My a/c unit had not been serviced in a couple of years and I knew that it was time for it to be serviced especially since the air blowing out of the vents felt cool instead of coldAfter researching, comparing, and calling four companies, I decided to give Kaminer a tryI know this review is supposed to be more for the technician, whom I will get to, but I want to give a shout out to [redacted] , the wonderful CSR who scheduled my appointmentShe exudes warmth and familiarity which led to us talking as though we have been friends for yearsNow that I've given [redacted] her props, I will move on to [redacted] Hthe technician who did the work on my a/c unit [redacted] arrived with a smile on his face and a very friendly and professional attitudeBefore he got started on the unit, he asked some questions regarding the unit and the overall system to get an idea of what he needed to doHe explained what he was going to do and then got to workHe did an excellent job and I am very pleased with my entire Kaminer experience

Our months was due today and our Kaminer Representative, Jonathan came right when he said he would and did a good job of checking all of the things we have in our home He was very nice and respectful and as always one of Kaminer's fine employers We have been with Kaminer for many, many years and would recommend them to anyone who wanted and needed good services If they do then Kaminers is where they want to be

Back in December Terry Hcame to my house to do the winter maintenance on my heating unitHe is one of the friendliest and most thorough technicians that I have ever encounteredI was totally impressed when he asked me to unlock my crawl space so that he could go under the house to check the duct workI have been in that house since and this is the first time ever that anyone from a heating and cooling company has checked the duct work under my houseThat really stood out for meTerry also talked to me about carbon monoxide detectors and the importance of getting them for my houseI was extremely happy and impressed with this young man

My experience with Kaminer HAC was a very good one.J [redacted] was prompt,courteous and he made sure that we knew the different options and even helped make the appointment for the work we are going to need to have doneI will definitely recommend Kaminer J[redacted]

[redacted] came out on time and was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable to work with I generally don't feel relaxed around repair technicians but [redacted] was great to work with He identified the problem, showed me the steps that was needed in resolving our A/C problem, and explained what the other team would be doing next week The work will encompass two visits, however, It shouldn't be a worry since [redacted] explained the problems and the alternatives to me in a clear and concise manner Thank you for the pleasant experience and the quality of work performed

[redacted] came on time and is a very pleasant guyWe felt comfortable with him and he earned our trust right awayWe would like doing business with him but his price was way more than we expectedWe are seeing several more companies and if they are also in that range [redacted] will get strong consideration

The Specialist ( [redacted] ) was extremely professional and polite I always look forward to seeing him at each six month follon the unit Kaminer Heating and Cooling must be proud of this employee representing them in the field!!
