Our apologies on the shipment of this order We had some unexpected delays on receiving the product into our warehouse for shipment We did ship 2nd day air to the customer and that tracking information was provided to her last week As a courtesy for the delay and such a full
refund for the cost of shipping was processed on 9/ That information was also given to the customer

Our sincere apologies about the lack of communication with this customer. Customer placed his order on 11/and it was not shipped until 12/11. A valid tracking number has been provided to the customer through his personal email account. We've refunded shipping charges as a

I have received the correct item ordered
I would like to recommend that the business advertise a valid phone number that would allow a customer to speak with a representative in an event such as this. Additionally, their website indicates that the business would respond to email inquiries within 4-hours. I recommend this be either removed or honored. I received no feedback from the company and was unable to contact them via phone.

In regards to order *** placed by this customer The order was placed on 9/and on 9/we were informed that the order had been shipped to the customer On 10/he messaged us to inquire about where his part(s) We responded as soon as we were able letting him know that
the part was supposed to have shipped but since we did not see any tracking information at that time we had another part shipped at no charge to him The part was shown as delivered and signed for by the customer on 10/
We apologize for any lack of communication and the delay in getting the product to the customer We were unaware that the part did not ship as scheduled per the manufacturer
As a courtesy to the customer we are in the process of crediting 1/of the shipping cost

We are researching this order history At this time we believe that there was an error on our website and the order did not process correctly We will get this situation handled ASAP.

Our sincere apologies on the time frame of this order With the holiday weekend and some unforeseen setbacks with the manufacturer, the customer's order was behind what we quoted him

In regards to this order, we were notified after the customer's order was placed that the part was no longer available for us to order Customer placed his order the Wednesday before the Thanksgiving holiday Because of the holiday weekend, we notified him the first business day after
the weekend to inform of the NLA status We then attempted to process the refund to the customer
Unfortunately for us and for him, the refund process errored out We were unaware of that until he contacted us again earlier this month
As soon as we were notified of this we manually processed the refund to his account Below are the transaction details

The funds were automatically withdrawn from our business account and placed to the customer's credit card
I can assure you that our sites are encrypted with privacy software and no funds were withdrawn on our end for any activity other than the original order placed
If the customer has not received the funds from us once the hold is released from his CC company we would be happy to issue a company check

A refund was issued to the customer's original form of payment on 8/16/ Even though there was fraud reported on their cc, the refund was accepted by their cc company and fund were withdrawn for the refund from our business account Below are the transaction details for the refund

In response to this complaint Our apologies on the delay of the credit It was unintentional and we appreciate the heads up The shipping department updates our system when parts are returned, but does not issue credits When the credit was attempted on 2/the customer
service agent was unaware that she was over the time limit to perform the credit transaction I've alerted sales manager of the situation and a credit will be issued via Paypal by EOB today (2/17/16) in the amount of $
