Review: On 3/23/15 I ordered 2 LED dog collars for $7.95. They added $27.00 on for some pet information that I did not want. I emailed them that I didn't order this info, just wanted the collars. They emailed me back that they were doing a credit to my credit card. On 3/30/15 I got an email that my collars were sent out to me and would take up to 4 weeks to receive. Over a month went by and still no collars and no credit on my card, I had to pay my bill. I wrote to them again and they said the credit never went through and they would do the credit asap. They said there was a problem with delivering my collars and that they found a different carrier. No clue what the problem was, I live in a large city and get packages all the time. After 2 months of getting my credit card statement still no credit. I contacted them again and they said to contact my credit card company as they show the credit went through. I went online and checked again today (I have checked frequently) and still no credit and no dog collars. I wrote them a few days ago and they are no longer responding to me. I just want my $27.00 back and the dog collars, or they can send me back the whole $34.95 that I have paid them.Desired Settlement: I just want a refund of $34.95 or the $27.00 and the dog collars sent to me. By now, I guess a refund of $34.95 would be the best as I no longer trust them to send the LED dog collars. I am so aggravated and through with this company

Review: I had seen their ad in my facebook time line and order an set of led collars for my dog. Payment was taken from my account and I have not received as of yet. I email twice phoned twice and still no answer. Seem that they have done this to a lot of people.I have seen a lot of post on their page please help.Desired Settlement: I would like to see a refund of my money I do not believe I will get the product.

Review: PetMed endorsed ad on the internet for bestpetparent.com offered two lighted dog collars for $7.98 shipping only. I ordered them and never heard back. Contacted them 4 times with the only response being that it was the shipper's fault and they would look into it. Never received the collars or any other communication. Ordered them in April, 2015. Last communication from them or PetMed was July 8, 2015 from PetMed saying their customer service would reply in 24 hours. Never received any response.Desired Settlement: Would like this company investigated to see if this has happened to more people other than myself. This feels like a total scam. If they received $7.98 from me, how many others have sent in their money? Also, check with PetMed to see if they are involved in this, they endorsed the ad.

Review: I ordered some dog collars on April 21st and have repeatedly emailed them regarding the status of my order. I've received some excuses of the shipping company making an error and they will be delivered at the beginning of July. They still are not here. And now when I look online, it seems like many people have not received their orders. I have asked for a refund, but anticipate I will be met with silence.Desired Settlement: I'd like to receive the dog collars. But failing that, I would like my money refunded.

Also, they should be shut down if they are scamming all these people.

Review: I ordered 2 LED collars on March 20. I noticed they also charged me for ordering 2 leashes, and an automatic monthly billing for their "club". I did not agree to either of those. I emailed to get those refunded on March 24. As of April 13 I hadn't gotten a refund so I emailed again. "[redacted]" responded that she would process it herself. She ensured my order for the collars was in and the refund for the other charge was taken care of. A few days later I received the refund. May 13th, I still have not received my order. I email asking for a tracking number. I got a response that they could not supply a tracking # but it should arrive by May 28th. June 27th...still no collars. Email again. [redacted] said she would call the shipping company and see whats going on. No further contact from her since then. July 8th...I sent an email stating I would like this refunded. No response yet.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the purchase of the collars and no other charges connected to me.

Review: I saw an advertisement for 2 free LED dog collars if I pay shipping and handling ($7.95).

I placed my order on March 10, 2015. Considering these were free products I knew I may have to wait a while.

I emailed the company on April 15, 2015 to ask about my order and received a reply right away stating that my order was effected by an error made by their shipping company and that I should receive my order by April 24, 2015. On May 12, 2015 I emailed them again threatening to report them if I did not receive my merchandise or a refund. Again, I received a reply immediately saying they were looking into it. On June 4, 2015 I emailed them again stating that I was in fact reporting them and wanted a refund immediately. I received an immediate reply saying that my issue was escalated to a supervisor who would contact me within 2 business days. Today, June 11, 2015, I responded asking for this person's email address and have yet to receive a response.

