I placed an order on Black Friday of 2014. A few Christmas gifts. My boyfriend ordered one item moments after I did. He received his within a week. So I emailed them and after almost a week, they told me they only had 1 of the items in stock. I had 2 options, have them send me the 1 item and refund the rest or just refund it all. I was fed up and emailed back that I wanted a FULL REFUND. So, I checked my account every day after that, waiting for my money. After 2 weeks passed, I called them, I kept getting the run around that there was no one there that could take my call. So she said she had my information and that she would have someone get back to me. Its almost February, I haven't received a call or an email at all. All I wanted was my damn money back. I can't believe how incompetent this company is. I'll never EVER buy anything that requires One Live as their fulfillment company.

response because: This bussiness did not return my money on its own. Nor have they contacted me in any way to let me know what was going on with the order place 6 months ago now. The only way we received our money back was by filing a fraud complaint with the bank. When they didn't respond to my bank our money was refunded BY THE BANK. More then a dozen attempts were made to the company to find out what was happening and to receive a refund and each time they would only "take a message".

The customer has been refund 50% of the cost of the item plus the shipping cost amounting to 24.25. Typically the refund takes up to 72 hours to reflect on the account but can take up 10 days to process at the longest.

The major problem was that I ordered the items in August, and every time I tried to contact the company about my items. I couldn't get an answer. They would just say, " we can't give you any information on your purchase, but if you leave your name and number someone will get back to you". That never happened! No answers for four months. I got these items for my five year old son for Christmas, and that company messed that up for me. Worse company ever!! Will never buy an item from this company again. Than when the item got delivered, the box was all ripped up and the one item was ripped. Called them back, to tell them about the way the package arrived. And they could even say they were sorry. Just oh well. Don't know this company is still in business. A SORRY would have been nice. This company is so unprofessional  Thanks for nothing,

I never received your "re shipment" of my items. That is why I am making such a big deal out of this. It's been so long and I have sent so many emails and called so many times that I don't know where the actual confirmation numbers are but I made a complaint about not receiving my items so you said you would cancel the shipment and send a new one? I'm assuming that's the new tracking number. I never received the new items. I feel you may have confused the shipment with the socks as that was the shipped item that yes, I had received. I still have not received my missing items from the bundle -poster, stickers ( I received defective ones and you guys said you were shipping new ones) also the cd. You claim to have called and emailed me yet you called ONE time and left a voicemail which I shortly after returned and was never contacted again. I also had sent 10-30 emails to you at a time because you would not respond to me. I have never received such terrible service from someone and trust me, you have a terrible reputation in the Bassnectar community. My name is Ronald P[redacted] and I'm writing this so you know how the VIP staff treats the customers of Motley Crue live shows.
My wife an I arrived at the designated time and place explained to us in the e-mail so we could pick up our tickets before the VIP experience. Everything after that was a blur!!! The staff took such good care of us, showed us all the in and outs of how the crew sets up and prepares for a show, and they gave us such a great tour. They got all of our goodies autographed by the band and took us to go meet them before the show. We had such a great time I just thought it was worth mentioning how the girls behind the scene do such good work.
The show was awesome, and if y'all ever head back this way we would be more than happy to do another one of your shows.
Thanks for an evening we'll never forget.

I ordered 2 item for Christmas on Dec 10th. On Dec 18, they email telling me about a shipping delay. On Dec 28 (after Christmas) they finally ship. UPS make 3 delivery attempts on Jan 8,9 & 10. Then they ship back to One Live Media ( I never get a chance to pick it up at UPS (shipping back right away is the sellers choice). I make multiple calls, their customer service is nothing more than an answering service. Eventually they will forward you to their ADVANCED customer service. This is VOICEMAIL!!!!. They finally contacted me after I filed a dispute with Paypal. Their email said they would reship. IT DIDN"T HAPPEN. THen I escalated it to a claim. Now that I threaten to take back my money they call to try to settle. It's been 2 months since I placed my order and I'm waiting for my money back. I will NEVER buy ANYTHING that uses One Live Media.

My wife ordered a Motley Crue Hockey jersey at the beginning of November 2015 as a Christmas gift for me. Well within a couple of weeks she received the wrong product. After contacting them to get return instructions, she returned it and they received it back. The last time she received an email from them was on December 4th when she was told that a replacement order was being entered for the correct product and she would receive tracking info shortly. Well again, that was the last time she has heard from them. She has sent them many emails since Dec. 4 to get a status on the order and once I found out I have sent a couple of emails myself (this last week) in an attempt to help her. Neither of us has received a response at all. This jersey was over $100 and I sure hope that we will either see the money back or the actual jersey soon! Very frustrated with this total lack of customer service. I have never done business with a company this bad. I just want a simple status update.
