As per policy the tickets are non-refundableWe extended a courtesy and refunded half of the ticket even though BOTH trips of the ticket were usedI understand the passengers frustration, but the refund amount will not be ammended

NYC Airporter is an irresponsible companyDuring my summer vacation, they lost my luggage and made promises to locate it before I boarded my flightNeedless to say, they did not locate my luggage and I had to make countless calls and e-mails in order to inquire if they had found my luggageThe manager stated that it would be returned because apparently the driver gave it to another passengerAfter waiting almost two months, I submitted a claim because they never did locate my luggageThey asked for me to list all valuables lost and the total was estimated to be $However, they responded that at this time they could only provide $The entire situation was handled very poorlyI will not ever use their services again