It's not so much the $7.95 that I have wasted, as the principle. I do not want this "business" receiving any more money from other pet lovers just so that they can line their pockets. It saddens me that somebody would deceive people by claiming to be pet lovers just to scam them.Desired Settlement: I would like either a refund or the product ordered.

I would also like them to remove the advertisement so that no more pet lovers are affected by their scam.

Review: In March if this year, I ordered 2 dog collars from this company. They stated that it would take about a month for them to arrive. After waiting several weeks, I contacted them and they said that6 the collars would be delivered by April 7. Weeks passed, and I again contacted them. They replied that they collars would be delivered by April 14. As you can see, that has already passed, which I brought to their attention. So they told me they would be here by May 4. The problem is, it was now May 22. I don't know what they are thinking, but something is definitely not right. They have made no effort to settle this, they just keep stalling and putting me off.Desired Settlement: I would like to have either the collars or a refund of the shipping charges I already paid for something that I never received.

This company, Online Fusion, Inc AKA Best Pet Parent. Ordered a 2 free Safe Glow LED dog collars in April 18, 2015. I was charged $7.95 for shipping costs. I have never received my collars. I can not get a person on the phone but they send e-mails stating they are sorry for the delay and the items are on their way. I have notified them no less than twice a week since May 2015 both by phone call and e-mail that I do not want the items and desire a full refund, The last email I sent was a few days ago (September 2015). I told them that I had never received a refund or the collars and that the credit card that I used in April was no longer valid. I requested they send me a check for the $7.95. This is the response that I received from them: " I understand that you would want a refund. Unfortunately, we are only able to issue a refund back to original form of payment. As far as I know cancelled cards may still receive refund for at least 60 days. To be sure, you may contact your bank to verify and let us know." What a scam they are running!!!

Review: Ordered 2 free dog nail clippers in June. My credit card was charged for the shipping ($7.95) Have not received the items and it is now almost Nov. E-mailed them several times and got replies a few times and they kept saying they were trying to get the product. The last time I got a reply from them they asked if I still wanted the Item or a refund. At the time I still trusted them and said I wanted the product. Then another 2 months went by and I tried to e mail them and request a refund of the shipping and the email site was closed. I have tried calling and emailing the contact numbers and email on the web site (Best Pet Parent and Online Fusion) and have received no reply.Desired Settlement: Refund the shipping charge that they billed my credit card for. $7.95. Do not let them scam anyone else. Arrest the owners on fraud.

Review: I order their offer of free led dog collars, just pay 7.95 shipping and handling, I placed my order on June 4th and as of July 16th I hadn't received it so I contacted the company and was told they had an issue with their shipping provider they changed shipping companies and I would receive my order around August 6th, Well august 11th I still didn't have the collars so I emailed again and said if I can't get the product just to refund me. My credit card was canceled by the bank because of fraud so I was told by the company that they can only refund to the card on file so a refund wasn't possible. at which point I was told they would put in a "request to send my order" .Desired Settlement: I would either like them to issue me a refund they can mail me a check or I would take the product. I know it's not a lot of money but it's the principal, they need to be held accountable.

I contacted them immediately not to charge me the leash and recurring charges,

they replied they would not and I would not be charged for there leash promo,

But they did charge me for the leash also,

I have a Dozen emails of the back and forth with this company, To No Avail,

Review: I placed an order with this company on January 17,2015. I never received the items. I contacted their customer service. I have gotten nothing but the run around for a month. Still no items or refund. Desired Settlement: Ideally I would like my products with a credit for the shipping. As a courtesy for the inconvenience. But I'm sure that won't happen. So I would like the product sent thru a reputable carrier for delivery. If this is not possible I want a refund either thru my credit card or a check mailed to me. Either way I want proof of the refund.
