Review: I ordered two pet nail clippers and paid the shipping and handling, and have still not received my product. Online Fusion keeps telling me it's on the way and sent from the company, I have asked for the company name and number and they will not give it to me. I did some research and have found others with the same problem and taking money out of there account. I paid $7.95 and all I want is my money back. They are scamming people and it's not right.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and I want this company out of business!

Review: In February, 2015 I ordered to dog collars from Best Pet Parent website which is handled by Online Fusion company. I never received the order. I emailed and was told they had a problem with the shipping company and not have a new one and would send the order out. I never received it and again contacted them and got the same exact response with a new deliver date. Again never received it. I emailed again and someone from their customer service department emailed to say she would need to send the complaint to somone in a different department to handle. I said I wanted the merchandise or a refund, never received a response back. I emailed again two days ago and someone responded saying they would look into it and I still have not heard back. Five months to wait is too long. They don't respond, I feel make up responses and don't provide the refund asked for. I paid $15.90 in shipping for the "fee" dog collars.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of the $15.90 I paid for shipping of the item that I never received.

Review: I placed an order via bestpetparent.com for two LED Dog Collars. The charge was placed onto my credit card on 2/16/2015 for $7.95. I have sent multiple emails to the company inquiring about my order between February and July (which can be forwarded to your department if needed). I just get the response of "Your order will arrive soon". I was told by the end of April, then by the end of May, and now just "soon". It has been 5 months and I still have not received my product. I have called both phone numbers that I've located ([redacted] and both go straight to voicemail. The message indicates if it is an order issue, leave the order number and they will respond via email, which I am not receiving the information that I've been requesting.Desired Settlement: I would like for the two collars that I ordered to be sent to me as I've been charged and waiting for now 5 months. I would also like to be refunded for the shipping cost of $7.95 that I was charged on 2/16/15 since I've been waiting for so long.

Review: I order LED Dog collars from this company on March 12, 2015 for a total purchase price of $15.90. I was told on March 19th that my order has shipped and it can take up to 4 weeks to be received. I have never received them and I contacted them to try and get a refund and have received no response. From the reviews online it seems like a lot of people are having the same issue. They never received their product and everytime they try and contact the company its not response.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the $15.90 I was charged since I never received my product.

Review: I made a purchase from this website for a safe glow LED dog leash and for a trial membership to the BestPetParent.com newsletter. After a month and a half, I had still not received my item. I was told in an email on January 16, 2015 that my order had been overlooked and would be shipped to me immediately, as well as the total amount of $27.95 being refunded to my card. I emailed this company again on February 28, 2015 and told them that I had still not received my order or my refund. I received a reply email today, March 1, 2015 informing me that my order has been lost in transit. I have yet to receive any items, nor did I ever receive any sort of newsletter or any other correspondence for any sort of "membership" to BestPetParent.com.Desired Settlement: I paid $7.95 for the LED collar and $19.95 for the membership trial. I would like the full amount refunded to my card.

Review: On February 14, 2015, placed an online order for 2 glow in the dark dog collars. All I had to pay was $7.95 for shipping and handling. My account was immediately debited for the amount. Order Confirmation [redacted]. On June 8th, I emailed the company as the product was never received. Response email stated they had experienced problems with their shipping company and they would be glad to ship the product which I should receive by July 2, 2015. As of today, the product has not been deliveredDesired Settlement: Refund of $7.95

Review: I ordered LED collars from them for 7.95 and than I ordered LED leashes to go with the collars for 9.95 around may 5th. So far I have sent 2 emails and all I got was we had a shipping error we will send them out and you should receive them on or around June 25th. Well today is June 28th and I have not received anything.Desired Settlement: I would like my collar's and leashes, but if they can't provided the product, than I would just like my 17.95 back and I will leave them alone.

