Review: March 2nd I put in an order for their windshield shades, my computer locked and I had not pushed make a purchase. On the 4th they sent an email order conformation # [redacted] with a no reply address. On investigation I saw many complaints on the product and billing errors and tried to cancel the order. They have a no answer email and do not answer the phone. I filed a complaint with MasterCard and their Chamber of Commerce in New Berlin, WI. Also , I needed the product now and their order said back ordered but they charged my MasterCard account. This is a scam if you read all of the complaints. I will also file with the State Attorney General's office for deceptive trade practices. Please fill me in on other complaints so I can advise my attorney. I finally got an answer machine and left a detailed message. No response. Review: Easy View HD's website charged me for four sun visor extenders instead of the buy-one-get-one offer. They updated the cart and processed the order without giving a subtotal. Furthermore, they included "insurance" on the product without my consent. The insurance (and processing and handling charges) were applied to each visor individually; this resulted in the processing of an unapproved order.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of my order. I tried to contact customer service and the company during business hours (no matter the time zone - 2:00 pm, eastern time zone), but the customer service number was disconnected and the company's answering service said they were "closed."

customer’s account ending in 4335.

Review: I purchased Mr. Lid products on March 3, 2014. When I got to the final checkout, I did not have a chance to review my order before it was posted. I noticed I had been charged shipping for EVERY item. They did disclose that you would be charged shipping for the second set but the subsequent products, like the gallon containers, were supposed to be no additional charge. I tried to resolve with cutsomer service at ###-###-#### which is supposed to be opened Mon-Friday 8am- 5pm Central Standard time but over a dozen attempts have been made and a busy signal. I got it to ring once and no answer, not even a recording. I am fearful that this is a scam. The Revdex.com of Wisconsin gave me 5 other numbers to try and none of them claimed to be directly linked to Mr. Lid. Basically, there is noone available to help in Customer Service. I got a confirmation email with a free shipping rebate which looks like another scam to make the customer sign up for something they do not need. I am a professional working mom and I have never had an experirence like this before. This company is highly suspect. Please investigate them to the fullest.Desired Settlement: Full refund $101.45 to my credit card. They guarentee refund if you are dissatisified for any reason. I do not even want to try this product after my experience today.

Consumer states that she ordered an item from the company. Consumer states that when she received the item, the company had sent her an entire box of that item. Consumer states that she sent the order back to the company and was issues a refund to her account. Consumer states that she later noticed that the company had charged her the $71.80 again. Review: I went online to order from this company and it charged me more than what it was supposed to. I called the company and got some guy at ###-###-#### and he claimed that the company would not be open until the next day. He stated that he did not get the order yet but was able to give me the order number. He said I needed to call ###-###-####. Review: I called to place an order for the Mr. Lid product and received an automated sales system. I was interested in the Buy One Set get a Second Set for Free advertised for $10.00. After providing my debit card information, the automated system kept asking questions related to add on products. I believe I answered yes (pressed 1) to the first "additional offer" bringing my total to somewhere around $40 with shipping and declined other offers. The automated system when on...and on....and on....and on....trying to sell additional products. I finally hung up and never completed my purchase. Today I see a debit charge for $157.65!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I never completed my original order. This amount in no way reflects the intent of my order. The charge is unauthorized.

Called today (Sunday) to complain. The company is of course fully staffed with sales people today but no one who can assist with a complaint.Desired Settlement: IMMEDIATE REFUND.

I placed an order on their website, which keeps trying to upsell you. I was waiting for a confirmation page but the order completed without allowing me a chance to review or change. It wasn't until it was too late that I saw the shipping was $38.oo! I tried to email, and then called the following day. The Customer Service rep. assured me the order was cancelled and there wasn't anything further I had to do. Ten days later I had a charge from them! Then I had an email saying it shipped. I called and Customer Service confirmed that I had called 10 days prior and cancelled. They said there was nothing they could do and that I should pay for the shipping back to get a credit. They denied access to a supervisor while I was on the phone but said they would relay the message. Hours later I received a call from a supervisor who had the same response. Since I did not cause this issue I felt they should send a label and credit. They did nothing to help resolve and were rude. The Customer Service is not helpful and the supervisor was less helpful. There is no further person to talk to and they refuse to correct their mistake. I even said I would keep the product and pay for it, if they would credit the shipping charge. They offered a slight discount only (when I don't even want the product!!) and told me that they were going above and beyond for me!! This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. They are not a customer friendly company and do not resolve the mistakes they make. They should review their policies and not punish a customer for their mistakes.

