days after placing my order with CARid.com I received the horrible news that my snow tire chain won't make it on time for my road tripCARid failed me

The above consumer actually has four orders which is returning all itemsShe is requesting full refund, which is being reviewed, however, we sent her return Labels for each order and she sent in two return labels for all items This creates a problem when it's different manufactures, fortunately for her, it was all the same manufacturerWe are waiting for the manufacturer to confirm quality of the items to refund the customer

I purchased a suspension compressor last October By January it failed They replaced it In months the replacement failed They said they were giving me a refund of $and that the "check is mailed" It never arrived I contacted them and they wanted me to pay to "stop the check" - $ I refused They have not responded to any of emails and I have never received any refund They are crooksI am willing to bet that a check was never sent, this is just part of their charadeOverall, their parts don't work and they never live up to their promises

Our client confirmed the wheel size with our representativeHe was also sent an email with the wheel and tire sizes before he purchased for reviewOne purchased he received a confirmation email that also listed the sizes of the wheels and tiresOnce tires are mounted to wheels they are considered used and can not be returnedverbally our client agreed to the sizes and after reviewing the email agreed to make the purchase

Here is the time line of this situation: 6/Order placed 6/Payment captured 7/The manufacturer informed us that the paint ordered is $per wheel ($total) 7/Tried to get a lower price and decided to take a loss on the paint and only charge $400.7/Contacted client to explain the extra charge Offered to cancel the order or proceed Customer was going to think about it7/Customer called back because he did not want to pay anything for the second level paint, but we were not able to reduce the price7/Customer cancelled order and the funds are being refunded

I ordered a car stereo, a dashboard mounting kit and a wire harnessI live chatted carid employees to make sure that all of the parts would fitAfter I spent hours taking my whole dashboard out, my mounting kit didn't fit at allNot only did I waste my time, I also managed to scratch my old dashboard and crack itNow I'm trying to return the stuff they sent me and it's a painI have to take pictures, explain why I'm sending it back, and I have to tell them whether I want a replacement or a refundI've been waiting for days to hear back from themDo not buy from this company

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the business response says "for now we will set up for a full refund" They have been notorious for issuing refunds that are only partial refunds or not issuing refunds at all or that are pending for more than two weeks I also got the paperwork from the company and it says that the item must be unused and not been installed As I clearly indicated in my complaint that I had to have it installed in order to know that it did not fit properly, they're setting me up for a partial refund and another issue that will have to be dealt with If they would like to clearly define that they will accept the item "as is" and also guarantee full refund within hours of receipt, then I will accept their response and offer If you would like for me to forward the email with the return label and information, I will be happy to do so Thank you very much for your help and my apologies for the late reply as I've been traveling on business Regards, [redacted]
