depot has asked them for over two weeks to come pickup my return order. I have two request numbers. NSD-491047 R7617631 76963706 and R7582164 - 76963706. They lied and said they called me, (they have not a run a 24 hour business and have voicemail) Now were on two weeks later and they still have not responded to me except for someone finally today responded on the Customer Service side and said someone would be reaching out in 3-5 business days. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Still waiting for delivery
I have spent hours trying to find out where my delivery is. I got a text on Aug. 7, 2022 saying my delivery would be on Aug. 8, 2022 and I would receive a call 30 minutes prior to delivery. Waited all day, no call no delivery. I checked my tracking information on Home Depot webpage and it said that the delivery is scheduled for today, Aug. 10, 2022. I called Home Depot Customer service to verify and they said NonstopDelivery shows it has already been delivered! Checked my driveway, no delivery, checked the front porch, no delivery. I checked DonstopDelivery tracking page and it says they don't have a delivery for me! I am now waiting for a call back from your customer service department to tell me where is my Home Depot Order that their tracking shows they were notified it was delivered today. Not a happy camper. Where is my Home Depot order!

NSD = Need Someone Different
If this is the service delivering your order just cancel it now and save the headache. I ordered a pool from Amazon to use over the 4th of July holiday for a family gathering. THe pool was ordered on June 17th with a projected delivery date of June 30. I have called the "customer Service" line countless times and not once has anyone answered the phone. Every time I am placed on hold for about 15 minutes and then told we will call you back and hung up on. I have sent an email to every email address I can find for NSD and HubGroup (parent Co) and have had a few responses but they all equate to "thanks for your patience" and nothing more. It is now the 18th of July and I have nothing but the "promise" of a call to schedule delivery. How a company like this is able to land contracts with places like Amazon, Walmart, and Home Depot is astounding.

Worst delivery company ever
You can not get through to them by phone or chat. My delivery was delayed and Amazon called using their company number and NSD lied to both the employee and manager. They do not want to provide customer service or deliver your item! Do not ever buy an item shipped by NSD and then companies will stop shipping with these frauds.

No Show . Sat around all day, no call to say they would not be coming. Terrible
Terrible. Waited all day, no phone call. Gave a 1 star because it does not go zero or negative.

Poor customer service - unreliable delivery dates posted on their online tracking
Impossible to get a hold of anyone within this company. All attempts of contact, email, chat and phone have yielded zero results. Their online tracking delivery dates are unreliable. I'm my case, the dates have come and gone and no contact from representative.

Still waiting
My vanity top has been showing as being in a Duncan, SC location, not far from my house, since Dec. 7th with a call saying it would be delivered on Dec 8th. I'm still waiting. Customer service is nonexistent. They don't answer or return calls as promised. Can't get any help from Home Depot. I doubt I will have it by Christmas for my guest. I am so disappointed with this company.

I ordered an Air Hockey Table and when It was delivered by NSD, it was severely damaged. I was supposed to sign for this delivery but instead it was dumped at the end of my driveway and they took off. So after a lengthy process of getting it replaced by Amazon, NSD was supposed to deliver another one and haul off the broken one. They called during the scheduled window of delivery and said they would be there in ten minutes. Then, about 30 seconds later, they knocked on my front door. Come to find out they don't even have the Air Hockey Table on the truck. They said they would call back in a few minutes and it's been 4 hrs. I don't know hoe this company even exists. They obviously don't respect their customers or their time.

Worst shipping expierence EVER!
Ordered a large screen TV on Amazon and unfortunately they assigned shipping to this horrible shipping company, which should be renamed to Never Stop Delivery! They gave a 12 hour shipping window on Friday 4/17/21 and never called or texted. Tried calling them multiple times after 8PM and was placed on hold for 45 minutes and finally opted to "press" #1 for a call back, they never did. Meanwhile Amazon got involved and said it should be delivered Saturday between 7AM & 7PM but Amazon would call back at 1PM to see if we had received it yet. Amazon called at 1PM and we both sat on hold for another 20 minutes and finally a CS rep at NSD answered and explained to Amazon and myself, that the TV is at the local NSD terminal which is CLOSED until MONDAY where it "should" be delivered. Of course their own tracking still says out for delivery, at least we only wasted another half day waiting instead of another full day. In this day and age there is no excuse for treating customers this way. A simple call or text would have solved the problem. I hope Amazon drops this company ASAP, they have 1000's of horrible reviews!
