Jackie and I spoke, she mentioned that the recorded calls were availableI asked that she also send to meI have yet to receive them
I find it odd that my cell provider had no record of any of the calls nor did I have any voicemails, yet as soon as I file a complaint the Revdex.com Jackie calls me and is able to reach me on her first attempt
This entire process and the lack of timely customer service is not acceptable
I am in receipt of the shipping label and will send the container ASAP
I will wait to get the recorded calls as I requested

January 31, 2017Dear *** ***: On December 7, 2016, we responded to a complaint submitted by *** ** ***, whereby we advised *** *** would receive a credit for her entire Nutrisystem order, less $return shipping. This credit would be issued upon receipt of her returned non-frozen food. A customer service representative had provided *** *** with a return label for this purpose. On January 3, 2017, we received notice that *** *** was not satisfied with the resolution, as she had not yet received her credit. However, as of that date, *** *** had not yet returned her non-frozen food as was required to receive a refund. On January 6, 2017, another return label was issued to *** *** for her convenience. It was at that time, *** *** returned the non-frozen food, and her account was credited $($304.99, less $return shipping). As of this date, please be advised that *** ***’s account has also been credited the $cancellation fee which had been posted. I believe this matter is resolved. Thank you. Dear *** ***,
The complaint submitted by ***
*** was received on March 3,
On October 28, 2015, *** *** enrolled in the NutriSystem Auto-Delivery Program at www.nutrisystem.com with a promotion that gave *** *** $off her initial order plus free shakes. It is unclear why, but *** *** later called Nutrisystem, cancelled her online order and placed a new order with a customer service representative. The customer service representative erroneously did not re-enroll *** *** with the same promotions that she had connected to her initial online order. On November 14, 2015, *** *** contacted Nutrisystem about this matter. The customer service representative apologized and applied a $coupon to *** ***’s next order and shipped *** *** the shakes
On December 3, 2015, *** *** was sent an email indicating her next order was being processed for her. On December 7, 2015, *** *** was sent her next order
On December 8, 2015, Nutrisystem received an email from *** *** indicating the package with the shakes she received contained ants. It is unclear as to how the ants entered the package *** *** received. The facilities that manufacture Nutrisystem products have reported no issues with insectsThere are a multitude of ways that the ants could have entered *** ***’s package post production including through the shipping process and/or if the package was left outside for an extended period of timeNutrisystem has no way of verifying how the ants entered *** ***’s package, but Nutrisystem apologized and sent a replacement order to *** *** on December 18, 2016.
On January 2, *** *** delayed her next order online until March 1,
On January 6, 2016, *** *** contacted Nutrisystem indicating she had received a moldy item in order. Nutrisystem responded requesting more information on the product, but according to our records *** *** never responded
On February 26, 2016, *** *** was sent an email indicating her next order was being processed for her. On March 2, *** ***’s order was shipped
*** *** contacted Nutrisystem on March 2, after her order had shipped. *** *** indicated that she had cancelled the auto-delivery program and did not want the order that was in transit to her. Nutrisystem has no record of *** *** cancelling her account prior to her telephone call on March 2, 2016. Nutrisystem only shows that she delayed her account online. Nutrisystem was able to cancel the ready to go portion of *** ***’s order and the frozen portion of her order was returned to Nutrisystem as undeliverableNutrisystem issued *** *** a full credit in the amount of $on March 11, for this order. We apologize for the issues that *** *** had with her orders. *** *** was shipped the missing items, issued a $credit towards her second order and was fully refunded for the last order that was shipped to her. *** *** received and retained the first two (2) orders that she received and we cannot issue her a refund those orders. We wish *** *** continued success with her weight loss goals

7/1/15Revdex.com:My complaint was based on the fact that the two order requirement was not clearly stated on the website It was in small type in an embedded window that one has to scroll down to view The only sentences readable in the window state that the autodelivery may be cancelled at any time If the two order requirement had been clearly stated I would not have ordered Also the cancellation charge was not waived when I first complained It was not waived until I had called and emailed multiple times and threatened to complain to Revdex.com and Costco Since they have now waived the cancellation charge, I consider the matter resolved but I still think the website needs to be updated to more clearly state that a second order is required.

