Our experience with Kaminer has always been straight up and decent. I do not believe they have ever tried to sell us anything we do not need.

Mr. Terry H[redacted] with Kaminer Heating & Air just completed a semi-annual maintenance call on my residence. He was punctual, respectful, clean and well groomed. He worked in a timely manner, explaining to me exactly what he did.

Great service. Kept me informed of when they might arrive and went right to work on my problem. Servicemen were knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. I use Kaminer on 3 properties including my home and I have always been satisfied with their work.

It was time for my quarterly inspection. I have been a Kaminer customer for years and trust their experience and technicians. Dennis arrived on time. Kaminer called a day prior to confirm my appointment, which I appreciated. They also called on the day of the appointment to tell me that Dennis was on his way....he was actually pulling up in the driveway as we spoke. He was dressed in Kaminer's professional attire and presented himself as their technician. After about an hour of thorough examination, he gave me my report. I was thankful for his inspection and the time he spent doing that and with me explaining his report. I have a service contract with Kaminer, which I hightly recommend to all, so there was no charge. Thanks Kaminer for keeping me cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

They even brought out a window unit so that I had ac until they got my new unit installed. I am over the top impressed with how this company is preforming. Our 6 months was due today and our Kaminer Representative, Jonathan came
right when he said he would and did a good job of checking all of the things we
have in our home. He was very nice and respectful and as always one of
Kaminer's fine employers. We have been with Kaminer for many, many years
and would recommend them to anyone who wanted and needed good services.
If they do then Kaminers is where they want to be.

[redacted] came out recently to give us a quote on replacing our HVAC unit. She was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. She explained everything very well and answered all of my questions. In addition to this she was a lot of fun to talk with and my dog loved her.

Great job by [redacted]. Once the part finally came in, he was quick, efficient and very neat. He was also very polite and congenial to an old lady. He also was very concerned that the heat could not be fixed for several days. He offered to try to arrange for alternate heating or to call someone to take care of me. He should be complimented.
