Fantastic service from start to finish! Their salesman listened to what we wanted and made recommendations that were good for our home size and budget (unlike another company, who kept trying to sell us on a hugely expensive unit we really didn't need) He explained things in terms that were easy yo understand, and answered all our questions The staff at the office were very pleasant and made our business transaction an extremely painless process The installation crew were the best! They were here on time, worked well together, and had the complete unit installed in a day (we were told it might take two) They were very respectful of my home, working hard to keep messes to a minimum, even vacuuming their work space and the areas they traveled in and out of the house! Highly recommended!!

After needing a new split heat pump system, Kaminer sent Eric M., Dominique D., & Bobby Wout to replace my unitThey arrived on time and were very professionalThe whole process went smoothly and they all were very efficientI have been pleased so far with the new system

we moved into our home the end of July last year...two weeks in we started to have had a ton of issues with our air...the house was staying at 89 degrees all day only cooling down at night, but barely...we contacted our lovely home warranty company *insert sarcasm*...they sent out two different heating and air companies to look at it which by the way we had to pay $60 each for the service call...of course they found nothing wrong...the beginning of this year I purchased to window units and black out curtains...it still was not keeping the house cool...finally I called Kaminer heating and air for maintenance thinking we needed freon... [redacted] came out Monday evening...wonderful employee by the way...unfortunately we needed a new inside and outside heating and air unit as well as an additional return...they were scheduled to come out between 9 and 10 am on Friday of the same week...they arrived at 8:45 am...they finished around 4:30 with everything...not one bit of mess was left ANYWHERE in my home...they wore protection on their shoes and even on the ladder...Eric even proceeded to clean up the mess I made after I dusted one of the returns...anyway...my home was 79 degrees as of 4:45 pm yesterday when they left...I had set my thermostat to 73....by 8 pm the house was ALREADY noticeably cooler...this morning at 8:30 I opened my curtains and my blinds and set my thermostat to 74 degrees...it is not 12:10 pm and it is still 74 degrees in my home....I am beyond satisfied and I highly recommend this company. Only downfall is they do not work with home warranty companies because of the hassle of repayment...after dealing with our home warranty company I can see why.

Kaminer doesn't hide the fact that their services may be more expensive than some of the other HVAC companies in the area, but you get what you pay for, and they don't charge much moreI'm happy to pay them a little more for their servicesThis kind of work is an investmentThat said, I want the very best people servicing my investment
If you want to save a few hundred dollars by hiring some yahoo to serve your HVAC needs, I can assure you that one day you'll pay much more than you would have if you had called Kaminer

This was my second large-scale project with Kaminer: new furnace, A/C and duct work after the 10/flood They came when I called, gave me a good price, and were able to start and complete the work in short order I really appreciated it and the work Eric did looks beautiful Quiet system, too! ***even brought me some warm fried rice for lunch the Friday following the flood Nobody else would do that, how can you beat it?!

We have used Kaminer for years because they are dependable and do an excellent job *** has been the service tech to do our seasonal tune-ups for a while nowHe is personable and professionalHe also remembers the quirks of our older house and to call so we can corral the petsHe asks about them and the kidsLittle things like that always make a difference!
