Experience was very easy Only negative would be that there was no way to use two (2) credit cards for - what I thought was - expensive My total was $and I would have preferred to divide that amount between cards, but wasn't able to Oh well...still want to go and bought the tickets anyway!!!!

Thank you for contacting us in reference to this matterAt Online City Tickets, we value our customers and appreciate this opportunity to address Ms [redacted] concernsMs [redacted] has claimed that she believed she was purchasing tickets through the website of the venue, or of the event itselfHowever, it should be noted that our web address and branding are intentionally different from those of any other websiteOnline City Tickets is an online resale marketplace, which means that we do not own or generate any tickets – instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellersDirectly on our website it states, “We are a resale marketplace, not a box office or venueTicket prices may exceed face valueThis site is not owned by any venue or box office.” Because customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both partiesThis means that we are unable to offer refunds and must enforce an “all sales are final” policy – a standard throughout the industryOur sales policies, including out “all sales are final” policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process – from a notice on every ticket page to a sales terms statement displayed at checkout with the message, “All sales are finalAll prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).” In addition to this current claim, Ms [redacted] has filed a dispute with her financial institution regarding this transactionWe have addressed this, and encourage Ms [redacted] to follow up with her financial institution regarding any further questions or concerns about the orderAt this time, this matter has been resolvedRegards, Online City Tickets

Thank you for reaching out to us and bringing this matter to our attentionWe take the customer experience seriously at Online City Tickets and would like to take the time to address Mr [redacted] concernsIt should be noted that Online City Tickets is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellersThis fact is noted on every ticket and checkout page and at the top of our homepage with the statement: “We are a resale marketplacePrices may exceed face valueThis site is not owned by any venue.” When Mr [redacted] selected tickets and was taken to our checkout page, they were directed to review their itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed all fees, the price per ticket, that all prices are in US Dollars (USD) and the total price in bolded textMr [redacted] was then directed to review our terms and conditions—visible in a text box below this order total—and presented with the bolded message “All sales are finalAll prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).” At this point, Mr [redacted] was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions above,” and a check box that needed to be selected in order to continue with checkoutAfter checking the box and clicking “Review Order” they are taken to the checkout page which features an even more in-depth order summary that displays the number and prices of their tickets, delivery and service fees, and the total chargeOur sales policies, including our “all sales are final” policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process—from a notice on every ticket page to a sales terms statement displayed at checkout with the message “All sales are finalAll prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).” Additionally, all sellers on our site are notified as soon as an order for their tickets is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders or offer refunds We have been in contact with Mr [redacted] regarding this issue and have reiterated our policies, specific to the price in US DollarsAs a one-time courtesy, we have also provided a resolution, which Mr [redacted] may pursue by contacting us through any of our contact information posted on our siteOur management team is available to handle any additional concerns that Mr [redacted] may have; as it stands, however, we consider this matter closedRegards, Online City Tickets

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: ? I did not receive my tickets until the morning of the event? By that time I had cancelled with my group and invested time in getting our plans recoordinated and calling bank to file complaint? I do not want money back but based on company's poor reputation, I am convinced I only got rhe tickets because I filed complaint? ? Sincerely, [redacted] ***

The process for ordering tickets online went wellThe tickets were delivered in time for the show I would have liked the option to receive & print "paper" tickets, to save money on the postage

Thank you for reaching out to usAt Online City Tickets, we value our customers and would like to take the time to address our customer’s concernsIt should be noted that Online City Tickets is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets?"instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. After our customer selected the event they were interested in, they proceeded to select the listing which they desiredThe listing our customer selected clearly stated, “Section: Floor General Admission Row: 2.” The corresponding map also reiterated General Admission FloorGeneral Admission is an industry-standard term that specifies a section which has no specific assigned seat or row and may require patrons to stand during the eventAs tickets are usually issued with a Section, Row, and Seat Number, in relation to General Admission tickets, the row and seat numbers are stated for organizational and inventory purposes.? In regards to the price per ticket, as stated on the top of every page throughout the website, “We are a resale marketplacePrices may exceed face valueThis site is not owned by any venue.” This information is reiterated throughout the checkout processDue to the nature of our business on the secondary marketplace, Online City Tickets is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not own inventory; instead, we act as an intermediary between customers and sellersAll prices listed on our site are done so by the individual seller, not Online City Tickets, based on their personal assessments regarding a range of factors including customer demandSince our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both partiesThis means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy?"a standard throughout the industry and agreed to at checkout. We previously discussed this matter thoroughly with our customer via Live Chat and email in AprilWe additionally addressed these concerns again via email in June and AugustAs the General Admission tickets our customer selected at the time of purchase were delivered on 6/23/prior to their event on 9/20/2017, we consider this matter closedIf our customer has any additional questions, we welcome them to contact our customer service department.Regards,Online City Tickets

Fast, simple, downloaded my tickets and printed them outDONE, HAPPYNow I get to wait months until the concert, oh well

Bought some [redacted] tickets for Jan performance in LALooking forward to the showThe site was easy to use, the actual, initial ticket purchaser of the tickets did indeed send me tickets better (row closer) than I thought I boughtWill let you know how it goes! I would buy again from this site

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The one time courtesy they offered me was if I purchased more tickets from themThe prices are ridiculously inflated once converted to USDBy the time I purchase them I can't trust them to add charges to the ticketsI don't want to buy more tickets from them I have tried to deal with them directly and all they offer is a discount on the next tickets I buy from themThey can call or email me with a better solution but it should be a solution that doesn't involve me purchasing anything from themI do not trust this companyI dispute the fact that they said I was aware of the charges being converted to USD at the time of purchaseI made sure the charges I was accepting had all the taxes and fees I was agreeing toThe small print indicating the charges were in USD was on the receipt after I used my credit card to pay for the ticketsAt that point I had no options I could not sell or get a refund for the ticketsThey need to offer a better solution the tickets which meant I could not get a refund or sell the tickets Sincerely, [redacted]

When we showed our tickets at the event we found out Online City Tickets sent us tickets for the previous dayWe then had to purchase more tickets at the eventLater when I called Online City Tickets it was very difficult to get a refund even though they admitted it must have been a computer glitch I was told my order had to be reviewed and that they would get back to me 24-hours later I had to demand they resolve this promptlyAfter speaking to people and minutes of phone time they agreed to a refund I will be filing a formal complaint if the refund does not show up
