We have dealt with Stephen R*** at Plessers Appliances on numerous occasions We are a Florida based Building Contractor and have ordered several sets of appliances for new custom homes as as well as remodeling projects From day one, I have been very impressed with Stephen and his dedication to outstanding customer service He is always very knowledgeable, helpful and professional We will continue to use Plessers due to Stephen and have referred several individuals and other contractors to him
I ordered a refrigerator and range/oven yesterdayI was pleasantly surprised by excellent help from Jennifer, she was fast, knowledgeable, saved me a lot of money and found exactly what I asked forI can;t say about the delivery and quality of appliances yet, but I'm sure that this lady will deliver on her promisesI'll come back and describe delivery and quality as soon as I get them (promised in 2-weeks)

We purchased LG appliances in June, one had one an issue which LG tried to repair on several occasions Brianna Waszak, Customer Support Associate, Plessers Appliances, was extremely helpful and patient throughout these months in helping us resolve the problem It involved numerous emails, phone calls, frustrating wrong parts being delivered etc LG was very difficult to deal with, however Brianna should be recognized for her courteous handling and ability to help us with this situation We appreciated all her assistance
Jennifer at pleasers has been wonderful to work with! She is very knowledgeable and has helped to put us at ease I would recommend her to anyone and we are excited about our new refrigerator!!!
I just purchased a washer and dryer with excellent extended service agreements saving $over excellent holiday weekend pricing at the big box storesI studied online, as with my previous double oven purchase and called to clarify delivery and warranty detailsThe experience was excellent this time with Jennifer O., as well as my previous experience in late In both instances I was able to substantially upgrade my purchase within my budgetI also studied their warranty provider who has an excellent Revdex.com rating

My initial experience with Plesser's has been excellent Barry assisted me with my order, and was most helpful He checked with the manufacturer to find out if the range I ordered had a part needed for conversion to propane use, and called me back promptly with the information I look forward to receiving my stove in a couple of weeks

I purchased a LG refrigerator model# LFXC24726S/ON 8/17/along with an extended warranty Within the first year I had a problem that was the manufacturer's defect the motherboard broke and it was fixed 2-weeks later July 20, my refrigerator broke and it took two visits from MrAppliance to figure out it was the compressor It took weeks to fix Not even weeks later my refrigerator broke again and it took a week to get an appointment and I am still waiting weeks later for another motherboard, censor and fan I am a single mom with teenage children and we are living out of coolers I am disgusted by Plessers, MrAppliance and New Leaf warranty company, LG Everyone passes the buck and says its someone else's responsibility Do you think its acceptable to think I should be without a refrigerator for weeks!!!!
That's insanePlessers sold me the horrible LG product and its warranty that they made money from It horrible to think such a retailer could do that especially from another Babylonian I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER APPLIANCE FROM PLESSERS, LG OR BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTYMy daughter hurt her back and I tore my ACL and we cannot keep an ice pack because we don't have a working freezer!!!

My wife and I visited Plesser's to buy a stove We had picked out a particular brand and model but when I called the store they only had a similar model on display but could sell me either oneWe visited the store and our salesperson, Peter, was helpful and explained all of the options very patiently and clearlyI must say we were very happy with both the store and particularly our salesperson and were comfortable in our decision to make a purchase
Eric was very personable and very helpful while buying my appliance He helped me with my
selection when told what I was looking forI would definitely call on him again for any other purchases
