I read the ad on line...looked for any indication that I might be buying into a membership...found nothing...ordered a "RISK FREE TRIAL" for $4.95...tried it...saw no evidence of this product doing what it advertised it would dosince NO WHERE WAS IT STATED that I would become a monthly customer, I chalked it up to experience! A month later another box arrives and I see that there is a $charge on my credit cardI call once and speak to [redacted] on 10/05/and was told I'd get a refund of 50%...ok I can live with that...my next statement told me I received a $refund...called on the 7th and spoke with Walter who told me I was getting a 15% refund...end of story! How can they get away with this? Is there not a law concerning advertising?

After receiving the product and trying it multiple times the results were zeroNothing happenedNever saw a place that said call if not satisfied or will send moreThen days later received a bill for two $charges for more products that I haven't gotten as of this dayI called the day I received the bill to cancel but still no product and no helpI hope this helps others to see what a bunch of thieves these people are and don't make the same mistakes that I haveI personally will NEVER order off the internet againBurnt twice from these scamming companies and it won't happen again!!!

I requested the day free trial and paid the shipment however if you are not satisfied with the product you have to cancel within days (how can you possibly see the results they claim and cancel before the days) I forgot to cancel and they charged me $& $(for the free trial)They charged the same amounts again and when I called to explain what happened and that I hadn't received the shipment they were charging me for, they would not cooperate I also explained that I wanted to return the unopened cream they had just sent but they refused to refund me The agent tried to get me to agree to a 50%refund! What I found "funny" is that their advertisement says, "why pay for expensive creams?..."
