I am rejecting this response because: there needs to be a record of how poorly this company is ran and how they are fulfilling orders yes they issued a refund but the customer service only issued a refund after I had to post numerous complaints on social media and contact the owner and his wife via Facebook now they are more then happy to help after I contacted the Revdex.comSorry doesn’t cut itThis business should be fined and banned from operating in its state

I ordered items from this company almost a month ago the items where suppose to ship in two shipment's and in only received of the itemson top of that it was the wrong item for the left hand and not my right hand
the other two items have never arrived and after attempts to call the company and e-mail the company I have gotten no response from any of my calls or e-mails

In researching this, it looks as though the customer had different refunds due him, neither of which I had been notified of I apologize profusely for this mand delay! Order *** was refunded to his card The order in which the customer is addressing in this complaint,
***, says the customer was offered a gift card to use to purchase the other pants with Will a gift card still be satisfactory? Once again, I apologize for the delay in resolving this matter!

This is apparently the same thing happening to many customers I ordered a product 8/28/ A month later the item hadn't shipped so I called, emailed requesting a refund and had one response saying "I will look into it" but no refund yet I have left other voicemails and emails with no response Do not do business with them

I am rejecting this response because:The response does not include the tracking numbers. My order status has shown shipped since June 3, and I have never received any tracking numbers. Obviously it did not ship because I received am email from [email protected] on 6/29/that my order "was getting worked on right now to make sure it got shipped right away and I would receive tracking numbers." I have not received any tracking numbers nor have I received the product I ordered. I will gladly accept the response once I receive the tracking information that will ensure my items are in fact shipped

I should have read the reviews before ordering from this company I ordered a product that indicated it was in stock I received an email indicating that it was "on the way" with no tracking number or ETA I have sent emails, attempted to chat online and left phone messages with no reply I am attempting to cancel this order as it seems I will not receive it or not receive it in a timely manner

I ordered a product from this shop on July 30, They sent me an e-mail confirming the purchase, then they sent another e-mail updating status of order in warehouse, in addition, in the same e-mail they notified that tracking number would be provided about hours after the items have shippedOn August 01, 2016, I received a confirmation e-mail telling that order was shipped, but until now I have not received tracking numberI have sent e-mail, message through customer service and twitter but I haven't received any response

Not sure what is wrong with this company They must drop ship alot of things and have very little to no real ability to know and/or to communicate stock status or shipping status or back order status to their customers with any degree of accuracy This results in many orders being botched They also do NOT answer their phones or return phone calls When they do reply to a supply inquiry or a shipping question their answers are cryptic and lack specificity

Refund / Exchange This place has the worst customer service EVER!! Placed an order in October that showed in stock and apparently it wasn't Didn't get shipped out until weeks laterNever received my order, as the shipper said they lost it and notified Ops Gear Ops Gear said they never received a notice and would investigate multiple timesHere it is March and still no action I have been going back and forth with Josh since October, he never calls back when he says he is and sometimes he responds to emailLast time I spoke with him he was going to check with the wherehouse about my order and call me back the same day That was months agoI am still out $and without my order Any response received says he is looking into it Its been months and just want a refund I will never buy from this store again By the way, a friend of mine who ordered the same thing at the same time also never received her order and has been going back and forth with Josh tooThi

placed 0rder $# *** on 6/24/ for identical items(Plate carriers)attempted to contact company via phone and they would not reply, left e mails and messages stating I needed the item by 8/1/16, they replied stating that the item was backordered and they will ship when they canfinally got a tracking number last week that the item was shippingit was received today the package only contained of the carriersUPS label indicates the item weighs pounds, the weight of one of the carriers, the company never shipped the other two
