Review: On March 21st I placed an order for 2 LED small dog collars, I had to pay the shipping cost of $7.95. After paying the shipping cost I received an email from Andrew Ellis @ [redacted] thanking me for my order and that the collars would be shipping directly from the factory in China and delivery would take up to 4 weeks. My order ID # is [redacted]. On April 29th I called the company at the phone number listed on their webpage (anytime you call it no one answers, you have to leave a message) I explained that I had not received the collars yet and it had been over 4 weeks, I would like someone to check into this and call me back. On April 30th I received an email from [redacted] (Online Fusion Inc... the email is signed: Regards, [redacted]) apologizing for the lack of communication on their end, they checked their system and see my order was effected by an error made by their shipping company. They have since gotten another shipping company and resubmitted my order. The email stated that I should be receiving my order by the 7th of next month (May) if not before. I sent them an email on May 27th stating all the previous actions above and said it felt like a scam to me since no one was personally returning my calls, I stated that this was nothing but a headache to me and I wanted the $7.95 shipping fee refunded because I never had any product from them shipped to me! I receive another email ( from [redacted]) stating at this time I am unable to provide you with a satisfactory answer, so I have escalated this ticket to my Supervisor. You can expect a response from our customer support supervisor [redacted] within 2 business days. We do this so that your issue can be given the consideration it deserves and we can sort it out ASAP. Today (June 2nd) I try calling them again on both phone numbers listed on the website but again it goes to voice mail, I receive an email with the typed phone message that I left ( that's what happened the very 1st time I tried to call them) I'm assuming I will get some sort of email trying to appease me while they just continue to stall and keep my money! I noticed this is not the 1st complaint about this very same thing when I got on Revdex.com to file a complaint so apparently these people are racking in some FREE money by charging shipping charges for items that THEY NEVER SHIP AND YOU NEVER RECEIVE!!!!!! I saw the advertisement on Facebook, so after placing my order I went to their page and liked it but now they no longer have a face book page! Smells like a scam even more now! I posted some info on my own facebook page warning others what this company is doing and not to order from them and I told bestpetparent in my email that I had done that and that I was going to contact Revdex.com, I have kept all the emails between us including my credit card being charged the shipping cost of $7.95 but still no one has called me not even the Supervisor [redacted] that the email said would be contacting me! They should not be allowed to swindle people like this, I really hope your able to do something about it!Desired Settlement: I would like to have the $7.95 refunded to me, it would be nice to also have an apology but that's not necessary just refund the $7.95 shipping cost for something I never received because they never shipped it. I would also like to see that they are not able to do this to anyone else. Wish I had checked with the Revdex.com before making an order and paying the shipping cost because I would have found out this company has many complaints about them!

I'd advise people to look out for this company, but they hide behind dummy names. I ordered a nail trimmer from BestPetParent.com & wound up finding myself charged additionally for a dog leash I didn't want, PLUS the charges incurred foreign transaction fees! Apparently my nail trimmer is coming from AUSTRALIA. I emailed & called the vendor, and they did respond promptly & refund me for the dog leash, not to mention the RECURRING CHARGES FOR A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION I DIDN'T KNOW WAS PART OF THE DEAL - $19.995/MO! Just a word to the wise, NEVER NEVER NEVER buy anything from a soliciting email, you have no idea who you're really dealing with.

Review: I ordered 2 LED dog collars from Best Pet Parent's web advertisement at $7.95 each. They were never sent. I contacted Best Pet Parent/[redacted] who insisted that the collars would be shipped. After several weeks passed and many emails sent back and forth, they finally admitted that there were shipping issues and that my payment could not be refunded due to their computer system not being able to go back after 3 months of orders. I never received my items and never received a refund.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of $15.90

Review: On January 10, 2015 I ordered their Advertised 2 Free LED Dog collars, only need to pay shipping of $4.95. It is now End of March and after Several e-mails to them, regarding never receiving the collars, I would like the $4.95 refunded. They claim they did everything on there part to refund me , but they guess it is caught up on their credit processing. If they do this to everyone who purchases these and you never receive the items they are Making Alot of money deceiving the Public. I dont believe they are truly who they say and that this is a money making scam. And Unfortunately, on my part I fell for it. Could you Please look into this to make sure no one else falls prey to this scam. I am contacting my bank to dispute the charges but it may be too late. I understand it only $4.95, but like I stated before if they do this to every person that ordered these. They are making alot of money and laughing all the way to their Bank.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,[redacted]Desired Settlement: The $ 4.95 or the PROMISED LED Dog Collars .

