To whom it may concern, The customer placed an order on EBay for the Furniture of America Doris Solid Wood Vanity Table and Stool Set in the Cherry color optionThe order was fulfilled by Overstock The customer's order was delivered on 06/30/via UPS tracking # [redacted] The customer opened a dispute with EBay regarding the item that was receivedConsequently, Overstock was notified by EBay that the customer would need to be assisted with a free return for a full refund Therefore, a free return was processed, and return instructions were provided to the customerThe customer was notified that the item must be received within days of the delivery date in new or unused conditionOverstock wasn't contacted by the customer or by EBay to advise that there was any difficulty in repackaging the itemOverstock did not authorize the customer to dispose of the merchandiseOverstock cannot issue a refund unless the merchandise has been returned to us As the customer has filed a claim with PayPal, they will need to allow PayPal to mediate the issue, and make the final decision Sincerely, Overstock

To whom it may concern, We have researched and found that the customer contacted us today, 08/06/2015, via the chat optionThe customer wanted Overstock to provide information about a ring that they sent back to Asurion; however, the customer isn't listed on the account that the ring was purchased onShe isn't listed as the account holder or the gift recipient of the orderThe customer was informed that as she wasn't listed on the account, we couldn't provide any information about the records we have on our endThe customer was advised that we would need the account holder to add them to the account as an authorized user so that we could further assist them.Reviewing the chat conversation, it appears as if the customer was unhappy that we couldn't assist themThe customer advisd that she is listed on the Asurion account and wanted an update as to what is going on with the ring.We explained to the customer that Asurion is a 3rd party company that takes care of the warranties and so we do not have access to their recordsIt was explained to the customer that if she were listed on the Overstock account we could further discuss the concern and account with her.The customer then said "It's fineI'll file a complaint with Revdex.com."In reviewing the chat conversation, we have found that we cannot provide information about the status of the customer's ring, due to the customer isn't listed as an authorized user on the account, and the ring was also returned to AsurionAs the ring was returned to Asurion, we cannot review their notes or records, regarding this return.Overstock is willing to help the customer, if needed, to contact Asurion and see what is going on with the returnHowever, due to security reasons we are unable to speak to anyone other than the account holderWe will do whatever it takes to protect the reliability of the account holder's Overstock accountThis is to ensure the safety of their information that is on fileTherefore, in order to speak to anyone other than the account holder, the account holder needs to contact us, and provide authorization to speak to the customer.Sincerely, Overstock

To whom this may concern, Purchase date: 05/31/- Black Titanium Men's Hammered Black Cobalt Center 8mm Comfort Fit Ring $as well as the Year Jewelry Protection Plan $15.39, total: $8/23/– The customer contacted Overstock stating that she would like to return the ring because the ring had broken after being wornBecause the customer had purchased the Year Jewelry Protection Plan, this issue was forwarded to our specialized representatives in our warranty departmentThe customer opted to be refunded for the ringThe customer was advised that she would be contacted within 1-business days8/25/– The customer was contacted by an Overstock representative to let her know that the warranty she purchased will cover this returnThe customer was advised to contact Overstock’s Protection Plan Department at 1-866-593-to file the claim and was also provided with her warranty numberThe customer replied back to the representative hours later stating that this matter was not settledThe customer had called the warranty department and was advised by whoever she spoke with that she would be getting a refund for the ring however not for the warranty she purchased for the ringThe customer insisted on having a full refund for the product as well as the warrantyIn response to this, Overstock’s representative reminded the customer of the purchase date and that without the warranty, the customer would not qualify for a return of the productThe warranty warranted this return and served its purposeThe customer disagreed and explained her dissatisfaction stating that Overstock sent her a faulty product to begin with8/29/– In response to the customer’s last email on 8/25/2016, the same representative advised the customer why we would not be refunding for the warranty and that is because the customer is outside of the day return timeframe and that the customer would not qualify for a return for a refund had she not purchased the warrantyIn response to this, the customer replied letting us know again how dissatisfied she was about this issueThe customer explained that she would be forwarding this matter to the Revdex.com and that she would also advise against shopping with Overstock to the people she knows Then the customer asked for someone higher to help her9/2/– A supervisor contacted the customer and let them know that we processed her refund for both the ring and the warrantyThis issue is resolved on Overstock’s endSincerely, Overstock Tell us why here

