The technician was very polite and courteous and explained all the work he did and made recommendations on things that might come up in the future. No pressure sale tactics were used which I very much appreciate.

I just had eric and bobby install a mini-split ac/heat in my man cave. They were very professional excellent installers I highly recommend kaminer. Good job guys ty.

Bobby W. Was like the 'Everready Bunny' running up and down stairs delivering materials needed for the installation of duct work and cleaning with vacuum and broom ....always cheerful in doing all this. A hard working young fellow!

My a/c unit had not been serviced in a couple of years and I knew that it was time for it to be serviced especially since the air blowing out of the vents felt cool instead of cold. After researching, comparing, and calling four companies, I decided to give Kaminer a try. I know this review is supposed to be more for the technician, whom I will get to, but I want to give a shout out to [redacted], the wonderful CSR who scheduled my appointment. She exudes warmth and familiarity which led to us talking as though we have been friends for years. Now that I've given [redacted] her props, I will move on to [redacted] H. the technician who did the work on my a/c unit. [redacted] arrived with a smile on his face and a very friendly and professional attitude. Before he got started on the unit, he asked some questions regarding the unit and the overall system to get an idea of what he needed to do. He explained what he was going to do and then got to work. He did an excellent job and I am very pleased with my entire Kaminer experience.

Just wanted to say many thanks to [redacted]n who came to help us with an issue several months ago. He is such a polite and professional person and took the time to explain the situation that was going on . He was informative and offered recommendations. He is a great asset to the Kaminer family!

we moved into our home the end of July last year...two weeks in we started to have had a ton of issues with our air...the house was staying at 89 degrees all day only cooling down at night, but barely...we contacted our lovely home warranty company *insert sarcasm*...they sent out two different heating and air companies to look at it which by the way we had to pay $60 each for the service call...of course they found nothing wrong...the beginning of this year I purchased to window units and black out curtains...it still was not keeping the house cool...finally I called Kaminer heating and air for maintenance thinking we needed freon...[redacted] came out Monday evening...wonderful employee by the way...unfortunately we needed a new inside and outside heating and air unit as well as an additional return...they were scheduled to come out between 9 and 10 am on Friday of the same week...they arrived at 8:45 am...they finished around 4:30 with everything...not one bit of mess was left ANYWHERE in my home...they wore protection on their shoes and even on the ladder...Eric even proceeded to clean up the mess I made after I dusted one of the returns...anyway...my home was 79 degrees as of 4:45 pm yesterday when they left...I had set my thermostat to 73....by 8 pm the house was ALREADY noticeably cooler...this morning at 8:30 I opened my curtains and my blinds and set my thermostat to 74 degrees...it is not 12:10 pm and it is still 74 degrees in my home....I am beyond satisfied and I highly recommend this company. Only downfall is they do not work with home warranty companies because of the hassle of repayment...after dealing with our home warranty company I can see why.

Kaminer sent a tech out the same day to assess problems with my heat pump. Jonathan H. was professional and knowledgeable. He helped me to figure out the causes of my issues and how to resolve them. I would recommend Kaminer and Jonathan H. for hvac work.

I had the pleasure of meeting [redacted],from Kaminer, yesterday! I have to say I am very impressed with how Kaminer conducts their business! [redacted] 's a very good example of what a professional should aspire to be, on time ,friendly but all business and very knowledgeable!

I have used Kaminer since 2014. I have had no problems. I like the fact that I can have my heating and air unit checked twice per yr. on the plan we purchased. The techs are very knowledgeable and come on time.

[redacted] was excellent. He explained what he was going to do as well as options that were available for me to choose from. He was clean, respectful, articulate, and seemed to know his job well. I was very pleased with him.

First of all Normi was very professional and spend a lot of time with us going over options for our two HVAC systems, She was very knowledgeable and was able to go over rebates and other areas of interest concerning our questions. She was able to set up a quick installation which served us well.

[redacted] and [redacted]. Two extremely knowledgeable and energetic young men. They remained energetic and helpful even after working in the crawl space and attic area for several hours. Both gentlemen were always professional and courteous during the entire installation process.

On a scale of 10 we would rate all three individuals a 10. Great Job!
