Our air conditioning went out late on a Saturday night. I called the phone number and spoke to the answering service that quickly had Theresa call me back and scheduled service for the next morning. [redacted] came at 8am and very professionally solved our problem. Very positive experience.

I am very pleased with my visit today. The company called prior to the technician arriving. [redacted] was very polite and knowledgeable. He was also thorough and informative. I appreciate his attention to detail and his respectful manner. I'd be happy to recommend him to friends and family!

Dennis, Kaminer Heating and Cooling, did a wonderful job providing maintenance on my heating and cooling system. He is professional, very polite and eager to answer questions.

Waking up on Sunday morning with no AC and the temp expected to reach 100 is a bad way to start the day off. Thanks to Kaminer and their Comfort Specialist Jonathan H[redacted] my AC problem was corrected quickly.

My HVAC was not working properly. Kaminer sent Kyle T. out the same day to diagnose and fix. He was very professional and quickly addressed the problem. I would recommend them for HVAC repair.

It was a very good experience today with Earl S. and Walt A. This was the first time Earl S had come to take care of our system. He was very personable and knowledgeable. The upstairs' system is working again and he explained why it quit. They also installed the bulbs that had been ordered for our system. Thank you, Kaminer and thank you Earl and Walt.

My experience with [redacted], and [redacted] was very courteous knowledgeable and informative they knew what they were talking about and explained it to me in terms that I could understand and there was no pressure to buy or sign any contracts at the time and I really liked that I would recommend the company.

Kaminer Heating and Cooling recently installed a new system at our home. Normi K[redacted] came out and thoroughly explained what we needed and gave us options. We made our decision and Kaminer quickly set us up for installation. The two young men that came out and installed our system were courteous and very knowledgeable. [redacted] came out on time and was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable to work with. I generally don't feel relaxed around repair technicians but [redacted] was great to work with. He identified the problem, showed me the steps that was needed in resolving our A/C problem, and explained what the other team would be doing next week. The work will encompass two visits, however, It shouldn't be a worry since [redacted] explained the problems and the alternatives to me in a clear and concise manner. Thank you for the pleasant experience and the quality of work performed..

[redacted] came on time and is a very pleasant guy. We felt comfortable with him and he earned our trust right away. We would like doing business with him but his price was way more than we expected. We are seeing several more companies and if they are also in that range [redacted] will get strong consideration.

Great people to work with they do a fantastic job and are very professional when they do any work for you . They seen to have a great staff to work with and take great a lot of pride in trying to do all they can to help you. I will keep them in mind the next time I need help with my home AC issues. They are the best in my book.

[redacted] was fantastic and an A+ professional. Took the time to explain what he was doing, what the standards were and how my unit was above or below them. Very nice demeanor and did everything with a smile. I just found my new HVAC support team!!!

Back in December Terry H. came to my house to do the winter maintenance on my heating unit. He is one of the friendliest and most thorough technicians that I have ever encountered. I was totally impressed when he asked me to unlock my crawl space so that he could go under the house to check the duct work. I have been in that house since 1991 and this is the first time ever that anyone from a heating and cooling company has checked the duct work under my house. That really stood out for me. Terry also talked to me about carbon monoxide detectors and the importance of getting them for my house. I was extremely happy and impressed with this young man.

Great service from [redacted] once again. Great guy, great service!

Normi K[redacted] is a class act. She is responsive, honest and a professional. Her team including Troy, Garrett and Dominique have been fabulous to work with, dependable and set the bar high for service professionals. Thank you!

Jonathan H. did an excellent job (as usual) during the scheduled maintenance visit. He is approachable, extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. After he performs a service, I have no doubt that everything was completed to the highest standard. Thanks!

He thoroughly goes over all the paperwork before I sign it.

He went out of his way today to solve an unusual problem I had with small ants in my system.
He told me the product and followed me to Lowe's to be sure I got the right product. He showed me
how to safely use it and store it.

I can see he is here intending to do a thorough inspection and I feel the service is excellent.