To Whom It May Concern Customer contacted Overstock the evening of 3/in regards to not receiving the table An agent from our freight department called the customer back the morning of 3/and left a voice message and followed up with an email Email stated that Overstock was working with the carrier to locate the table It was explained a dock search can take up to business hours to complete Customer was told the agent would follow up with them in 1-business days once they had an updateA dock search is the first step since the carrier can deliver the table if it is located The agent will be following up with the customer 4/or 4/and will offer solutions if table is deemed lostCustomer should allow time for the process to be completed Customer has received $compensation for the delay in the meantime Sincerely OverstockTell us why here

To whom it may concern, On 02/13/2016, Overstock received an order from Jay [redacted] , for the 14k Rose Gold 2/5ct TGW Aquamarine Solitaire RingThe customer authorized a payment of $ Overstock processed the payment on 02/18/for the $that was authorized by the customer On 02/19/2016, the customer's order was canceled, because the warehouse found that they didn't have inventory to fulfill the customer's orderAccording to our records, an email was sent to the customer to notify them that the order was canceledA refund was issued on 02/19/2016, in the amount of $891.99, to the customer's credit card accountOn 02/19/2016, the customer contacted us, because his order was canceledWe offered to issue a 20% discount and expedited shipping on the ring as soon as inventory was available for the ringThe customer authorized us to speak to his wife, [redacted] , regarding the issue Therefore, we contacted the customer's wife and explained we will help with replacing the order, once we have inventory available, and will assist with a 20% discount and expedited shippingThe notes on the customer's account show that the wife was happy with the resolutionOn 02/20/2016, we were contacted and advised that the customer had been charged the full amount for the ring without the 20% discount, and without the customer's knowledgeWe were unable to find a new order and the customer advised that they were at their bank and would be discussing the charge with themAfter the customer spoke to their bank, they contacted us back, and advised that their bank explained that the $was a new charge that posted on 02/19/The customer was transferred to our Loss Prevention DepartmentThey researched and were only able to locate the charge authorized by the customer on 02/13/and processed on 02/18/A supervisor contacted the customer back, and explained that the $charge, was the original charge, that Overstock processed on 02/18/The supervisor offered to assist with a conference call between the customer, Overstock, and their financial institution, to clear up the issueIt was found that the charge that Overstock processed on 02/18/was the same charge that the customer's financial institution posted on 02/19/it was explained to the customer that refund was issued on 02/19/and can take 3-business days to post to their credit card account On 02/22/2016, the supervisor followed up with the customer to see if the refund has been posted back to their credit card account; however, we haven't received a reply from the customer regarding this inquiry *We have confirmed the refund was issued on 02/19/The refund can take approximately 3-business days to post to their credit card accountIf the customer doesn't see the refund by 02/26/2016, we would suggest that they contact their financial institution to verify their credit posting timeframes If the customer has any additional questions or concerns, we would ask that they give us a call at ###-###-####, so that we may further assist them Sincerely, Overstock

To whom it may concern, The customer ordered the Somette Tyler Storage Bed on 06/11/As the item is an oversized item, it was shipped out with a freight carrier, named MXD As shown in our Oversized-Item Delivery Policy, it can take 1-business days for the item to leave our warehouse, and 1-weeks to deliver the item after the item shipsConsequently, the policy also states that "available delivery times will vary depending on the freight carrier's schedule"In addition, the Oversized-Item Delivery Policy states that "whenever we are able to accommodate a delivery of oversized items to a remote or isolated area not commonly serviced by freight carriers, delivery may take an additional 1-weeks and additional delivery fees may apply"The customer's order shipped out on 06/20/Therefore, based upon the Oversized-Item Delivery Policy, the carrier would have until 07/18/The customer contacted us on 07/08/2016, and wanted to get an idea as to when their order would be delivered, as they were due to go to an Army career course, and wanted to make sure they would be available for the delivery On 07/11/2016, we contacted the customer and explained that the estimated delivery date for the item to arrive to the delivery terminal was 07/12/We explained to the customer that the reason for the delay was due to only one crossdock that was open and so the orders were backed up in the shipping processWe advised that we would monitor the shipment to ensure that it does arrive to the delivery terminal as scheduled On 07/13/2016, we were able to confirm with the carrier and the customer that the delivery of their order was scheduled for 07/20/We advised the customer if any additional assistance was needed, to contact us, at [redacted] Sincerely, Overstock