Review: They have a site that advertised Dog Collars that glow in the dark. You could get one free just pay s/h , and I applied for one and gave them my debt card # to pay shipping & handling, it also come up that if you wanted you could get leashes that glow in the dark also. I did not want these so I went to click no, and the next thing I know is on my card statement I have a charge from the same company for not only the $7.95 for s/h on the dog collars, $29.95 for some Dog Massage Video Training School Course.Well on my statement it had a number to call so I called to tell the I did not order that, and please refund my $29.95 back to my card. The number has a recording on it you do not talk to anyone or get to leave a message they just hang up on you. So I have e-mailed them, and got that they was refunding my money but have not heard anything back from them nor have I gotten my money.This has been since March 5th, 2015. I have sent the a letter say I was going to turn them over for fraud, to the Revdex.com if I did not get a response or my money back. I have written them three times trying to be patience with them now I have none left for them.I am on SSI with not much to spend, and this left me not able to pay my monthly bills on time, due to them making promises they never meant to keep. Review: On April 9, 2015, I saw an ad to get a free L.E.D. collar and just pay shipping. There was an option of getting a maximum of four collars, so I ordered 4 and paid $15.90 shipping. I was supposed to receive them in four weeks. I emailed [redacted], the person listed on the ad, June 19, 2015 asking about the whereabouts of the collars that were supposedly shipped April 15 and if he would check and let me know. June 21, I received an email from [redacted] of Customer Service saying an error was made by their shipping company concerning my order and that they just got a new shipping company and I should receive it July 9, plus or minus a few days. Well, it is now Aug. 19, 2015 and I haven't received my order and have not received any more communication from them. I tend to think that this company is bogus and that there was never any intention of sending these "free" L.E.D. collars to me. I think they're just trying to have people send the shipping fee and "pocket the money" without coming across with any product. I would like to have my $15.90 shipping fee refunded to me. [Desired Settlement: I would like this company to be investigated and chastised and to receive my $15.90 shipping fee back since I never received what I ordered. If they have no intention of sending my order, they shouldn't keep my shipping fee.

Review: I ordered two safe glow collars and a leash on April 22, 2015. I get a bill on the same day saying I ordered two leashes, two collars, and something called PPA. I didn't understand what PPA meant, and brushed it off. I also didn't say I wanted two leashes, but thought alright, I will let it go. Fast forward to June 6, 2015. I went to the ATM to get money out and noticed $19.95 less in my account. I went on my checking account and saw it was from the same company. I wrote the following to the company: Hello, Please return my return my $40. I never received product. I was charged twice for it and BAD customer service. I expect it either the money soon. I'm on a fixed income, and you keep putting my account under for something I never received. Thank you! I have also had a problem with Online Fusion. I ordered the free LED dog collars from them in June and paid the shipping fee. I wrote telling them that I had not received anything in August, September and November. I did get two responses early on stating they were having shipping problems and promising they would arrive soon., One email response even offered to refund my money, but now they are not even responding to my emails.

Review: I ordered a pet clippers set on July 2, 2015. They took my money but never sent my clippers set. I have contacted them by phone and email. They responded at first, but no longer. They don't answer my emails and hang up on me when I call. I would like my product ASAP.Desired Settlement: Please just send me my product.

Review: I place an order for a dog collar and lease on (4/26/2015 ) and about a month and a half I did'nt received the item so I called email bestpetparent.com to someone called [redacted] to ask what happen with my order [redacted] said they forgot so I reply for a full refund and they agree it wolud be credit to my chase account lin 3-5 business days which never happen because I forgot to mention that got a new debit card that's why the bank was rejecting the transaction so I called the bank and took care of the situation I email [redacted] and [redacted] also called 3 times email again and again I also sent my new debit card number but no response they keep ignoring my calls and emails,I also saw other complaints against this company from other unsatified customers.my order number is ( ORDER ID :[redacted] amount for 17.50 ) all I want is a full refund that's it. thank you [redacted]Desired Settlement: full refund as promise only that's it

Review: On march 13,2015 I orders some led leashes and collars. The money was already taken out of my credit card and I still have not received the leashes. I have contacted them repeatedly and keep getting told I will have them within 2 weeks. the last promised date was the middle of may. Now it is the end of may and I still do not have the merchandise. this is unfair. I work hard for my money and it is wrong for these people to take it and deliver the product.Desired Settlement: I would like to either have the leashes and collars or have my money refunded in full.

