Thank you for bringing this matter to our attentionWe take the customer experience seriously and would like to take the time to address [redacted] concernsWe should explain that OnlineCityTickets.com is an online exchange, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellersThis fact is noted on every ticket and checkout page and at the top of our homepage with the statement: "We are a resale marketplacePrices may exceed face valueThis site is not owned by any venue." [redacted] states that he did not know he was being charged in U.SDollarsThis is inaccurate, as our checkout process details this informationThe statement displayed at checkout with the message “All sales are finalAll prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).” discloses this informationAdditionally, all sellers on our site are notified as soon as an order for their tickets is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders or offer refundsWe consider this issue closedIf [redacted] has any questions about an order or our website, we welcome him to reach out to us.Thank you,OnlineCityTickets

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the concerns of our customer, Ms [redacted] We appreciate the opportunity to address this matter.? It should be noted that? Online City Tickets? is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets?"instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellersThis fact is noted on? every ticket and checkout page and at the top of our homepage with the statement: “We are a resale marketplacePrices may exceed face valueThis site is not owned by any venue.”In regards to? Ms [redacted] 's statement that her tickets were priced above their primary-market, or "face," value, it should be noted that this is a common occurrence on the secondary marketThis is because all tickets sold on the secondary market are owned and listed for sale by individual ticket sellers, who price their tickets based on a range of factors, including customer demandAll prices on our website are set by individual sellers, not by Online City TicketsPrior to choosing tickets, Ms [redacted] was made aware of the fact that her tickets may be above face value several times throughout the checkout process, with the message, "Prices may exceed face value."? Ms [redacted] was presented with an interactive map of the venue, displaying all available seatingAt that point, Ms [redacted] selected the tickets she wanted to buyAfter choosing those tickets,? she was taken to our? checkout page.? From there, she was directed to review the itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the ticket location, price per ticket, all fees, and the total price in bold textThere was also an information box under the order summary box which repeated the following message: "We are a resale marketplaceWe are not a box office or venueThis site is not owned by any venue."? Ms [redacted] was required to agree to our terms and conditions?"visible in a text box below this order total?"and presented with the bold-text message “All sales are final.” At this point,? Ms [redacted] ? was also presented with the? message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions above,” and checked the box to signify her agreement with this statement.? During this process,? Ms [redacted] ? saw an even more in-depth order? summary that displayed the quantity, location, and prices of her tickets, delivery and service fees, and the total charge.? Additionally, at the time of checkout, Ms [redacted] was again shown the specific seating location she had selected: Section 16, Row KKShould Ms [redacted] have needed any clarification at the time, she could have reached out to one of our sales agents to provide clarity as to the exact location of these particular seats.Online City Tickets has fully adhered to the sales terms and conditions that Ms [redacted] agreed to prior to completing her purchaseMs [redacted] received the valid, authentic tickets that she selected and was able to attend the event using the tickets she choseOnline City Tickets operates our own customer service department which is available to resolve any and all issues that our customers may encounter, with contact information on our webpage and all correspondenceWe encourage Ms [redacted] to utilize this resource for any additional concernsAs it currently stands, we consider this matter closed.? I would not rate my experience with this business highlyThey charged me close to fifty dollars per ticket as a "service charge"! And in addition to that, an "email delivery charge fee." I think that is a load of ***, personallyI bought two tickets at $apiece, and have to spend another hundred dollars for service fees? No

Thank you for contacting us in regards to the concerns of Ms***Though her concerns are unclear at this time, we hope to provide clarification to our valued customer in regards to any confusion she may have Due to the nature of our business on the secondary marketplace, Online City Tickets is not affiliated with any artist or venue and do not own inventory; instead, we act as an intermediary between customers and sellersAll prices listed on our site are done so by the individual seller, not Online City Tickets, based on their personal assessments regarding a range of factors including customer demandSince our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both partiesThis means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry.Ms [redacted] placed her order on 4/10/ for Foster the People which takes place on 5/31/Her tickets were shipped via [redacted] to her on 4/13/2017, and scheduled to deliver before her eventMs [redacted] was sent an email regarding her package's tracking information so she may check its delivery progressIt should be noted that prior to receiving this claim, Online City Tickets has been in contact with Ms [redacted] and offered a one-time courtesy resolution in the interest of customer serviceOur customer has accepted this as an amicable resolution; as such, we consider this matter resolvedIf our customer has any additional concerns relating to their order, we welcome her to contact our customer service department.Regards,Online City Tickets

