Review: Was charged for a product I ordered from this company in February of 2015, Contacted them by phone and email. They continuously ensure it was a mistake on their part and the order is being shipped. Never received order.Desired Settlement: I have read several other complaints about the same company and never receiving orders< I want this company shut down. I apologize for the lack of communication on our end. I've checked our system and see that your order was effected by an error made by our shipping company. We have since found a new shipping provider and have submitted your order to be reshipped to you correctly. Our shipping provider estimates you should receive your order by the 11th of next month. As this just an estimate, it may arrive a few days before or after that.

Review: I visited a website operated by this company where they claim to be offering free dog collars if you just pay $for "priority shipping"Immediately after paying I was taken to a web page with what appeared to be a check box you could uncheck to opt out of an additional offer and feeI tried to click to decline the offer, and was then taken to yet another page with a new offer
After seeing this as spam and deceptive, I did a search about the company and found numerous other complaints of customers whose credit cards had been charged without having ever received the product they paid to receiveShortly thereafter I received an email from the owner of this business stating that it would take up to weeks for my item to ship, despite the fact that I was lead to believe I was paying $for priority shipping (normally takes a few days at the most)My calls and emails to the customer service contacts they provided have not been returned.Desired Settlement: I would like for my order to be cancelled and my credit card refunded for the full price I paid for "shipping charges"I also am concerned about the possibility of additional unauthorized charges to my provided credit card

Review: I ordered from this company online, after completing my order, I was brought to another page telling me I can get two leashes for just shipping. There was a box to not purchase and another to purchase, I clicked do not want. Then another page loaded that asked me to purchase a book, on this page was a red check mark indicating I wanted to purchase this book. When I clicked on the checkmark to remove it, I was advised that I had purchased this book for $29.95. I did not authorize this, I did not want it. It is deceitful and will be scamming people out of a lot of money, because they just change the pages and how you make a purchase. A company should HAVE to confirm that a person is making a purchase. Review: I ordered 2 dog collars and 2 leashes from Online Fusion Inc on 02/20/2015. As per their website, delivery would be between 4-8 weeks. After waiting 3 months, I contacted Online Fusion via email. I received a reply stating the following:

Long story short, the 18th of June came and went. So did another 4 months. It's now 09/18/2015, 7 months after my initial order and I still have ZERO leashes or collars. I have attempted to contact Online Fusion/Best PetParent multiple times without response. My latest attempt at communication was this morning via my corporate email.

I was charged for the product/shipping back on 02/20/2015; never receiving anything for my payment.Desired Settlement: Immediate delivery of my order; not the following month as they keep stating.

Review: Ordered two Magnetic KeyChain Divot Tool back on June 7, 2015 and have not received it yet. The company charged my credit card on the same day. I sent 3 emails (6/21/15, 7/28/15 & 8/13/15) asking them when I could I expect to get my Magnetic Keychain Divot Tools their response was that I should receive them in 30 days, the next email stated they had an issue with the shipper and would ship them out on 8/20/15. I have never received my two magnetic keychain divot tools. I have not heard from this company since 8/13/15 in which they stated: Your request (18410) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. I have email them stating I do not want the items anymore and desire a full refund, I have still not received a refund or any emails stating the items are on their way or my refund is being processed ($7.95). Refund is not much but it is the principle. Do not let yourself be scammed like I did.Desired Settlement: Full refund and lets part ways.

Review: I ordered 2 Safe Glow Collars for $7.95 and waited for delivery. I was told it should only be 2 weeks and I waited 4 weeks. I then contacted them and asked where the collars were. I was told it was a deliverer problem and they were changing deliverers and should have them in a week or so. After a week and a half and no collars I contacted again and was told again it was a deliverer problem and should get them soon. After still no collars. I contacted them again and stated I wanted the collars as ordered or my money refunded or I would go to my local T.V. station with my problem. That has ended all correspondence with them to this point.Desired Settlement: I would like the collars as ordered or my money refunded to my debit card.

