Everyone was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. However, their follow up to actually fix the problem is non-existent. They were absolutely sure to ask me to join their service club and to pay the overpriced service call but I couldn't get them to fix the problem or call my wife to even discuss a time to fix the problem while I have been traveling for work. I've got a baby, a 2 year old and my wife at home while its 100 degrees out and my A/C is not functioning properly. Needless to say, I will never call them back to fix the problem they diagnosed as the customer shouldn't need to beg to pay to fix an issue. I will also direct all friends and neighbors to their friendly, eager to serve competitor who have provided resolution to my issue the day I called them after a week long, frustrating wait for Kaminer to get to work. Oh, the competitor didn't ask for a silly service club sign up or charge a high rate to diagnose the issue.

The Specialist ([redacted]) was extremely professional and polite. I always look forward to seeing him at each six month follow-up on the unit. Kaminer Heating and Cooling must be proud of this employee representing them in the field!!

Great Customer Service from the first phone call. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My AC went down and someone was sent the same day I called. Jonathan H. showed up on time. Very professional and knowledgeable. Explained the issues with my system well and I am looking forward to Kaminer fixing the less than stellar work from our builder.

Jonathan H. Of Kaminer is always very pleasant and very knowledgeable. We enjoy having his help in the heating and cooling of our home. He came yesterday (10-11-2016) to inspect our system for upcoming Fall & Winter. He answered questions in a way I was able to understand and he even got on a ladder and removed fiberglass insulation that had blown into the vents in ceilings of bedrooms. That was very kind and adds another positive experience to our feelings for Kaminer and for Jonathan.

When my gas pack failed Kaminer Heating and Air was very considerate of my situation. They offered to bring portable heaters to my home so that I would not have to go without. The initial call to Kaminer was late in the afternoon and they provided same day response in just a couple of hours. My gas pack unit was out of warranty and the repairs would have been costly. Kaminer helped me get a new system that fit into my budget. The entire process was very professional from the initial callout to installation of the new unit. I would most definitely recommend this company.

Just wanted to take a minute and tell you about our experience with Kaminer Heating or better yet the employees of Kaminer heating. Our heating system started to trip the ac/heat breaker so I called Kaminer and within two hours they came and diagnose our problem. As much as I didn't want to hear it, because we have had nothing but issues with the carrier system since house was built, ten years ago. We needed a new system. They Jonathan was there the next day to price it out. We agreed on what we needed and scheduled and install date.
Soon after looking at the paperwork I called to discuss because I thought we were getting something we didn't need in a larger return. After speaking with Walt and Jon they decided to come out to relook the requirements. They came out the next day and went through the system requirements with a fine tooth comb, and came up with what we needed. Yes they Kaminer team try to sell you on other items that may be beneficial and I did get a air filtration system. I always wanted it so it was an easy sell to me. They never pushed me into something I didn't need or want.
The install happened as scheduled by two young men that I would hire if I had a company. They were fantastic with the installation and their professionalism was great. The system works great just in time for 30 degree temps.

After needing a new split heat pump system, Kaminer sent Eric M., Dominique D., & Bobby W. out to replace my unit. They arrived on time and were very professional. The whole process went smoothly and they all were very efficient. I have been pleased so far with the new system.

Dennis was professional and was able to fix the problem in a timely fashion.
