In Regards to Mr*** order #*** The order was originally placed on 9/4/15, which was the Friday before the Labor Day weekend When the order was received into our system, we had no inclination that the part was not available to us Mr*** contacted us on 9/18/
questioning where his part was After looking further into his order we were informed by the manufacturer that this part was no longer available for us to order On the first business day (9/21/15) we responded to Mr*** with this information and a credit was issued at that time.We apologize for not being able to supply the part ordered and for the time it took for us to receive notice that it was not available to us

Our apologies about the lengthy time in refunding this customer's money
Full order amount including shipping, $refund issued via paypal today. Trans ID Payment Sent (Unique Transaction ID # ***)
Customer should receive the funds from
the transaction within 3-business days

This order was placed on 8/4. The same day it was placed an email was sent to the customer letting them know that unfortunately this part was no longer available per the manufacturer and the funds would be returned to him
From the notes and the messages sent to the customer we
initially tried to refund the monies on 8/but the process of the refund errored out. In situations like this we are not notified of any error through the back end of our website (where we process credits)
As soon as the customer notified us (on 8/9) that he did not receive the refund, we processed it the next business day and provided him with the transaction ID for the refund at that time

As stated in the previous correspondence We believe that there was a server error on the back end of our website Unfortunately with online services and orders, these things do happen A full refund was issued to the customer on 5/6/ We hope that the refund was received and again our apologies

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: The business has not offered a solution and continues to stall In emails they have promised a speedy refund, now they make excuses and blame a lengthy process with *** but *** states that it is a very simple process I have handled transactions with *** and know that it is a simple matter of refunding...handled in minutes but the merchant can't seem to do anything after 60+ days

This was an order that we were unforatunately not able to fulfill
It was for a part that was put on a national backorder per the manufacturer. We advised the customer of that times and asked him if he needed to make changes to the order to please let us know
We did not
get a response to cancel or change the order status so we left it as is
On 9/7/we issued a full refund for the order. It appears that the customer filed a complaint through his credit card company so the refund was dealt with through a different department

Customer placed order on 12/(which is a day before going into a holiday weekend where UPS does not pickup) Customer first emailed us on 1/to request tracking Our customer service rep responded with UPS tracking Customer emailed us again that same day, again we replied with
the tracking information He emailed us the same day the Revdex.com complaint was submitted, again we responded with his tracking information Package was delivered on 1/6/(the 6th business day after order was placed) No expedited shipping was paid for or requested, we ship from Portland, OR customer is in Ohio

Again, the transaction was refunded on 9/with PayPayl transaction ID # ***
This is what PayPal will need in order to see where the funding is at
If a transaction ID is provided from us to the customer, than the refund has indeed been issued and withdrawn from our account
At this point there is nothing further that we can do This is between the cardholder and their financial institution and PayPal

Our sincere apologies to this customerThis particular part was a factory direct ship Our factory direct ships usually ship within 5-business days Unfortunately that did not happen with this order We've since gotten the part out to the customer and the tracking information
was sent directly to them We've credited the customer 20% of their order as well as shipping costs We understand that this does not alleviate the longevity of the time the order has taken to get to them, but we hope that this helps
