Revdex.com: I want to make clear that their bill collecting practices are unacceptableI have had to go through the trouble of calling and not being able to get in touch with them, and then file a complaint with the Revdex.com, and then play phone tag wth northwest parkway until this was resolved; all so that I could pay what was owedThey charge cent "processing fees" PLUS cent mailing fees (no return envelopes are included with bills) and then they "accidentally" send mail to the wrong address and charge $late fee PER TOLL!!!! Not per late bill -- PERTOLLIf they want to charge $per toll, how about they compensate me for MY time that they wasted in an effort to make extra money?! [redacted] even covered northwest parkway's smarmy business practicesThey're a bunch of crooks, and I have had to spend hours of my time paying a $bill instead of $with nothing more than a "woops, we sent your bills to the wrong address ..." Northwest parkway is highway robbery literally and figuratively and I hope they're on your radar moving forward Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The information supplied by Northwest Parkway is incorrect, and the CEO is aware of its incorrectness, as is both the Customer Service staff at the company and the collections agency who they sent my information toDue to Northwest Parkway's shocking lack of professionalism, unethical business actions, and decision to continue to lie about information they have been provided, I reject their "offer" for me to pay the alleged few dollars in tolls that they claim I owe plus fees for them for an account I do not even haveThis is absolutely ridiculous and it is shameful that we such poorly managed, unethical companies operating with barely (if even) business principles Sincerely, [redacted] ***
