OPSGEAR, INC has been operating a fake online storefront for years The only reason they are not shut down I presume is that they are skirting some gray area of legality where it is considered merely "poor business practices" but the scale of which they are doing it is astounding and over the years they have only improved their evasion methods and facade of being a legitimate company including promo codes and shipping deals
They will immediately charge credit cards for purchases from their site and it will trigger a series of reassuring order and shipping confirmations Unfortunately that is the end of it Their "support" is all automated and now it appears they want you to sign up for some tech support account when you submit a ticket which I am sure is just another scam or at least another way prolong the time they have your money Woucustomers are left to dispute the charges with their CC company as their only option
A quick google search will yield several of these incidents For all intents and purposes their owner and CEO David Burnell appears to be a con-artist Along with opsgear it looks like he is involved in "tactical" training videos and other such nonsense He has several YouTube videos (all with comments disabled of course) where he peddles his scams
DO NOT purchase any of their non-existent inventory from their fake website and save yourself some trouble If you have been scammed by David Burnell please file complaints with applicable law enforcement

I placed a order with Opsgear IncThey billed my credit card and gave me a order numberAfter one week I received a email they were having trouble filling my orderAfter three days I inquired by email if the order would be filled in days weeks or monthsI received no responseI then left a voicemail a few days later and asked to be contacted by phone about my order and I still have not been contacted

I placed an order with opsgear online on 9/29/ On 10/12/I still had not received a tracking number of shipment, so I emailed them to get the status of my order They said I would receive a tracking number when it had shipped I told them that I wanted my order cancelled On 10/19/2016, I reached out to see when I could expect my refund and they said 7-business days of the order being cancelled It is now 10/25/and I have not received confirmation that the order has been cancelled and they will no longer return any of my emails or phone calls

I ordered a pair of boots from opsgear inc (Magnum Force Ultra Light with composite toe) My bank account was billed on april 21, I called several times letting them know their failure to deliver the product that I ordered, first within a timely manner and then not at all They did not return my call So, I called a last time and threatened to file a dispute with my bank and a Revdex.com complaint I got a response from a representative I asked this person to cancel my order and to deliver a refund This person gave me his extension, I was told to call with any questions or concerns The refund has since not arrived and the contact that I was given has once again ignored my calls The online order was place April I called the first time on May 5th inquiring where my boots were I received a response on May 11th, in which I requested a refund It is now May and despite contacting the business numerous times I have not received a call back or a refu

It has been weeks since OPSGEAR received my returned item (Return #: ** ***), and still no refund ($81.85) has been received I have sent/received multiple emails from "Joshua," and given "Lisa's" extension (x***), with which I have left messages (there is no person to speak with at that extension), but OPSGEAR simply won't provide me with the refund I was told via email on 2/25/from "Joshua" that my return was received, and "The Refund process can take 3-business days to full process." On the 8th business day, I again called "Lisa" and had to leave a message, and emailed "Joshua" explaining that no refund has been received I sent another email to "Joshua" on 3/8/2016, and received an email back from "Joshua" the same day saying "This has been pushed to the attention of the billing department and they will get that taken care of right away for you," but still no refund has been received As of 3/12/2016, no refund has been provided

As others have stated I was charged for my products and since then they have not shipped it I have communicated with them and after several phone calls and emails I have been given the run aroundI have filed a fraud complaint with my credit card company and in currently disputing the charge steer clear of this company

On June 7, 2016, I began a return process for items where the wrong size was ordered I contacted the company about a return The item was received by Opgear Inc on June 9, I was told I would receive a "gift card" for the purchase of the replacement item Because shipping was not included, I also ordered a second shirt and paid the difference for the second shirt My card was charged for the second shirt on August 5, The status on their website shows the order has been "fulfilled" as of August 5, It is now August 22, and I still cannot get a tracking number, and have not received the item My last contact with the company was an apology from "Joshua" for being "a bit behind at this moment." I am starting to feel that I will never receive the product that I have already paid for Every time I try to contact the business, I am forwarded to an automated voice mail system My e-mails are not being responded to

First, I made my order and paid for 2-day shippingMy order didn't even get processed for days only to get a notice that it would be over a week before my order would arrive because of the wrong sipping placed on it by the companyWhen I contacted customer service, which could only be done via email, I was told I would receive a $refund that never got applied or refundedWhen my order showed up over a week later, it was the wrong pants completelyReturns can only be done via email as wellI'm out $and still don't have what I need

On 2/7/I ordered from ops gear, order number *** On 2/I contacted the support line trying to get a tracking number as their website states items will ship in 24-48hrsI was told on 2/that the Blackhawk item had shipped and was provided with a tracking number, however the Condor items would be another couple of days before shippingOn 2/they closed the ticket without any shipping notification on 2/I created a new ticket asking for an update, and on 2/Amy stated "I do apologizeI am not sure why that has not shipped yetWe are not in on the weekendsI will check on this first thing tomorrowI did not see anything on a back orderI will get you an update tomorrow"I asked again today 2/for an update having been told that I would be sent one and Joshua has closed the ticket without any update on the same day (2/23)I understand extended lead times due to drop shipping, however lying and keeping the customer in the dark is despicable

I ordered a jacket from this store on October 24th, and I got a confirmation e-mail almost instantlyThe amount of money I needed to pay for the jacket got extracted within the first hours after the purchaseTo this date (December 3rd), I have not received a shipping number/tracking numberI have sent multiple e-mails to customer support, and got replies to two of themIn the replies, a person named Joshua first told me, on October 27th, that my order will be shipped within a weekThat did not happenIn the next e-mail, that I received on November 19th, Joshua said "I was notified by shipping that your order was on its way but that contact has since left and I have a new one so I am working on getting an updated ETA for you to get you a tracking number." This never happened

Order a product from this company, and was given shipping confirmation days agoSince then I have not received tracking numbers, nobody at their customer service number answers the phoneIf you leave a message, no return call is receivedEmail requests for the status of my order go unanswered, as well as requests for my money to be refundedI believe this company is operating in an unlawful manner, as this seems to be par for their practices considering this has happened to almost everyone who has purchased from this company
