The account was easy to set up, just made my first payment on line and iit went smoothly..All the personnel I spoke to were very polite and knowledgeableI would truly recommend this company to my friends and family

Service was very poor and lack experienced crew membersI regret getting involved with this businessIve dealt with different people and non of them showed any profetional experienceThis location don't even deserve a start

I did the application on line on a Sunday and Monday morning someone contacted me to finish the application and was approved right away

Terrible Terrible experienceEvery time I have called has been a non pleasant experienceThe phone reps are not aware of the processes and place you on-hold for long periods of timeThey were not prepared/equipped to answer my questions

Led me to believe right off the back I was qualified for more money than what I actually got :/

I give this company stars Very professional and hassle-free process When securing a loan from this company, please be advised that smaller amounts are done under Rule of 78's The interest over the term is the same as simple interest, but interest charges are applied earlier in the pay period which means the amount applied to the principal is less in the early stages of the term If you intend to pay your loan off early, look for simple interest loans If you keep the loan to the end of its term, the interest is the same for both OneMain thoroughly explained this to me during the loan process so there were no surprises

Prior to getting a loan through One Main, I did a lot of research on the companySome reviews were terrifyingStating that the employees are rude and forcefulMost were the opposite
During the time that I have had my loan, I have found all the employees to be quit pleasant and understandingTaking out a loan, at least for me, was not something I wanted to do, but had toI'm glad that I have only had pleasant people to deal with at One Main

The lady who handled my case was awful! She was okay in the beginning to get my business but once I had issues she became very short and made excusesMy account payment was higher then what we discussed and when I called her about it I was given an excuse that did not make senseOnce the problem happened again the following month I reached out to her again and was told oh it was a mistakeTo make matters worse I was told well if you want a refund we can get my manager to do it but it's a long process!!

I should have definitely done my research on one main before taking out loans with themThis has to be onecof the most unprofessional and disorganized branch or is the entire company ***?Let me say that their office ettiquite is poorThey talk to each other about clients while having them on hold and having waiting clients presentI have alwayssssss made payments on time and now I am being harrassed for a measly $dollarsMind you its for a payment of the old loan that the loan office Jeannie who worked on my loan, assured me I did not have to pay since the reconstructed the loan and updated payments for then future dateSo they call me I explained myself a few timesYet still they managed to get me where I said?OKAY!!!!! I'll pay the mind you the payment off for the current loan was PAID!!!!! On 10-1-and additionally on 10-They are SHARKS AND I WISH I HAD NEVER DEALT WITH THEMSo when I try to call back to discuss this harassment no one answers the phones because they're soooooooo busyI spent 2hrs there in Aug believe me I saw what goes on there and its truly disgusting!!