Review: I ordered LED Collars and LED Leashes from this company on February 2, 2015. I received an email stating that my order was received and I should receive the product in 2 - 3 weeks. On February 17, 2015, I was charged for a monthly access fee of $19.95. I followed the link to opt out and I was only able to update my payments. On March 2, I called and left a voice mail, the voice mail stated that I would be returned a call in 24 business hours. Having not received a call back on March 9, 2015, I reached out to them on there facebook as well as there email. Company had stated that they would credit my card in 3-5 business days on March 12. So basically it is April 8, 2015 and I am still trying to get a response to this company. Desired Settlement: I would like my refund and to let others be aware of there practices.

Review: I responded to a promotional advertisement from this company for 2 k9 collars and leads all I had to do was pay shipping for each. Which I did and they did receive the money. Approx. 2 weeks later I received an email notifying me that they were going to automatically debit my card for membership to their club. I notified them by both email and phone message they were not under any circumstances to debit my card for their membership as I did not sign up for that. They notified me that my membership had in fact been cancelled and no money would be taken. I have not received the collars or the leads. I have been contacting them since March 4,2015 (original order was placed Feb 21, 2015). I received one email from an [redacted].Mar 13, 19:58"Hi I've reviewed your order and your LED Collars and LED Leashes are still on their way. The collars and leashes typically take around 4-5 weeks to be delivered. If they still don't arrive in another week and half please contact us again so we can make sure you get your order."Regards,[redacted] Customer Support. This was the last contact I have had with them. I have called them and emailed them almost daily since the 24th and have not received any response since.Desired Settlement: If they aren't going to send the items refund the money I spent for shipping.

Review: Ordered two "free" dog collars, paid $7.95 for shipping and handling, never received the collars. Attempted to reach business but received no response.Desired Settlement: To see this business shut down.

Review: Several months ago, I applied to receive an offer of two pet nail trimmers free, but had to pay shipping costs. The shipping costs were deducted from my bank account, but the product was never received. I corresponded with the business through email several times (I've retained all emails for reference) and each time the business replied, I was given excuses as to why the product had not been received. I submitted a request for a refund, was told I'd receive the refund in 3-5 business days & it has been almost a month. I corresponded again, stating that I would report them to the Revdex.com & the websites that endorse their products, if necessary. I've not yet heard from them.

After seeing that I'm not the only one this has happened to, (almost 100 complaints so far) I believe it is time for authorities to step in and locate those responsible for scamming the public.Desired Settlement: The best outcome would be that refunds are given to all who have paid money to this company and have never received products or refunds & for those involved in the business to be investigated & prosecuted for theft.

Review: On August 7, 2015 I ordered 2 Pet/Pedicure Trimmers and a 6-in-1 leash. I was to received these items in 15-18 business days, I have not gotten anything not an email or phone call or written letter. In the meantime my credit card has been charged 4 different times for a total of $62.88. I have called the company twice only to get voice mail with a promise to call back. They have not done so. I would like to have this matter looked into and cancel all charges for a refund. I have cancelled this credit card.Desired Settlement: Cancel all orders and receive a complete refund.

Review: Back in February of 2015, I ordered 2 dog collars from this place, they were giving them away and I had to pay only shipping which I did thru a credit card. On June 1st I sent a email wanting to know where my collars were. I received a reply stating that they had trouble with the shipping of these and I would receive mine by June 18. On June 25 I again sent a e-mail asking about the collars. On July 9, I sent another email with a reply from them stating they would give the email to their supervisor and I should hear from them in 2 days. July 14, another email was sent with no reply and finally on Aug. 25 another email was sent. I have requested my money back, I have threaten to file a complaint and apparently they don't care.