Review: This business had an offer on Facebook that stated you could receive 2 free LED dog collars if you paid the shipping cost. I filled out all forms and entered my card number for payment. After you did that you got another offer to get 2 free LED leashes for the shipping cost, so I proceeded with that. I ordered these in February, it is now almost July and I have yet to receive anything from them. I have contacted them several times regarding the issue. At first I was getting a response very quickly from them. I had sent many emails asking when they would arrive or if they would arrive. They has asked if I wanted a refund or the product, and since I had already paid I wanted the product. This was many weeks ago. I sent another email asking if the product was on its way and they had sent me an email stating that I would hear from a supervisor within 2 business days, that was 2 weeks ago and I have sent at least 2 more emails since then asking if they were going to respond to me, they still did not. One more email after that I had sent and got a email in return stating that they have received my email and still no response. I had also called them several times and nobody ever answered the phone, it always went to the voice mail. I did leave a message with my name, phone number and the reason for my call and they still did not respond. I understand that this is a "free" product, but I had paid shipping on both of the items and have not gotten anything from them other than poor customer service and no product for my money. I would like a refund of my shipping charges since it was almost $20. Thank you so much and have a great day.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to refund me the shipping charges on the items since they were not received and apologize for such horrendous customer service.

Review: A accidental transaction was charged to my credit card for $29.95. I left 2 phone messages. The calls were not returned. I'm only able to contact them thru Facebook & explained that their e-maillink does not work. I have tried several times a day for several days & their e-mail address will not allow me to connect. So they message me thru Facebook. I told them I wanted the $29.95 refunded & they refuse. I only ordered 2 LED collars paying only the S&H. Somehow their link automatically added 2 leashes for $29.95. I don't want the leashes. They keep insisting that their e-mail([email protected])works IT DOES NOT!! I have been trying. I just want them to accredit the money back to my card. I haven't received the collars yet I paid $15.90 for S&H. As I mentioned all I wanted was the collars. Customer service keeps giving me the run around & I'm starting to get very aggravated with them. BestPetParent should have a phone number that people could reach someone & a e-mail link that actually works. All I want is for them to send the collars & to refund me the $29.95 that was wrongfully charged.Desired Settlement: I want the $29.95 to be re accredited to my credit card & for them to send me the collars that I paid for. If possible have someone from the Revdex.com to contact someone. Every time I called I always got the answering machine so I hang up.

Review: on 1/19/2015 I ordered an led collar for my dog, the funds were showing posted as paid out of my acct in 24 hours. on 2/9/2015 I contacted them as I hadnt gotten my product or a tracking number. I was told it would take 30 days. on 2/25/2015 I contacted them again as it had been 37 days and still no product or tracking number, at that time I requested a refund. I was responded by the west coast strike had delayed my product even though earlier in feb. the strike was resolved and I shouldve had my tracking number at the very least. it is now 3/30/2015 and still no product, no tracking number and no refund. according to the return policy they give you 60 days from date of order to return for full refund. I cant even try to do that as its been 69 days and I dont even have the product yet to return. Desired Settlement: I want a full refund

Review: hI In June I order two leashes from them. I was told it was being ordered, when I called again, you always get voicemail the number listed on your site is wrong, it is [redacted] I have left multiple calls, emails, got one email back stating, trouble with our vendor, it is being reshipped. still waiting. I get no response except voicemail each time.

I also read some of the online complaints and it actually made me discover the subscribed me to magazines, I never ordered.

I am so fed up, I just want my money back from them. this is horrible service and obviously fraudDesired Settlement: I wish to receive my refund of the purchase price, and cancel the stupid subscriptions they charged me for.

Review: This company advertises if you send 7.95 for shipping they will send you 2 LED Glow in the dark collars. All they do is take 7.95 from your bank account ( I have bank records to prove it) and then you never receive your product. I have emailed bestpetparrent.com and called 302-231-1297 and it is an answering machine and when you leave a msg you don't get a call back.Desired Settlement: I would like my bank account credited back the 7.95 since I paid for goods I never received.

Review: I saw an online add for their led collars for sh&han only which was 7.95 for 2 which the money was immediately taken from my bank account back in march and I hadn't received my collars so I called them on june 5th and got a recording I left them a message and they sent me an e-mail saying I would receive it by the 25th, I didn't receive them so I sent an email back to them on the 27th they said that they'de contact the shipper and get it taken care of (on th 28th) on july 8th I emailed them again, at that time they said I would receive my order soon. I sent them another on the 18th at that they said they're working hard to get it taken care of (which I doubt). I sent 1 last email on the 24th to which I never got any type of response.Desired Settlement: refund or the product (if they even have the product to send)

