I should have came here first
I purchased a grille guard and the brackets because the bracket were not offered on ebayI have received the brackets without issueThe guard on the other hand has not been sentIt went past the first estimated delivery date so I used their chatThey said they had to contact the manufacture and will get back in 24-hrsThey did and they gave me a week for deliveryThat date past so I called this time and I stayed on line as the person contacted the manufactureThe said that it was waiting to be picked up and that the delivery service never showed up but will be out the next dayYesterday was the next day and they still have not sent me the guardI will be calling them on Monday to cancel!

I am rejecting this response because:I have a one year finish warranty and have constantly been told the manufacturer is being contacted and have spoken to them directly and no one in their customer service department has taken that call from onyx/ carid

They sent me a package I never even orders.now they send
me return label and a confirmation for a package I never ever even ordered so they will now charge me shipping and a restocking fee for a part I never ever even ordered because of these JERKS I had to go to the bank and change my debit card because they keep stealing my money! !! They also never returned my $from an earlier ordered I sent backEvery time I called I am speaking with some over seas dumb dumb that can't speak English I cannot understand them they cannot understand them so they end up sending things I never even ordered I demand my $It cannot go to PayPal as these JERKS kept trying to take my money so I had to change my debit card, so if they put it in PayPal I cannot get it!!!! I demand a Certified Cashier's Check delivered via US mail for the $that they literally stole from meI am looking for the Police Department in Cranberry, New Jersey to file a robbery case against these thieves BIBB help me there are out right thieves WAbsolutely the worst online business I have ever seen since the internet began thieves, liars, out right thieves robbers crooks

Our client was offered a discount of $due to the damaged noted on the wheels The client's alternative option is to allow us to replace the damaged wheelsWe are willing to do what is necessary to rectify the issue within reason Unfortunately the client's request for full reimbursement of the wheels is not something we can doOn 5/the client was offered to either proceed with a discount or for us to file claim and replace the two damaged wheels The client informed us she would get back to us with her decision and we have not heard from her since.
Once the client decides to proceed with either the refund or replacement of the damaged wheels all she needs to do is give us a call or email to inform us of her decision

I purchased hauling mirrors for a Dodge Ram Truck from CarID.com I received a receipt with the correct address and tracking number from UPS that reflected the delivery date of the following Friday I continued to check on the published Friday after I received an email from UPS stating the package had been delivered The package was not received at the proper address and UPS suggested I contact the vendor I contacted the vendor and they stated that they would conduct an investigation which would last three days and that the following Friday the mirrors would be delivered I accepted the course of action and waited for the mirrors to be delivered The following Friday the mirrors had not been delivered by 3:so I contacted the vendor and spent over an hour with customer service They again stated that an investigation would have to be conducted- since this seemed to be a scripted response I asked for a supervisor I talked with the representative and the responded that they would contact me on the following Monday I did receive a response and they stated that it was my error on the address and provided me the location of where the package had been delivered and that I would have to pickup the package myself I emailed and called to refer them to the receipt with the correct address given at the time of the order and was huon It has taken over two weeks and several hours of time with customer service and I still do not have the very needed hauling mirrors for my truck I would not recommend doing business with this company because the onus is passed back to the customer for their mistakes

CARID states I have received the product I have not The product was never signed for and I discussed with their representative Frank that the rims they "guaranteed" to fit my range rover, did not fit it They agreed to refund my money and finally set up *** to pick up the defective rims The original rims and accessories were all returned and the replacement rims, which again were not going to fit my vehicle were never signed for nor received The rims were confirmed not to fit by the mechanic that was going to place the tires as well as the Manufacture of the rims (***) I talked with Priscilla today regarding the matter and she stated that I was going to be charged for refusal of the product This is the most corrupt business I have ever had to deal with Their customer service is nothing short of a corrupt health insurance companies tactics of beating down the individual until they succumb and give in If they do not wish to resolve the issue immediately I will be happy to forward my complaint to the Attorney Generals office of New Jersey for further review

