Review: I saw an advertisement for 2 free LED dog collars from Best Pet Parent, all I had to pay was shipping and handling ($8).I received an email confirming my purchase on March 10, 2015. Considering the items were "free" I knew I might have to wait a while to receive them. On April 15, 2015 I sent an email inquiry about my items. I received a reply right away saying my order was effected by a shipping error and that I should receive my product by April 24, 2015. I sent another email on May 12, 2015, again asking about my order and letting them know I would be reporting them if I did not receive my order or a refund. Again, I received a reply immediately saying they were checking on it. My final email to them was on June 4, 2015 letting them know I was reporting them. I received a reply (again, immediately) saying that the issue was being escalated to a supervisor that would contact me within 2 business days. I have heard nothing. Although the $8 is not really a big deal, I don't want this to happen to others just so this "business" can line their pockets. That $8 can really add up if they keep scamming people.Desired Settlement: I would like either a refund or the product promised.I would also like their advertisement to stop so that more people are not affected by them.Thank you!

This "company" is a scam. They claim to send you collars that glow for shipping cost only. When you don't receive them, after 8 weeks delivery, and contact them, they tell you there was a glitch in the system, we will resend and you should receive by a certain date. That date has come and gone and I still have recover nothing. I contacted them and told them if I did not receive my money back, I would be reporting them. I got no response.

I ordered the "free" LED collars June 4th, 2015 for $15.90 shipping. A charge on my credit card for this amount showed up from the source eCommer*TXN-Doncas-AU (I left out the numbers in the source because they appear to change from transaction to transaction). In addition I received a charge for $9.95 for LED leashes that I'm pretty sure I did not check the box as wanting. For both these items I received emailed receipts, but I have not received any collars or leashes yet. It has been 1.5 months.

On June 19th, a charge from the same source showed on my credit card statement for $19.99. A month later, on July 18th another charge for $19.99 from the same source showed on my credit card statement. I did not sign up for any more items from this company, and have not received any receipts for the charges. They just appeared out of nowhere. The only thing I can think of that would be halfway legitimate is if, unnoticed by me, the fine print signed me up for a "subscription" of some sort. However, in that case they needed to send me a receipt in order for the subscription to be valid.

If you purchased from this company, you should check your credit card statements to see if the same thing has happened to you. Also just FYI, even though the Revdex.com has this company listed as being in Delaware, according to information from my credit card company, the Best Pet Parent company is located outside of the United States. I am guessing Doncaster, a suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia based on the Doncas-AU in their source code.

Review: I ordered two collars and shipping was 795 for both not each ,they billed my card four months ago and I still have not received the product, I have called them emailed them and they gave me a date I would receive them and still nothing .I emailed and called them still nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like the collars ordered and a refund due to this company cant follow through

Review: May 14, 2015 I went to the website of bestpetparent.com in order to select my "free LED collars" and pay $7.95 for shipping and handling. I have contacted them multiple times over the course of a couple months to no avail. I could desperately use LED collars for my little dog. I would even purchase them somewhere else if I could find them anywhere else, but I can't. They have told me more than once that for one reason or another it hasn't shipped but that it "will ship shortly." They did take my $7.95 and I still have not received the LED collars. Their website still has the link advertising the "free LED collars."Desired Settlement: Please just ship me a small LED collar... I don't need 2 of them as advertised. I only have one dog. Please.

Review: I ordered 2 led collars and leashes for my dog. I paid with my credit card and it was to take 4 weeks for delivery. that was 4 months ago. I contacted them and they said there was a mess up in shipping and that I should receive them in 4 more weeks it has been 6 weeks and I still have not received my collars. And now they are not responding to my emails. I have already been charged for the shipping for these items.

Review: Company offered pet items on their website for free, just pay shipping. Paid shipping for 4 items and items were never received. Contacted company 6 times since order was placed asking for a status. Company stopped responding and has not credited my account or provided the goods.Desired Settlement: Refund $17.90. the amount paid, to my bank account the funds were rendered from.

Review: I ordered Glow-in-the-Dark dog collars from this company January 31,2015 from a pop up ad on Facebook. For 7.95 I was supposed to receive 2 of the above specified collars. They have my money,but I have not received the merchandise yet. It is already up to today April 21. I have emailed them , messaged them many times. They do respond but with excuses galore. The best one was this - they were in the process of changing delivery provider.This was in February. Today I tried calling the numbers on their site. I got a voice mail telling me to leave a message. Ieft one informing them I that I am filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. I have run out of patience and options here. I am really beginning to think they are running a scam. Please help me get the merchandise I ordered. They do have my correct mailing address. Thank you very much.Desired Settlement: I would like the collars size large that was ordered.