Be very careful what you click on I was searching for "Hershey Theater", on Google, and this company must have paid a fee to be first in the results, and I stupidly clicked on it, went only to their website, and purchased tickets, before I realized I spent $instead of $for the same exact event, same row seats, which were still available from Ticketmaster - which is the ONLY authorized seller of tickets for Hershey Theater Not to mention, OnlineCityTickets website looks earily familiar to Ticketmaster - I wonder why Before you ever buy at this site, make sure you cannot get them MUCH cheaper elsewhere

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I acknowledge that the terms of the agreement were given, and that I should have noticed that I only got one ticket However, given that I contacted CityTickets immediately after the transaction (within minutes), there was no reason why the transaction could not have been canceled Given the fact that I attempted to cancel the sale so quickly, and that I was buying one ticket for five times the face value, I would like to be refunded the full price Sincerely, [redacted]

Quick and easy to order ticketsHad my download in min after placing order

This was an easy and quick experience to get concert tickets

Thank you for contacting us regarding this matterAt Online City Tickets, we value our customers and appreciate this opportunity to address Ms [redacted] concerns.? As a secondary marketplace, Online City Tickets has no affiliation with any box office or venue and does not own or generate any ticketsRather, our role is simply to facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellersFor this reason, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties, and therefore must adhere to an "all sales are final" policy, to which all customers must agree prior to purchase. Our company takes unauthorized claims very seriously and, when Ms [redacted] first contacted us, our team reviewed her transaction to address her concernsUpon further review of the order there was no indication that the order had been placed illicitly, thus we were unable to provide a refund for this order due to our "all sales are final policy" which is in place to ensure both customers and sellers are treated fairly.? This policy was agreed to by the purchaser prior to checkout, as no order can be processed on our site without this having been agreed toIt should also be noted that multiple previous orders have been placed on our website using all of the same billing and contact information used for this purchase, with no issues reported on the previous transactions.Online City Tickets has fully adhered to the terms and conditions to which the purchaser agreed prior to checkoutAlthough she is not due to receive a refund per the agreterms, we have reached out to Ms [redacted] in an effort to provide a resolution to this matter that would be amicable to both partiesHowever, we have been unsuccessful in reach herIf Ms [redacted] would like to discuss a resolution to this matter, or if she has any further questions or concerns, we encourage her to reach out to our customer service teamAt this time, we consider this matter resolved.Regards,Online City Tickets

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meAlthough their response denies that they are responsible for the financial burden requested because they are a third party, they are processing a refund for the requested amount (although untimely and done in poor communication) Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: based on the response, the company did not read my complaint It specifically says on the email (the email was on 6/- not 8/as stated in the response) "If there is an issue at the venue, call us immediately at [redacted] " So, why is that printed on the email? We had an issue at the venue and called immediately but there was no one there to answer the phone Was that on purpose? No one available the night of a concert? I need an answer to this question This is fraud I stated that the tickets were not printed before my daughter left for the hour drive She was excited about getting to the concert So there is no alternative? You are just out of luck if you forget? There was no other way to get them printed? Were we suppose to lie to the venue? Is that a reasonable expectation? If the company puts that statement out there to call immediately if you have problems at the venue, then the expectation is that you will call that number to get help We did not get any help If we would have received help, then this entire situation could have been avoided The company failed to meet expectations and should have offered another way to get the tickets printed when you are hours from home My $is to be refunded immediately as that is the only acceptable resolution Sincerely, [redacted]

OnlineCityTickets.com has contacted Ms [redacted] , and we feel we have reached a resolution that suits both partiesWe now consider this issue closed.Thank you,OnlineCityTickets.com

I purchased my tickets for event and it was a smooth transaction vs [redacted] My order confirmation was receivedThank you,