I am getting almost “automated” responses on the Revdex.com response site from CarID and the manufacturer of the wheel. Nowhere are they referring to the *** Tire Specialist finding that the new wheel was determined “Out of Round” thus can’t be balanced by any means, including Force Balance, thus the reason the Force Balance done at the dealership was unsuccessful the week before. They (CarID and the manufacturer) also provide no documentation/statement of their reading this receipt (as was requested/provided by me to them), nor do they confirm in their statement their saying that “They would phone the *** Tire Specialist” and speak with the manager who was there the day of the Out of Round determination by their trained technician. If they have not done what they stated they would do, i.e., contact the place which determined the Out of Round finding on the wheel, and/or read the documentation noted where they noted this same finding; why are they denying this claim?
Please see CarID’ s statement which again is and they did not do as they said they would, I did provide the document from *** Tire Specialist noting the “Out of Round” and why didn’t they call them for confirmation of this wheels faulty condition and therefore provide in their statement, proof of that call/confirmation? The don’t want to contact *** Tire because they will confirm the wheel was defective verbally, its very clear here, they are sand bagging this defective wheel matter and provide no customer service/warranty on a brand new wheelI have attached, again, proof of the force balance, which they said I didn’t do/provide, and proof again, of the technician statement of the wheel being out of round, the manager name/phone number, which to date, they have not called or confirmed receipt of these documents. Why?
After we have had a wheel specialist reviewed what you sent us it was found out that there is no evidence of the road force performed (NOT TRUE, PROVIDED *** DEALER RECEIPT FOR FORCE BALANCE DONE, WHICH AGAIN WOULD NOT BALANCE THE DEFECTIVE WHEEL)
What we see it is an invoice explaining the balance and re-balance but not the road force test So please provide us a road force report and send us pictures of the results from the print out but also screen shots of the results real time, when the procedure is been performed If you need any of our wheel specialist to clarify the request of the road force to your technician we will glad to do so, you can call us, or they can contact us, as well you can provide us the contact information and we will call them up(NOT TRUE, THEY DID NOT CALL *** TIRE SPECIALISTS AS THEY SAID THEY WOULD AFTER I PROVIDED THEIR RECEIPT, AGAIN, AND HIS NAME AND PHONE NUMBER)
Please let me know what are the next steps, the ongoing vibration from the out of round wheel, will damage the balance of the front end of my vehicle. I didn’t purchase new tires, and new wheels to have a warped, vibrating wheel and steering wheel while driving due to their defective product which they don’t/won’t warranty or acknowledge is/was clearly defective

I am rejecting this response because: I disagree with the comment that the sales person told me before placing the order that the sales was final and could not be cancelled, that is not true When I got the e-mail telling me of the shipment date, I immediately sent a e-mail expressing my dismay and in that e-mail inquired immediately the same day the order was place about cancelling he order because I was not happy They apologize for the delay and still did not address my wanting to cancelled the order and have my money returned I was not made aware of the non cancellation policy in a response e-mail after my several inquireis into cancelling itThe reponse e-mail or written in a matter of fact tone with no caring to the me the custromer It waqs written as and there is nothing you (Me the consumer) can do about That is the reason I turn tro the the Revdex.com for some sort of relied or an arbitratore As I stated, if I had researched the company before hand through the Revdex.com, I would not have done business with this company based on the numerous complaints on file regarding treatment of his customers and the delivery dates not as promised

On 1/30/14, I spoke to Mr*** to explain that we have
previously refunded him $on 1/10/14, via his prepaid Visa which was his original form of payment
Mr*** requested that we refund him via a check instead, as he lost the *** *** card In our attempt to refund Mr***, we found
that our process would only refund him back to his original form of payment and only if the bank rejects the refund, can we then issue a check
At this point, we have not received a rejection from the bank and therefore, the refund will stay in the prepaid VisaIt is Mr*** responsibility to
address his concern about his lost prepaid Visa with the bank of issue

I Filed a Complaint with Onyx about my seat covers not fitting and having a horrible time about returning. After filing that complaint, I got responses and they sent me a return label and I sent back the item and they said they would then process the return and exchange. I have not received ANY response to calls, emails or anything. They now have my money and the merchandise, they have no incentive to return my call or the correct product. I cannot believe they are able to stay in business, as I have been trying to get this return since Mid-JUNE. Their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. They do not honor their ‘easy return’ policy advertised
I would like my exchange processed immediately and a refund on the product as well due to the inconvenience

I apologize however, when we submitted the order, the item became out of stock due to the holidays per manufacturer. We are refunding the Customer as he cancelled the order, understandably soAs a result I did send a $gift card for his inconvenience. If he wants to notify me

I am rejecting this response because: Their business practices have no real moral compass or principal for the products they sellThey say "warranty" is the issue but they bought substandard products from the manufacturer and sold them to meThey should eat the cost or some part because they resold a bad product, two times.

He initially complained about the one wheel and we gladly replaced itNow he feels it may not have been that tire ask us to review all wheels. I advised him that since our test perform prior to sending out the wheel there was nothing wrong that he can take it to our recommended shop,
it would cost about $each tire to testIf the test show a problem we would take care of it and refund him for the test. We spoke to the technician who will perform the test as we have specific instructions on how to perform the test since we have certain requirements the machine itself must undergo. At this time we show no defects with the wheels but are willing to assist himIn reference to his refunds, I am reviewing what if any compensation is due.He is well aware of this as I personally called him to explainAgain, we are not refusing to assist him but are willing to reimburse him if the tests from a 3rd party shows otherwise

Again we are very sorry the client is unhappy with the productAdditionally we cannot except a return due to the gap in time
The client's grounds to return this product is due to the product not looking like what was listed on the website Understanding that the picture is slightly different then what was received we had emailed the client on 1/advising that the part we show on the site is slightly different then what will be receivedWe provided a picture of the product as well as a description and the client accepted to receive the spoiler that he did