Review: On 6 Mar 15 I order two LED collars from Best Pet Parent website for $7.95. On 9 Mar 15 the money was debited from my bank account. On 13 Mar I received an email from an Andrew Ellis stating "Your FREE LED dog collars have now shipped and will take up to 4 weeks for delivery from your date of purchase". I still had not received the collars by the 16 of Apr so I called and email the customer service. (The telephone call was a recording.) The email was answered by "[redacted]" stating... "I apologize for the lack of communication on our end. I've checked our system and see that your order was effected by an error made by our shipping company. We have since found a new shipping provider and have submitted your order to be reshipped to you correctly. Our shipping provider estimates you should receive your order by the 24th of this month. As this just an estimate, it may arrive a few days before or after that. Again, I apologize for the lack of communication on our end, please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help."

On the 15 May I AGAIN emailed/called to inquire about the collars. I asked them to overnight my collars or refund me my money. I also stated that I was not pleased with their company and if I did not receive satisfactory service, I will be making a report to the Revdex.com. I also asked them to personally contact on the telephone.

On 1 June 15, I emailed one last time demanding a refund. I have not received a reply to that email, my product or a refund to date.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and an investigation into this company. I know they are scamming people. I know I will most likely not get my money back and have taken measure to protect my bank account. I believe the company/people are/were scamming people through a website called biolifetherapysytem.com which is now expired but they use the physical same address.

Review: I do not like it when people take advantage of others. I paid the shipping on a dog collar 2 months ago and have yet to receive it. The money was basically stolen and the companies response is ridiculous. They lie making promise they do not intend to keep. While it may only be 5 dollars... if 2000 people pay $5.00 shipping on "free" collar thats $10000!! I have asked for my money back twice, I have called them, and I have emailed them. This is the only response I got.

Review: I ordered Safe Glow LED dog collars that were advertised for free if paid for shipping so I purchased 2 and received none. After several emails back and forth with the company telling me each time that there was an error and they were being sent, I still never received them. I then asked for a refund and they said they would but I never received that either. This started on 4/24/2015.Desired Settlement: requesting $15.90 be refunded.

Review: ordered glow collars, business never delivered, response they have shipped out, delayed because of demand. From reviews I see I'm not the only one scammed.Desired Settlement: I would like the collars but if they do not deliver I want a refund

Review: This company advertises if you pay for shipping they will send you 2 glow in the dark collars if you pay 7.95 for shipping and handling- I ordered 2 collars and the shipping was deducted from my bank account in April and it is now August and I haven't received the collars. I see this advertised on Facebook and I am a [redacted] and fell for the scam but I don't want other people to get duped. I've called[redacted] for customer service and you leave a message and they never get back with you.Desired Settlement: I would like for my bank account to be credited back the 7.95 that was deducted.

Review: I ordered 2 dog collars and 2 leashes from this company on line. They took out the money and I never received the products. I have emailed them over and over and keep getting the same reply back read below. This has been going on for months. [redacted] (Online Fusion Inc) Jul 31, 14:18 Hello [redacted] I know how frustrating this could be because your order has not arrived. We are working very hard to remedy this and make shipping faster. We do not have an estimated time on when the items will be delivered but rest assured that they will arrive soon. [redacted] Customer Support http://bestpetparent.com/Desired Settlement: I would like the company to deliver the collars and leashes or refund my money.

Review: Dogster.com (a trusted website) advertised a offer of free LED dog collars from this company. It did require shipping, however. I agreed to the shipping, then the company used a deceptive tactic to attempt to charge an extra $9.95 to my account. I told Dogster, this company, and contacted my bank, [redacted], to dispute the charge. Here's a copy of the email:

To Whom It May Concern:

I did not want any leashes. I followed the link from Dogster to your offer for LED leashes and paid the $7.95 for shipping. Directly after that, there was a pop-up, "spammy" page that mentioned the leashes. It was designed to look as if you could uncheck the green box authorizing the charge of $9.95 for these leashes. I attempted to uncheck it, and my account was charged without any follow up authorization. That is not an ethical way to design and run a website. I want the collars and have paid for shipping. The leashes, however, are unauthorized, and I've already let my bank know. They are in the process of removing the unauthorized charge to my account.

Furthermore, your page does not offer a paypal option. Because Dogster referred me to you, I decided to trust you with my card information. Now that that trust has been questioned, I will be monitoring my account closely (although I already have account protection through my bank and through AllClear). If there are any additional unauthorized charges to my account, they will be dealt with by the authorities.

Thank you for the collars, but consider cleaning up your website for ease of use and proper safety.

[redacted] stopped the first unauthorized charge and Dogster warned people against using the offer. Then I got this response from the business:

Hello Jennifer,

Thank you for your email and I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.

I do see here that our system registered a click on the "Yes!” buy button and that you were charged the $9.95 Shipping for the Leashes.

Of course mistakes and/or mis-clicks do happen.

Thanks for letting us know. I've submitted a refund request and the full charge will be refunded to your card in 3-5 business days and there will be no recurring charges, ever.

Please email me directly if the refund is not reflected in 5 business days.

