RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Sincerely, [redacted]

Dear All,The Northwest Parkway, upon receiving the notice of complaint filed with BBB, immediately contacted the complainant to resolve the matter. The problem has been taken care of, to both parties satisfaction, and the account is now in good standing. No further action should be... required. Thank you, [redacted] ***

Dear Madam,Per your rebuttal requesting further clarification, please consider the following: NWP barcodes all toll bills in order to be able to track through the mail system. The bills are tracked from the time they are dropped into the mail until they reach the post office servicing the addressee’s billing address. NWP is notified if a bill doesn't get delivered and/or the address is incorrect, in which case the account is placed on hold until we are able to find a good address. Even in the case of an NCOA. In this case the account history has no record of bills not being delivered and/or returned. Again the address on record was the same as the vehicle registration at the time, and we can only assume to be a good mailing address. Regarding the Expresstoll account, it is always the NWP’s preference to process toll transactions via the ExpressToll account. For it to be possible the Expresstoll account holder must keep their account updated with their current vehicles/plate numbers.ExpressToll does not allow to backdate toll transactions.Since the tolls precede the opening of the ExpressToll account, NWP must bill the tolls separately (not through ExpressToll). ExpressToll is a separate company and would reject any tolls predating the opening of the account (10/18/2014). The proposed settlement offered to waive all late fees assessed. The assessed fees are to cover the costs associated with the processing and collection of the tolls and are communicated in such way to differentiate from the toll itself. We hope this clarifies your questions and concerns.Thank you, [redacted] ***

Dear Sirs,These toll charges are not in error they simply could not be processed in a timely manner because of a license plate misreadThere are valid toll charges that were eventually corrected and associated with the correct vehicle with Colorado license plate ***Northwest Parkway has now confirmed with the ExpressToll to make sure that none of the attached toll transactions now being billed have been processed and paid through your ExpressToll account (on toll transaction in 5/27/at 06:05:- has been eliminated)So the attached charges are not in duplicate (please find attached final adjusted toll bill)It is always our preference to process toll transactions via the ExpressToll account, whenever possibleIn this case the ExpressToll was opened in 4/15/15, and some tolls are from a prior dateAs explained in our response we cannot back charge transactions using the ExpressTollNorthwest Parkway offered to waive all fees associated with the processing of transactionsSo in fact, [redacted] is being charged as if he always have had an ExpressToll account without any additional fees (which would apply from before the opening of the ExpressToll account)We sincerely believe this to be a fair offer to resolve this account, apologizing for any inconvenience We can further agree to a short payment plan to settle this accountIf the Complainant accepts this determination please contact our Customer Service: 303-926-(M-F 8:AM – PM, MT) and let them know of this offer to settle your toll account (GO-PASS #1050350) as soon as possibleThank youIf the account does not get resolved, the balance due will continue to age and additional fees will be assessed until the account is eventually referred for collections.Sincerely, [redacted] ***

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I don't agree with their decision but they obviously don't care about customers and know they have the upper handI think it is wrong but hey what can I doNothing obviouslyI think they should post the proper costs on signs because they expect people to a long sign while they are driving and take their eyes off the road for a long perid of time to read signI only had time to read the cost which is not what I was chargedI think because they share a road with Etheir signs should be the same as Ewhich states exactly what you are going to be chargedU als believe that there should be a sign before 1-that states you are going to be going on to a different toll systemThe sign they have is after ou are already past 1-so you can't get off without knowing in advanceI don't agree with Northwest Parkways cheap practices and will pay because its just not worth fighting and fighting a company with bad business practices and just won't use there part of the freeway ever again now that I know where it ends and begins

Dear Madam/Sir, Per our previous response letter, NWP confirmed that the four bills were mailed and the mail tracking shows the bills received their final scannedThe letter (re-attached) included the mail tracking summary showing the mail-date and confirmation of final scan (Y) for delivery at "*** * *** *** *** ***"Which the Complainant confirmed being the correct address at the timeBased on these facts, NWP maintains that the bills followed its billing process without evidence of failure. Attempting to resolve the matter, the NWP is willing to offer to waive all past-due fees, this one time, bringing the total balance-due to $(to cover for the unpaid tolls, applicable fees and other costs incurred with the processing and handling of the account)If you accept this final offer, please refer to the instructions of our previous letter responseThank you. Sincerely,*** ***

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (2000, 8, 2016/01/04)
*/
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
It is disappointing that North West Parkway would not try to resolve the issue of their fraudulent late fees without me having to resort to going to the Revdex.com and filing a complaint
If North West Parkway had truly sent me two bills via email I would have seen them and responded just as I did when I received their bill via ***
It seems to me that North West Parkway can easily scam customers by claiming a bill was sent to them and the bill was not paid on time so now the customer is charged a late feeNo wait, that is just what happened to me and the majority of the people who have lodged complaints against North West Parkway with the Revdex.com
Why isn't North West Parkway audited just the same as other monopolies are audited?
Thank you Revdex.com for helping me resolve this issue with North West Parkway
