Review: I ordered 2 sets of visor on March14th, I couldn't see the total before I submit the order. The total came out $51.8, they charged me $20 for 2 sets of visor and $31.8 for shippin, but in their website it says " Order your first Easy View HD™ for just $10.00 + $7.95 P&H and get the second Easy View HD™ for FREE! Just pay the additional processing fee of $7.95". It's impossible to reach the customer service, the line always busy and there is no return address address in their website. So there is no way to contact with the company when I want to retun the purchase.

shipping and handling. The customer ordered 2 of the visors with separate shipping and

bandling charge ofS 7.95 on 4 of the visors. The customer total is $ 51.80

items and the shipping and handling are discussed during this ordering process.

I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO CALL THEM AND THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE GONE ON THE WEBSITE TO CANCEL THIS ORDER AND THEIR WEBSITE GIVES THE NUMBER THAT THEY WILL NOT ANSWER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I FEEL THAT THIS IS A SCAM THAT IS DOING HARM TO THE PUBLIC....PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS.Desired Settlement: I WANT TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND HAVE THE MONEY RETURNED TO ME....

On 03/05114 the customer placed an order for two buy one get one free offers. One buy

one free offer was 510 for the first set of 10 lids plus 57.95 shipping and handling. The

sec0nd set of 10 lids were free however, the customer was required to pay another

shipping and handling fee of 57.95 as well. This would give the customer a total of 20

lids. The customer placed an order for two buy one get one free offers for a total of 40

lids.

The customer then ordered two 4-packs of sandwich containers for $5.95 plus $3.95

shipping and handling. The customer also ordered one 1 gallon container for 55.95 plus

$3.95 shipping and handling.The customer also purchased a delivery warranty for 52.50

to protect their package against lost. stolen or damaged merchandise. The customer's

order total came to $ 1 03.95.

According to the customerl s tracking numbers. The packages were delivered on

03108/14. The tracking numbers are 9[redacted]129 and

9[redacted]002.

The customer placed this order online. All of the prices of the items and the shipping and

handling are presented dwing the ordering process.

We have no record of ever speaking with this customer regarding her order. The

customer did not leave a voicemail with our Customer Service department about her

order either.

The order has already shipped. The customer is able to return the product for a full refund

within the first 30 days of purchase. The customer will also be reimbursed for return

shipping if they send this back to us using standard mail.

Review: I ordered a Easy View HD and wanted the additional one free with Shipping and Handling. I didn't know that by clicking "2" I would really be getting 4 units with shipping on each. There was no way to modify the order, and IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY PHONE. I LEFT TWO CALL BACK MESSAGES AND NO ONE CALLED. I want one unit and one free and pay shipping on those. I am being charged for all and if I return the unwanted set, I must pay the shipping costs on the error.Desired Settlement: I want to be charged for one Easy View HD and get a second one free, and shipping on those not the $51.80 I was charged. I have tried to correct the error before it was shipped and charged, but could not reach them. I have sat on the phone for 40 minutes at a time, and left two voice mail messages.[redacted]

On 02115114 the customer ordered our EZ View HD our main offer for 510.00 bogo free

offer just pay an separate 57.95 processing and handling fee. The customer ordered for 2

of the ez view visors at S10.00 each plus 7.95 additional per visor. Per the customer's

order her total is 51. 80.

We regret that [redacted] has had a difficult time reaching customer service, because of our

recent offer we are experiencing higher then normal call volwnes.

We do not provide prepaid shipping labels. Customers who wish to return product can

pay for regular ground shipping and that amount will be refunded as long as the customer

includes a copy of the shipping receipt with their return. We will not refund any kind of

Next Day, Priority, Over Night, Insured Delivery or Delivery Conformation. The refund

for shipping and the merchandise will be posted to the credit card used on the order.

I find

that this resolution is partially satisfactory to me. I will return

the item on March 13 and expect to receive credit for the shipping and

merchandise, although they will not receive the merchandise until after

the 30 days for guaranteed refund.

They

responded on March 11, 2014, which was weeks after I made the original

order, and wrote to you. IF I DO NOT RECEIVE THE FULL REFUND, I WILL

CONTACT YOU AGAIN.

Do NOT order more than one mirror at a time.

They charge @30+ dollars shippping for 2 mirrors -- cost $20.00 and you don't see the shipping fee until you have purchased it. Then there is not customer service phone number to file a complaint or cancel the order
