Dear Madam,Per your rebuttal requesting further clarification, please consider the following: NWP barcodes all toll bills in order to be able to track through the mail system. The bills are tracked from the time they are dropped into the mail until they reach the post office servicing the addressee’s billing address. NWP is notified if a bill doesn't get delivered and/or the address is incorrect, in which case the account is placed on hold until we are able to find a good address. Even in the case of an NCOA. In this case the account history has no record of bills not being delivered and/or returned. Again the address on record was the same as the vehicle registration at the time, and we can only assume to be a good mailing address. Regarding the Expresstoll account, it is always the NWP’s preference to process toll transactions via the ExpressToll account. For it to be possible the Expresstoll account holder must keep their account updated with their current vehicles/plate numbers.ExpressToll does not allow to backdate toll transactions.Since the tolls precede the opening of the ExpressToll account, NWP must bill the tolls separately (not through ExpressToll). ExpressToll is a separate company and would reject any tolls predating the opening of the account (10/18/2014). The proposed settlement offered to waive all late fees assessed. The assessed fees are to cover the costs associated with the processing and collection of the tolls and are communicated in such way to differentiate from the toll itself. We hope this clarifies your questions and concerns.Thank you,[redacted]

We just received a rebuttal (below) where the complainant states not being able to see the business response.
Since our response included personal identifiable information, following [redacted] recommendation to not make it public, we've submitted our letter response through [redacted] business online response as an attachment, together with other attachments referenced (which also include PII).
Can you please verify if indeed the complainant is unable to see the attachments included by the business on its response?

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (2000, 10, 2015/10/23) */
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I am accepting their response simply because the fight I would have to go through to receive proper service from this company is not worth it. I appreciate the Revdex.com's assistance in this matter.

To Whom it may concern, The Northwest Parkway, upon receiving the notice of complaint filed with Revdex.com, immediately contacted the complainant to resolve the matter. The problem has been takencare of and the account is now in good standing. No further action should be required. Thank...

you,[redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have...

reviewed the response and I am comfortable with what they have said.  I would like this to remain open though until the collectors are notified to cease and ensured nothing is put on my father's credit report.  I will be reaching out to them today to pay the money owed directly.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response. The billing that has been provided does not include anything prior to 10/4/2017. As noted, I contacted Northwest Parkway in my honest attempt to pay what I owed when I realized I never received any billing. The Representative told me I was paid up to that day. I would like to have the proof of tolls that I paid $30.20 for. According to your billing, I was delinquent for 10/4/17, despite being told that was included in my payment.Regarding the recent bill with added fees, I am willing to accept any error on my part. However, there are erroneous fees from October that would drastically reduce this bill. It is not right or fair to double bill and add late fees to something I was told was paid. With as much as I drive, I assure you the loss to Northwest Parkway losing my services and payments, is much more than what I would gain traveling that 1/2 mile section ever again. Sincerely,[redacted]
