One Main has a terrible website that lacks any kind of error messaging or informative directionsCall center is incompetent

My loan officers were very polite very helpful and friendly which made my paperwork seem like a snap.plus I like that my payment automatically withdraws from my account I don't have to worry about forgetting or missing a payment

Worst place to ever do business with! I have paid off my loan and they have yet to report it to the credit companies, they still have my titleIf you ever want a loan DO NOT GO HERE! Management is very useless, they give you no info everyou have to yell at them to get anything done