Review: Mr Lid website www.mrlid.com is misleading and deceptive. Top of page ihat 10 itemst says buy one set and get one set free except and extra $7.95 shipping and handling. It says receive 20 containers. At the very bottom of the page in small print it says 10 containers is order. There is no option to select just the 10 containers for $10 plus $7.95 S&H and when you fill in your information on main page. You have to click process order on the first page, so you don't have an itemized page that tells you how much you will be charged. After you hit process order it goes to a page do you want another set, I assumed this meant the second set of what I believe to be 20 containers per set that would cost me $7.95 S&H. From their it goes to a bunch of different ads about bigger containers you can add which I selected no thanks and then it jumps to a page that shows I ordered two sets for $10 each plus a total of $31.80 S&H for a total of $51.80. The order was already placed at this point at 8:58 PM. No place to cancel and of course customer service is only open from 8 AM to 5 PM CST. I immediately called at 8 the next morning to fix this error. I was on waiting line immediately, after about 5 mins it said I could push "1" to leave a message and someone would call me back and when I selected "1" it hung up on me. I called back and tried again with same thing. I finally went on eternal waiting line hold for about 35 mins and when someone answered they said the order was already packed for shipping and I could not cancel. The bottom of the page said to allow 3-6 weeks for delivery and the card would not be charged until shipped. The person said that is when it is on back order. I asked for a supervisor and was denied. They said once I receive it I could return it on their money back guarantee, but that does no good for the money I never intended to pay. There ads are very misleading and deceptive and they have no page that shows what you will be billed until after they have charged your credit card. Any other internet business I have dealt with shows a page of what they itemized charges will be and you have to push process order. This company is possessing my money which they have no right to have due to their misleading and deceptive advertising.Desired Settlement: I want them to have to change their misleading advertisement and have an itemized page of this is what you are ordering page along with total price you will be charged and you have to confirm the order and price you pay. In this incident, I called immediately the next morning and waited an eternity and they refused to correct or cancel my order and basically took money that doesn't belong to them and now I will have to pay to return the items, I didn't want in the first place. I also went and cancelled the credit card so they couldn't steal more, but unfortunately they have a hold on my money and it costs me $9.95 for a new credit card.

the package was delivered on 03/05/14. The customer has 30 days to send this

merchandise back to us for a full refund including her return shipping. As long

Review: I went on website for easyviewhd.com, to order 2 of the product offered. This woul result in a $10.00 charge for the product and $15.90 shipping. I also agreed to add the heavy duty option which would cost an additional $10.00 and a shipping guarantee of $2.50. When I clicked th order button on the screen, the order came up to a total of$110.20. I tried to go back and cancel or redo the order, but the screen would not allow that, it indicated that the order was complete.

I have since tried to contact the company's customer service, by telephone, as that is the only way listed to contact, with no success. Either the phone just rings and no one answers, or I get put on hold for the next service rep. Then, after some period of time, the phone connection drops whith a message that the number cannot be completed as dialed. I simply want to cancel the order. I have called my credit card company, and will add a dispute to the charges as soon as they appear on my statement.Desired Settlement: Cancel the order or accept return with refund of all shipping and other charges.

Review: On 3/2/2014 I ordered a Mr. Lid set off of the internet for $10.00. The advertisement stated that if you order you will get a second set for the shipping only. I also ordered a gallon size container and a 4 pack of sandwich containers. I received my order on 3/6/2014. I opened the shipping box and found that the gallon container and the sandwich containers were not sent with the order. My credit card was charged for all of the items I ordered but I did not receive the whole order. I have tried several times to get in touch with the company. I finally got in touch with the company and spoke with [redacted] on 3/11/14 about this matter. She said that she didn't know what had happened and all of the staff in that department had gone for the day. She stated that she would have them call me the next day about this. I still have not received a call from them as of 3/17/14. I tried to get in touch with them on 3/17/14 and still no one answers the phone at the phone number given for customer service. Review: Today I ordered a Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer from EasyViewXT.com. I ordered 2 sets of the Buy 1 Get 1 Free Sun visors. My total order for items was $20.00, which is what I expected. The shipping however is an entirely different matter. They charged me $31.80 for shipping. In my estimation this is clearly an overcharge and I was not told before submitting the order how much the shipping would be. I tried calling their customer service phone number: ###-###-#### and it said to enter the extension number of course there was no extension number provided. Review: I saw the commercial for Mrlid on Tv for tupperware containers with the lid attached. The offer was for $ 10.00 + $ 7.95 for one set of the containers. They offered to double the order for free with an additional $ 7.95 for handling fee. After I entered my Credit Card information, I was not given the opportunity to review my order before it was processed. The total I was billed for was $ 51 dollars and some change. I have tried all morning to contact customer service at the number from their website but noone answers. I have been on the phone as long as an hour trying to get in touch with someone. My total should have been $ 25.90. Much to my dismay, I went online and read reviews about MrLid and there are hundreds of people who have found themselves in the same situation I am in.