Dear Ms***,
The complaint submitted by Mr*** *** was received on April 11,
On March 22, Mr*** enrolled in the NutriSystem Auto-Delivery Program at www.nutrisystem.com. With our Auto-Delivery Program, customers receive a 35% discount off the full retail value of a 4-week plan with every auto-delivery purchaseThe Full Retail Value along with the discounted Auto-Delivery Program price is posted on our website (please see the attached pages)They also receive free shipping (Continental US). By clicking the Submit My Order, customer’s authorize us to automatically charge and ship their order every weeks unless they cancel. If they are not 100% satisfied, they can call ###-###-#### within days of delivery of their order and send the remaining non-frozen food back to us for a full refund, less return shipping. If our customers decide to cancel before the second shipment and after the day guarantee period, they authorize us to charge a $early cancellation fee. If they cancel any time after they receive their second month there is no fee. After reading this language, customers click to “submit their order”. The terms and conditions of the auto-delivery program have always been posted throughout the website (please see the attached pages)However in response to customer complaints and inquiries Nutrisystem has added additional language and information throughout the website to make it clearer to our customers that they are choosing the Auto-Delivery program and agreeing to the terms and conditions of the program, including the $cancellation charge before they make their purchase. Specifically, the auto-delivery terms and the cancellation fee are conspicuously displayed at the “submit my order” button (please see the attached page) and if the customer clicks on the Auto-Delivery option the benefits of auto-delivery as well as the cancellation fee are clearly stated (please see the attached page). Mr*** submitted his order and agreed to the terms and condition prior to his purchase. Mr***’ order was shipped to him on March 24,
Mr*** contacted Nutrisystem on April 9, requesting the cancellation of his Auto-Delivery program. Nutrisystem does not show that he requested to return anything or obtain a refund under the Money Back Guarantee. Mr*** Auto-Delivery program was cancelled and he was then charged the $cancellation fee in accordance with the terms and conditions of his purchase of the 4-week auto-delivery programMr*** was properly charged the $cancellation fee. However, if Mr*** is dissatisfied with the program, he is still within the day return period (Mr*** order was delivered on March 26, 2016). If he would like to return the ready to go food products from his order, please have him contact the customer service department at ###-###-####. If Mr*** returns the unused food products from his first order, Nutrisystem will issue him a refund for the return products and the $cancellation fee.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at ###-###-####, or by email to ***, or you may write me at the address set forth above

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me It would be nice if the company cared enough to get my name correct which they didn't (they didn't even spell it consistently throughout their response)It would also be nice if they admitted that they are not at all upfront about the auto renew program and the cost to cancel before the second shipment as evidenced by the number of complaints about this very issue all over the internet.

In may I went to costco and bought gift cards for nutrisystemFollowing day I called in to make an orderI used the gift cards however the representative insisted that I also give her a credit card to complete the orderShe assured me that the credit card will never be charged, as it was just a back up in case the there is a problem with the gift cards that I had given herTherefore I gave her an old credit card of mine that I never use nor check onThe nutrisystem meal plan did not work for me at all, and I did not enjoy itSo I decided against ordering any moreTo my knowledge the subscription was canceled as I requested and I didn't receive any more packages, so I never had reason to think otherwiseI was very wrong, not only did nutrisystem keep sending packages and charging me per packageThey were also not sending them to my addressSeeing as I used a credit card that I never use nor check on they kept charging me and sending packages to the wrong address until the card became overdraftedOnly once received an overdraft letter from my credit card company, did I come to know that I have been swindled out of almost dollarsIf the limit on that card wasn't only dollars, and I used one of my other cards I would have been scammed out of thousandsThank god for that didn't happen When I understood that the charges were no accident and will not be taken off without further action from me I contacted nutrisystem explained my situation and requested a refundApparently they wrote down my address wrong, instead of they put down 19725, so the packages were never delivered to my houseI explained that the packages were never delivered to my houseThe very rude representative I spoke to did not seem to sympathetic at allThe supervisor she transferred me to was no more helpful than herThey were not interested at all in the fact that this whole fiasco was due to the fact that they had put down the wrong address and had no interest in giving me my full refundI attempted to explain that if any of the packages came to the correct address, this would never have occurredThey did not seem to care, apparently the package coming to the correct address is not something nutrisystem concerns itself withI hope this review is warning for othersIf you want to avoid terrible customer service, an inferior product that does not work and being scammed out of hundreds if not thousands of dollars DO NOT order nutrisystem
