This is a scam company, sign on to try product and gave card for shipping then started receiving products (which I did not request) and charges on card.
NuPlenish does not send any contact information to reach them to cancel.

In my previous complain # [redacted] to Revdex.com regarding service and product of NuPlenish company, I described my dissatisfaction and reasons why I expect to receive refund from them. On your inquiry, the company answered that they already sent me refund. It's simply not true. They did not send me any refund. I didn't have a chance to answer to you since I filed a complain to my credit card and was expecting a response from them. I learned today that they began their own investigation. The dispute case that they initiated proves that they didn't receive any refund. They say that I can review the status of this investigation at any time by visiting Discover.com or by calling our service team day or night at 1[redacted]I'd like to receive refund for the product that I didn't ask to send to me and I'd be happy to send it back (it's unpacked in original package).

before the 14 days was over. The system does not and will not allow the client
to proceed to the checkout section to complete the purchase unless he
acknowledges the terms and condition of the product.  The customer is
automatically signed onto our monthly subscription until they call in and ask
to cancel the product.  After the customer finishes their 30 day supply of
the product, they will be charged on the card on file for a 30 day supply plus
shipping and handling. Usually, the customer must receive and RMA number from
the customer service department to return the product and they will then
receive a refund.  Nevertheless, the customer account has been cancelled

I read the ad on line...looked for any indication that I might be buying into a membership...found nothing...ordered a "RISK FREE TRIAL" for $4.95...tried it...saw no evidence of this product doing what it advertised it would do... since NO WHERE WAS IT STATED that I would become a monthly customer, I chalked it up to experience! A month later another box arrives and I see that there is a $94.90 charge on my credit card. I call once and speak to [redacted] on 10/05/15 and was told I'd get a refund of 50%...ok I can live with that...my next statement told me I received a $13.49 refund...called on the 7th and spoke with Walter who told me I was getting a 15% refund...end of story! How can they get away with this? Is there not a law concerning
false advertising?

 Dear Ms. [redacted].    Regarding complaint [redacted] against NuPlenish.  After a battle with my credit card company on 10/12/15, the company has agreed to refund all charges that were listed in my complaint.  I sincerely appreciate your effort in this matter and I do wish to keep the information on this complaint as public record, as this business is operating in a manner that is not forthright or honest.  Again, THANK YOU!     [redacted]