Review: I ordered the product via Fox network. It advertised 2 EZ View Hd for $10 each. Plus shipping and handling. The shipping and handling ended up costing $31.80. This is false advertising. I am trying to return the product and I cannot reach them on the phone nor on their internet site. This company is a rip-off. I want this resolved ASAP. They do not disclose how expensive the handling costs are. And, you cannot reach out to tell them how you feel. limited replacement warranty. The warranty was an extra $20.00 on each offer. The

charged an extra $40.00 on her order for both warranties.

After speaking with the customer, the customer expressed

that they were not interested in the warranty on their containers. We removed

the warranties on both buy one get one free offers and credited the customer

back $40.00.

As per the order confirmation that was attached, I had every reason to believe that I upgraded to a deluxe package of 80 containers. Nothing was documented as an upgrade to a 5-year warranty. I would have preferred the bonus containers. Also, I noticed on the TV ad, Mr Lid offers free shipping for any upgraded offers and I was charged over $31 for shipping.

I appreciate the Revdex.com helping to have Mr Lid contact me so quickly. I would hope that the Revdex.com would have some ability to enforce Mr Lid to market their product more clearly to avoid other customers disappointment and inconvenience of having to take the time to file complaints.

Review: I went on website to order a set for sister in law. first off the website wants your credit card information before you even start. ( should have been a red flag) the order site says when you order one set , you get one free. total bait and switch. Review: I called mr lid 800# on thurs, nov 28th about about 930pm est at 800 531 1595 a male picked up and sounded as if he was dazed or drunk. he completely couldnt get my order correct and kept stuttering on the line, I called today to the cus service line at [redacted] on dec 3 at 149 pm and spoke to a rep named [redacted]. I told her I wanted to confirm my order since I was unsure of the rep who placed it. she told me my card declined. I told her I have money in my acct . she then read my card # and the rep entered the wrong expiration date so my order was never processed almost a week ago. the rep also advised of being billed one shipping fee. Review: At first I went to www.easyviewhd.com and place the order and the quality is 1 and I saw the shipping hand is 7.95. Then all the rest I am not able to understand their advertising. So I click cancel. I call and it was the machine the whole time asking for one order. Then finally live person. I spoke about the order and trying to get the right amount but hang up on me. Review: Ordered two sets of EASYVIEW HD visors. All of the visors received (4) had visual distortions in the plastic lens. It is apparent that there is no quality control as the defect is easily seen. I tried calling the telephonenumber with the packing slip several times with no response from this company. Also, I feel the shipping and handling charges are a rip off. Thiscompany is scamming the public and needs to be stopped and prosecuted if the problem is wide spread.Desired Settlement: Since they have not acted in good faith a refund is requested. However 3 orders were placed, but the customer service representative claims that she cannot revise the order because it's been submitted to the warehouse, so I have to accept all 3 orders and then send them back when received and pay the handling/process charges which are 75% of the cost. The website is misleading and does not give any order info, su totals, or totals before processing the order. The customer service office has been closed for 2 days so I called immediately this morning and was given told the above. Very misleading and borderline scam. I find it hard to believe that in the day of current technology an order cannot be updated before it is shipped. Thank you for your time and efforts in helping to resolve my matter with Norman Direct LLC, a.k.a "Mr. Lid". I am writing in response to the letter you emailed me on 1/15/2015 with Mr. Lid's response to my complaint. While I find their claims to be incorrect and conflicting, I am willing to accept their offer to refund me $25.90 rather than going through the hassle of sending back the portion of the order that I did not want. I however do stand by my claims that the ordering process was misleading and did not display any type of order summary or subtotal page before completing and processing the order. Also when I called on 12/26/2014 I was specifically told that the items had not shipped yet but the order had been sent to the warehouse, and the customer service representative did not have any way to contact the warehouse, so I would have to wait for my order to ship and be received, and then return the items for a refund minus the processing and handling charges which contradicts what Mr. Lid is stating in their letter to you. The charges were as follows: Product: $30.00, Processing and Handling: $47.70, for a total of $77.79, so that is the main basis of my complaint. Anyway, as previously stated, I am willing to accept Mr. Lid's offer for the $25.90 credit provided that it is a $25.90 refund to me and/or my paypal account and not a credit toward future orders for their products. Please advise me on how to proceed to complete the settlement.
