I made a purchase from this businesss on August in the amount of $87.99, As of today's date I have not received my product I have attempted to contact this business, they have a voice messaging system only and I was left no choice but to leave a message I ave done so multiple times, and have received on y call back from them stating that they would be sending my product, and that they were sorry as they had internal problems that resulted in my product not being shipped When I was on he pone with that person, I told them I looked forward to hearing from then the next day with the shipping information - they did not contact me with that information I have called back to attempt to get shipping information to get no response from the company I have been charged for a product I have not received I ask that they get me my product immediately or refund my monies immediately

Found out a day after purchase someone had already procured item
Contacted seller, as product had not shipped, and asked for a refund
Several attempts made via phone
Online inquiries contacted someone named "Joshua" and was assured of a refund
Asked for a confirmation number and email verifying refund
None was received
Nearly three weeks have passed and no word from the seller

On June 6th, 2016, I purchased an item online from the retailer and with the understanding that it would be shipped in a timely fashion for the $I paid for shipping The item didn't show up after two weeks so I contacted them to cancel my order for a full refund They agreed The refund was never deposited back into my account and they have not returned any of the phone calls, or any of the dozen or so emails I sent themThey still have my $and refuse to resolve this in any way

I ordered a shirt and pair of pants from opsgear on August 30thI received the pants but the shirt did not come, I contacted them about it and they said they would be shipping the shirt in the next week, I waited for it to sent but it never did so I sent them countless messages and emails before they would respond and they said they would send it asap, it still has not been sent

On the 21st of May, I had not received a tracking numberI emailed them about this
On the 22nd of May, I received an email stating that my order was on the way within the week and a tracking number would be emailed to me
On the 24th of May, I sent an email asking again about a tracking number and if the order was shipped
On the 25th of May, I received an email stating my order is being shipped by the warehouse and the tracking number was on the way
On the 28th of May, I sent an email stating that if I didn't receive a tracking number or my package that week, I would be filing a complaint
On the 30th of May, I received an email stating that my order had been over sold and that it would not be available until August 11th

I placed an order with OPS Gear worth over $300, after payment I received an email confirmation right awayI later was told that one of my items was in their warehouse and needed to wait till it arrived at their store/mailing locationI waited weeks and then my items were shippedWeirdly they send you all your order confirmations and tracking through facebook chat, even customer service is done that wayI checked my tracking number and it mentioned that my item was delivered, even though it wasntAfter countless emails to Joshua ( ops gear customer service rep) he refused to help me in any way and wouldnt refund or replace my orderI had to contact my CC and file a disputeDo Not Order from these people, customer service is not in their vocabularyThey don't care about you, just want your money

I placed an order with Ops Gear on 12/12/I called a few time to their center but my call was always reroutedOnce I finally got a hold of a live person, that stated that my order was in processing and that I should receive an email confirmation with my tracking number that dayThat day went by and I never heard back from anyone
I contacted them via Facebook Instant Messager and they responded back by asking me if I would like a credit with themI stated no, I just wanted my money backI never heard back from anyone and I never got my money back
I sent them on an email on 01/01/to follow up and I have yet to hear back
I would like to see what can be done and what other complaints I can place