Review: I ordered 2 dog collars from this company on April 7th 2015 and still have not received my product. I have emailed their customer service 3 times and got the same response everytime that they were looking into it and my product should be arriving shortly. I would like a full refund as my last email stated that I thought they were a scam and I still received the same response as though it is just an automated computer response.Desired Settlement: Full refund for the amount I paid for their product.

Review: I have been waiting for delivery of my items since they were supposedly shipped on 3/16/15. I contacted them to let them know I had not yet received my items and they said their shipper made a mistake and it would now take an additional 3 weeks to arrive. I have waited more than the 3 weeks and still no items. I have contacted again via phone and email with no further responses.Desired Settlement: I want either the product or a full refund.

Review: On March 10, 2015 I ordered 2 sets of LED collars & leashes on line from Best Pet Parent. The funds were deducted from my account & I received a follow up email stating that they would be delivered in 15-18 days. Several weeks passed by and I had not yet received my order. I called their listed customer service number & had to leave a message but despite leaving all of the information they requested to identify my order, I never received a return call. On April 4th I sent an email to their customer service department. Several days went by and still no reply. So on April 8th I again emailed customer service. Again, nothing so I followed up with yet another email on April 10. Finally after one phone call & 3 emails to the company, I got a reply stating that there was an issue with the shipping company and I should receive my order on or about April 24th. While they did apologize for their lack of communication, they made no effort to take responsibility for the problem. It is now April 28th and I still have not yet received my order. I did email the company again this morning demanding a tracking number so I can determine the location of my shipment or that the funds be deposited back into my account with in 24 hours. I have yet to receive a reply to that email. I feel I have been more than patient with this and their handling (or lack thereof) had been frustrating and quite frankly, unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I either want assurance that my order has already shipped (in the form of a shipment tracking number) or the money refunded back into my account immediately.

Review: Ordered product online April 9, 2015 and have contacted the company because have not received it. They told me shipping error and would resend and would have by June 25, but still have not received anything. Sent another email.

Review: I responded to an advertisement on my facebook page from "Best Pet Parent.com". According to Best Pet Parent, if I paid just the shipping cost of $7.95, I would get two Led dog collars (size small). I submitted the order on March 07, 2015 and I have yet to receive my order. I have corresponded with the company 14 times now with no results. They do respond to my e-mails, but with a form letter saying: "your request has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff". After a few weeks, I send another message. Like I stated, I have sent 14 messages now, and I believe that their form letters are just a stall tactic. It has now been 4 mos. and I would like the products I ordered. If that isn't possible, then I would like a full refund. In viewing the other complaints to this company, every consumer seems to have gone through exactly the same thing as I did. I am now under the impression that this is a scam. Any help would be much appreciated.Desired Settlement: If it is impossible for me to receive the items I purchased, then I would like a full refund. I would also like this company, Online Fusion (aka: Best Pet Parent.com) to be prosecuted for dishonest trade practices.

Review: since 4/7/2015 I have been waiting for 2 led collars and 2 led leashes for my dog. Review: I ordered an advertised product from Online Fusion on February 3, 2015 and the payment in the amount of $15.90 was deducted from my account immediately. As of today's date May 3, 215 I have not yet received the product. I have contacted Online Fusion via e-mail on several occasions over the past couple months to try to give them an opportunity to rectify this issue. I sent them an e-mail on April 11, 2015 inquiring about my order and received and e-mail back from them stating there had been an issue with their shipping department and that I would have my product by April 17, 2015. I never received the product and e-mailed them again on April 26, 2015 and have not received any correspondence back from them.Desired Settlement: I would still like to receive the company's promised product, but at this point I am asking for a refund and if they choose to send me the product complimentary I feel that would be in order. 3 months is entirely TOO LONG to wait for an ordered and paid for product.

Review: Saw several similar complaints for this company. They advertised 2 FREE glow dog collars just pay $7.95 shipping and handling. I placed my order on May 6. It is now August 21 and have NOT received the collars. They promptly took their payment from my credit card but have not shipped the collars...almost FOUR months and still waiting for them! I contacted them via email in July and was told sorry for delay but will be shipped out shortly. Never got anything. Contacted them again beginning of August 6 and again, they said they would be shipped out SHORTLY. I am very frustrated and just want the COLLARS!! Seems they are ignoring my request and HOPEFULLY by YOU interjecting they will be prompted to ship the collars to me!! I see you have had good results on several of these complaints! All I want is what I paid for....the 2 Glow Dog Collars!! PLEASE help me. I have been MORE than patient and at wits end! I am recently widowed due to cancer, living on fixed income, and have more to deal with than things like this. As I saw in other complaints one of their websites is the BestPetParent.com. Looks like I am not going to receive my order and now request for my payment back. As you well know I have put my order in over 2 1/2 months ago and is very disappointed and stressed over this.