This is an attempt to deny the unethical set up of the payment options and to blame me. However, I let it go. Then today (5 May 15), I noticed another unauthorized charge to my account of $19.99. I am filing a report with you, contacting [redacted], and depending on what happens, the police I suppose. I also responded to their last email with this:

It's strange that I just found a charge for $19.99 to my account that happened today when I haven't visited your website since this incident. This charge is unauthorized. I'm contacting [redacted] again and I'm reporting you to the authorities.

I will see if [redacted] can stop them from accessing my account permanently.Desired Settlement: All unauthorized charges are to be cancelled. My account is never to be touched again. The unethical set up of the website should also be changed.

Review: we ordered 2 lighted collars they had advertised for free just pay shipping which was $ 7.95. we were sent a confirmation email on order, our debit card was deducted the $ 7.95 and it was a 4-6 week delivery. I contacted them via email 6 1/2 weeks later to let them know the collars never showed up at our address. they claim their was a shipping problem and re-sent the collars and then we were suppose to have them buy the 24th of april. today is may 6th and no collars. its not about the $ 7.95 its about the principal . the company seems to have the same standard email response when ever you conatct them which staes we will look into it and get back to you.Desired Settlement: would like the 7.95 returned plus I think a larger sum should be allocated to us due to the fact they can collect the money right away but never deliver the product. I believe the company should also be investigated for false advertiseing. they constantly were advertiseing these so called lighted dog collars all over facebook and now you don't see anything anymore. apparently we were not the only ones to be dissatisfied and got scamed. a refund would be nice

Review: I have made many attempts to obtain information regarding my order that was placed on February 5 and Online Fusion (aka BestPetParent.com) company deducted $15.90 on February 9 from my Visa. To date (May 1, 2015) I have NOT received my collars, received any feedback from my many attempts to check the status of this order or obtain a refund. I have left several voice mails (no one answers phone nu matter time of day or day of week. and their message states I will hear back in 24 hours) and several emails . With no reply from the company. They gladly took my money and now I cant get them to even respond to where the collars are!

So frustrated and saddened by people that need to steal from others!

This company seems to be a scam!! Takes the money and runs.Desired Settlement: I would love to receive the collars that were ordered and paid for. But if there is no products as advertised on their webpage and Facebook, please issue me a credit immediately and I will purchase from another source. Seems there were not any reviews I could find when I ordered these, but the reviews are popping up on several web pages.

Review: On March 12, 2015, I ordered two light-up dog collars from an ad I saw on Facebook.com. On checkout, there was an offer to add leashes to my order. I clicked to see what that was about and it automatically added them to my order without so much as a confirmation and it charged my Visa card right away. I didn't want the leashes as I couldn't afford them at the time so I INTERMEDIATELY replied to the confirmation email and told them of the error. I received a prompt reply assuring me that the leashes had been removed from my order and that the collars were on their way. To date, I have not received the refund on the leashes, NOR have I received the collars I ordered. Two requests for information on this matter have gone unanswered. Now that I see that this "company" was set up in DE, I'm skeptical on its legitimacy. Desired Settlement: I would like delivery of expected items (collars) and a refund for the leashes.

Review: I place an order for two free Dog Collars, just had to pay shipping, this was back in April 2015 I still have not received my collars. I have sebt email left several messages over the phon. They keep telling me I wll get them but I have not.Desired Settlement: I would like $7.95 or I would like to have the collars shipped to me

Review: I ordered a product from this online company on March 10, 2015. They immediately took the cost of the items out of my account via debit card but never sent the product. We conversed back and forth via email. First I was to receive the product in 4 weeks, then it was by April 24th, then it was the end of May. Each time I sent an email, I received notification that it was received and then a response. That is UNTIL I asked for a refund. I was then told they could not refund nor provide a satisfactory answer to my dilemma. I was told [redacted], the supervisor would contact me in two days time (that was on June 19th) and I have heard nothing. I emailed again on June 27th but this time...no notification that it was received and no answer at all. I do not want to see anyone else taken in by this false company.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund. It would be really nice to actually receive the LED dog collars but I doubt that they even exist at this point.

Review: on 3/12/2015 I ordered an led collar for my dog, the funds were showing posted as paid out of my acct in 24 hours. on 5/11/2015 I contacted them as I hadn't gotten my product or a tracking number. I was told it would take 30 days. on 6/2/2015 I contacted them again as it had been 90 days from the first point of contact and still no product or tracking number, at that time I requested a refund. It was responded saying they were having a problem with the shipping company and I shouldve had my tracking number at the very least. it is now 6/25/2015 and still no product, no tracking number and no refund. according to the return policy they give you 60 days from date of order to return for full refund. I cant even try to do that as I dont even have the product yet to return. Someone different responds to each email.Desired Settlement: I would like the money I paid back and a formal investigation open regarding this company

Review: I ordered two dog collars for $7.95 and never received them. called the # got email back saying they had switch shipping companies. Still have not received the collars. Payed for on March 10th, said it would take 4 weeks.