Review: April,19th of this year I ordered a buy one get one free glow N the dark dog collar for the price of $7.95! Since then I have been waiting for my product which never showed and when I sent them an email to them their answer was they had an error with their shipping provider and were changing over to another, and that my package would be reshipped and received by me by the 25th of June!July 2,2015 I emailed again when I had the time to let them know that I had had enough of their runaround,and to refund my money because the collars had not been delivered. It's been 4months and this was the most disappointing treatment I had ever had for waiting for a purchase,and that I would be contacting the Revdex.com!Their answer to my request, they couldnt give me a refund at this time,but will send the report to her customer support superviser so they can check it out ASAP. HELLO!!! its now July 21,2015! - Last response I had from them july 3!Desired Settlement: My refund also a letter of apology for this whole matter!

Review: I placed an order on March 23, 2015. I have not received the product. They charged my account the original pruchase price ($9.95 &$7.95). They have charged my debit card twice since then (April 6 & May 5) $19.99 each time for no reason. I have sent Online Fusion several emails and left several voice mails without any reply. I ended up having to cancel my debit card to stop the charges.Desired Settlement: I would like all of my money refunded, totaling $57.88. and this company investigated for fraud.

Review: I placed a promotional order on July 2nd for a free nail trimmer if I paid for shipping. I received a confirmation email for my order as well. I was charged the $6.95 shipping fee but my item never arrived. Then on August 27 I contacted the company's support to let them know that I never received my item and that I was going to dispute the charge on my credit card. The agent, [redacted], assured me that there was a delivery error and that my item would arrive in September. It never did. I emailed support AGAIN and that email never received a response. I have now filed a dispute with my credit card company and I hope your are charged with fraud.Desired Settlement: I want a refund as well as the nail trimmers I was promised.

Review: I ordered an LED collar from this company back on 3/5/15 for $7.95. The charges were processed and deducted from my account on 3/6/15. On 3/12/15 I was notified by email that my order had shipped and would arrive in approximately 4 weeks. On 5/6/15, I emailed them at s[redacted] requesting a status of my order, and was advised on 5/8/15 by "[redacted]" that they had since changed shipping carriers and that my order would arrive by the 14th of the month. On 6/8/15, I emailed again to inquire as to the delay, and was told by "[redacted]" that they would contact the shipping carrier to find out about the delay. I emailed a third time on 6/24/15 asking for either a tracking number of some sort or a full refund. On 6/25/15 I received a response from "[redacted]" stating that they "are doing everything to expedite my order" (THREE MONTHS LATER) and that tracking numbers are unavailable due to the fact that their items are not sent directly from the factory. I replied asking for a full refund. On 6/26/15 [redacted] replied, stating that she had escalated my issue to her supervisor, Alyssa, and that I would hear back from her within 2 business days. On 7/2/15, after not hearing anything from them, I emailed again, asking for immediate assistance with a full refund. I forwarded this same email again on 7/6/15 to all email addresses I had received correspondance from. I have still not received a response. I am absolutely disgusted with this company's lack of honesty and customer service.

Ordered & received confirmation that the collars would ship out in four weeks at the latest. This was in April 2015.

Now it is June 2015 and I still haven't received any collars or any word. I've tried to contact them with no luck of receiving a response. Sometimes the emails wouldn't even go through claiming the email was not valid. I'm so mad even though it was only $7.95 for the S+H for the products.

To make it worse, there's no way to get in touch with anyone with Best Pet Parent. Complete scam!Desired Settlement: I want a refund now.

Ordered a dog collar and leash in April 2015 - they charged me a reoccurring $19.99 a month fee for a subscription I did not agree to. I called and they reversed that charge and I was no longer biller, however, I have never received my collar and leash. I can not get a person on the phone but they send e-mails stating they are sorry for the delay and the items are on their way. I have notified them no less than twice a week since June 2015 both by phone call and e-mail that I do not want the items and desire a full refund, I have still not received a refund only e-mails stating the items are on their way. Do not let yourself be scammed like I did. Thank goodness I was for less than $40.00

Review: I paid for my order of two Pet Nail Trimmers and have never received my order. When I email them, they email me that I should expect my shipment by August 27 2015. Then they emailed me and stated my shipment was never sent out. Its September 21, 2015 and I'm still waiting for my order and I am getting very upset.Desired Settlement: I just want to receive my order that I have paid for. I will never again purchase from these people. I don't know what kind of company this is but it surely isn't a good one. Please get my merchandise that I have paid for. Thank you.
