I ordered the "free" LED collars June 4th, for $shippingA charge on my credit card for this amount showed up from the source eCommer*TXN-Donc(I left out the numbers in the source because they appear to change from transaction to transaction)In addition I received a charge for $for LED leashes that I'm pretty sure I did not check the box as wantingFor both these items I received emailed receipts, but I have not received any collars or leashes yetIt has been months
On June 19th, a charge from the same source showed on my credit card statement for $A month later, on July 18th another charge for $from the same source showed on my credit card statementI did not sign up for any more items from this company, and have not received any receipts for the chargesThey just appeared out of nowhereThe only thing I can think of that would be halfway legitimate is if, unnoticed by me, the fine print signed me up for a "subscription" of some sortHowever, in that case they needed to send me a receipt in order for the subscription to be valid
If you purchased from this company, you should check your credit card statements to see if the same thing has happened to youAlso just FYI, even though the Revdex.com has this company listed as being in Delaware, according to information from my credit card company, the Best Pet Parent company is located outside of the United StatesI am guessing Doncaster, a suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia based on the Doncin their source code

Scam. I ordered my collars in May 2015. It's not Jan 2016 and they never came in the mail. They give you the run around if you call them and they promise they'll be sent soon or already in the mail. Scam.

I too was also "duped" with this business.Ordered my product in March and was given alot of bullcrap too.Nothing can/is being done about this scam company thats why they are still scaming people.

This company, Online Fusion, Inc AKA Best Pet Parent. Ordered a 2 free Safe Glow LED dog collars in April 18, 2015. I was charged $7.95 for shipping costs. I have never received my collars. I can not get a person on the phone but they send e-mails stating they are sorry for the delay and the items are on their way. I have notified them no less than twice a week since May 2015 both by phone call and e-mail that I do not want the items and desire a full refund, The last email I sent was a few days ago (September 2015). I told them that I had never received a refund or the collars and that the credit card that I used in April was no longer valid. I requested they send me a check for the $7.95. This is the response that I received from them: " I understand that you would want a refund. Unfortunately, we are only able to issue a refund back to original form of payment. As far as I know cancelled cards may still receive refund for at least 60 days. To be sure, you may contact your bank to verify and let us know." What a scam they are running!!!

the company got the matter taken care of they sent me the collars I ordered plus sent me 2 leashes thank you for your help in this matter

Ordered a dog collar and leash in April 2015 - they charged me a reoccurring $19.99 a month fee for a subscription I did not agree to. I called and they reversed that charge and I was no longer biller, however, I have never received my collar and leash. I can not get a person on the phone but they send e-mails stating they are sorry for the delay and the items are on their way. I have notified them no less than twice a week since June 2015 both by phone call and e-mail that I do not want the items and desire a full refund, I have still not received a refund only e-mails stating the items are on their way. Do not let yourself be scammed like I did. Thank goodness I was for less than $40.00

Review: I placed an order for "2 free PetPedicure Dog Nail Trimmers" for $7.95 to cover shipping on 03 July 2015. Today is 28 October 2015, and I still have not received the order. My first follow-up inquiry was sent on 17 September 2015, to which the company replied "...shipping company error..." and that it was working to have my order shipped via a different company. I was told at that time to expect the order to arrive around 15 October 2015. I sent another follow-up inquiry on 27 October 2015, which has not been responded to.Desired Settlement: Either a refund (preferred) or prompt delivery of the product.

Review: Ordered 2 led dog collars on March 11, 2015 from website http://bestpetparent.com which advertised through Facebook. Have called the phone number listed on my credit card bill several times, plus e-mailing. Received e-mails stating my order has been sent. After numerous e-mails and last promised date of around June 4th - no collars! Have not been able to locate the website.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the collars or a refund. If this is a scam company I want them stopped.

Review: Ordered an item for which I had to pay just shipping/handling on 6/30. exchanged emails multiple times, with claims of error in shipper, promise of redelivery, I agreed to wait, nothing happend, so promise of refund. still got nothing. It's not a large amount of money, so this is ridiculous. I guess they'd rather have a formal complaint filed against them.

Review: I placed an order for 2 free LED collars and just pay S & H of $7.95 in April 2015. I was charged for this on my MC. I still to this date have not received the collars. I have called the company once & emailed 2 times over the summer with no response. Today I sent them 2 reply’s, from their previous emails, back in April stating they received my order & one from the payment confirmation. I wanted them to see the email with the charges to my MC and hoping they respond to this.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the 2 LED collars that they charged me shipping for. If they are unwilling to do this then I want my Mastercard refunded.

Review: I ordered two collars for seven dollars back in April...waited for over a month and no collars. They kept saying they were in the mail. When I did not receive them in June I told them to cancel the order and refund the money and they said fine. Then after three weeks I emailed and keep contact with [redacted] from the store. She never emails back a definitive answer just more of so and so is looking over the situation. I am sick of it and called them last week and said I was contacting you and facebook. Review: I placed an order with this company on March 2nd for 4 sets of 2 Safe Glow LED collars. They took the money out of my account, $31.80, on March 4th. I have tried numerous times to get this resolved. They promised me 2 other delivery dates...I did not receive my order. Then they said they couldn't give me a resolution so they would "escalated this ticket to a support supervisor". I never heard from them. I have made phone calls and all I get is a recording to leave a message. I have with no response. I even went on the web page and left a comment.... Again, no response. After numerous calls and emails with no response or resolution, I am filing this complaint. All I want is the product I ordered or a refund of my money. I would prefer a refund. Review: I ordered neon collars and leashes on March 25, 2015, and as of this date have still not received them, despite having paid in full. I sent emails to the Customer "Support" (ha!) representative, [redacted], and was assured the order would be reshipped as there was an issue with their shipping company. I was promised that I would receive my order by May 28th, to no avail.

I have seen numerous complaints against this company which goes by 2 different names: BestPetParents and Online Fusion, Inc. I will continue to express my discontent and write scathing reviews based in truth until I receive either my products or a full refund.Desired Settlement: It may not be a lot of money but it is the principle of the matter. A business should not be allowed to promise products, process your payment, then not deliver or give a refund. I would like a refund of $7.95 that was processed to purchase a neon dog collar and leash. I DO NOT TRUST this business to do what they were supposed to do from the start, to-wit: deliver my paid-for products.

Review: I ordered 2 "free" collars for the price of the shipping, and said NO to the matching collars. I have been charged 2 times in my bank account - once for the shipping for the collars and once for the shipping for the leashes, which I did not order. And I was charged an international exchange fee for products supposedly being shipped from Delaware. There is a tag line in an email with a 14 day PPA trial, and I have no idea what this might be. I clicked the link in the email to check on my tracking information and there is nothing, no date, no tracking numbers , nothing. I have asked for my money back and I have not heard anything. I read some reviews online about the company and apparently no one who has ever ordered these dog collars or leashes has ever received them.Desired Settlement: I think I should receive my refund for the product never received nor purchased. I would like to know if they are a real company.
